Transcript

Taking in a nice deep breath and then breathing out nice and slow.

Continuing to breathe in and breathe out at your own pace.

Just breathing in and breathing out.

Allowing yourself to relax more and more.

And when you feel ready,

Allow your eyes to close down.

That's right.

Just breathing in,

Breathing out.

Letting all of your stress just melt away.

All of your worries,

The past,

Just let it be.

Just be here right now in this moment,

Listening to my voice.

Sending any unwanted thoughts away with an exhaling breath.

Continuing to breathe in and breathe out.

Relaxing more and more.

Now I want you to imagine that you found yourself on a deserted island.

And you are able to see across the way that there is land.

And on that land you faintly see an image of yourself.

A happy,

Healthy,

Lovely image of you on the other side of the water.

On the land.

And it feels like home.

And you understand you must travel between the deserted island and the land where the image of you awaits.

You must make your way from the island to the land and all you see around you is so much water.

And you notice as you look around that there is a rowboat.

And you notice there is a big,

Heavy,

Backpack sitting next to the boat with your name on it.

As you walk over to the boat,

You lift the pack.

It's so,

So heavy.

And you are able to find a way to put the pack in the boat.

And you push the boat into the water and you climb in and you begin to row.

And you're rowing and rowing and rowing.

After a while,

It feels as though the land and the image of you,

The healthy,

Happy image of you is still so very far,

Far away.

And you're getting really tired.

And you can feel your doubt and fear rising within you.

You sit there for a moment,

Looking around,

Catching your breath,

Breathing in and breathing out.

And you decide to throw out your really heavy,

Heavy pack.

You make the decision to do so.

Before you throw out the pack,

You look inside and you notice that the pack is carrying your doubt,

Your fear,

Your resistance to intuitive eating,

Your limiting beliefs,

Your self-disgust and dislike,

Shame,

Guilt,

Disappointments.

This pack is holding all the negativity you've been carrying with you.

And so you find a way to toss this pack out of the boat.

And when you do,

You watch it float away and sink away and disappear.

And it is gone now and it took with it all of the negativity,

All of your fear,

Doubt,

Resistance,

Limiting beliefs,

Negative thinking,

Negative self-beliefs and self-talk.

And it's gone now.

It's disappeared from your sight.

And as soon as you realize that it's gone,

That it's disappeared,

You instantly notice how light and free you feel.

And you begin to row towards the land,

Towards that healthy,

Happy image of yourself.

And you notice it's so much easier to row the boat and you pick up speed.

The distance between you and the healthy,

Happy version of yourself begins to get shorter and shorter and begins to get shorter and shorter and shorter.

And you quickly reach the land.

The healthy and happy version of you happily,

Excitedly greets you at your boat.

They help you out and embrace you in a warm,

Loving hug.

They tell you they've been waiting for you.

They knew that you would arrive.

And they tell you it is now time to have a loving,

Kind and respectful relationship with your body and food.

And this healthy version of you will be with you every step of the way together as you fully embrace eating intuitively.

You hold hands and you look in front of you and you see this new path of intuitive eating in front of you.

And you take the first step together down this incredible,

Exciting new path.

And you begin walking together.

Each step,

This healthy,

Happy version of you is with you along this path.

And as you go down this path,

You feel really,

Really good and empowered and strong and inspired knowing that you released all resistance,

Doubt,

Self-punishment and distractions to intuitive eating.

That you can now fully embrace this journey that you've chosen to go down.

To eat intuitively and to repair the relationship with food and your body because you want to have a loving,

Kind and respectful relationship with your body.

And as you go down this path of intuitive eating,

You realize that you get to choose how to eat from this moment forward.

And you are empowered to eat intuitively for your highest good.

You easily and delightfully listen to your body and eat intuitively.

You notice how easy it is for you from this moment forward to stop eating when you are full.

It's so easy for you to eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full.

You listen to your body.

You honor what your body is telling you.

And you tell yourself as you walk down this path,

I allow myself to take pride in eating intuitively.

And I'm proud of my body for adjusting with me.

I am able and choose to love my body as it is today and as it changes tomorrow.

I lose nothing by appreciating and accepting my body.

I lose nothing when I eat intuitively.

I am creating a healthy and loving relationship with the food I eat and my body.

My body is worthy of my love.

I love my body more and more each day that passes.

It gets easier and easier and easier to eat intuitively each and every day.

My body is allowed to change.

My body is allowed to change over time.

And as my body changes,

My worth and value remain high.

I honor my body and I'm kind to my body regardless of how it looks today.

I treat my body the way someone who loves their body treats their body.

I accept that my body is beautiful at any size.

I take pride in eating intuitively.

I am proud of my body for adjusting to intuitive eating.

I am proud that I listen to my body.

I am proud that I love my body as it is today and as it changes every day forward.

I am able to love my body and I do so.

I choose to love my body as it is today and as it changes tomorrow.

I lose nothing by appreciating and accepting my body.

I lose nothing when I eat intuitively.

I am creating a healthy and loving relationship with food.

I am creating a healthy and loving relationship with the food I eat.

I am creating a healthy and loving relationship with my body.

My body is worthy of my love.

My body is worthy of my kindness.

My body is worthy of the ability to change with each day,

With each year.

I am proud to honor my body.

You now walk with confidence down the path of intuitive eating.

You know that you are more than capable of this journey,

Of succeeding at intuitive eating.

This is something you did when you were born.

When you were a baby,

It was natural for you to eat intuitively and you have those same skills and abilities within you right now and they are now activated fully and completely,

Releasing any resistance to intuitive eating.

Letting it go,

Letting it go,

Letting it go,

Letting it go,

Letting it go now.

Very,

Very well.

From this day forward,

It gets easier and easier and easier for you to eat intuitively.

What you used to think gave you challenges with intuitive eating are now removed and dissolved and now you just get to be you.

You get to honor your body and eat intuitively and reap all of the rewards for eating intuitively.

You get to be the healthy,

Happy,

Lovely image of yourself because that image of you is already you and now you get to walk down this path of intuitive eating with confidence,

With resilience,

With knowing your worth,

Knowing that you get to have pride in who you are and your body right now and so you do.

So just take in the feeling of walking down the path of intuitive eating with confidence and pride and love and compassion.

Take it all in.

Know that it's alive within you right now.

And in a moment,

I will bring you back from this experience knowing that you'll bring the confidence with you and that change is happening.

Every day gets easier and easier and easier to eat intuitively,

To accept your body as it is today right now in this moment and allow your body to change with you,

To grow with you and that you love it every day and every way.

And every way.

One,

Feeling returning to your fingers and toes.

Two,

All energy and complete balance.

Three,

Knowing you've released,

Removed and resolved the resistance,

The doubt,

The fear of intuitive eating and you now have confidence and know that you can easily eat intuitively and you can easily feel pride in your body today as it is right now and that your value is always high regardless of what your body looks like.

Four,

Feeling as though your eyes have been bathed in clear,

Cool water.

Five,

Eyes open,

Fully awake,

Refreshed,

Re-energized,

Ready to take on the day as an intuitive eater.

You now identify as someone who eats intuitively.

This is part of your identity.

Embrace it.
