This is a power retrieval meditation.
It's a guided practice.
And I'm going to be your guide.
My name is Stephanie Karlovitz.
And meditation has been an incredible tool,
Devotion and expression for me for a really long time.
Since I was a teenager.
It has been a really sweet spot of reflection,
Mirroring truth and confrontation,
Joy,
And medicine.
I hope to create meditations and a place for you to connect with your deepest self,
And for you to remember that you are perfect.
So let us begin.
Throughout our lives,
We unknowingly sometimes scatter our energy.
Sometimes we know we're doing it.
We're pouring our attention into the past,
Into the future,
Into other people's experiences,
Other people's emotions or thoughts or intentions.
We scatter our energy between external distractions.
Over time,
This dispersal of power can leave us feeling drained,
Disconnected and unsteady.
So this meditation is designed and channeled to help you call back your energy,
Your attention,
And your presence.
So you can return to the fullness and the wholeness of who you are.
Now,
You always are complete.
It's an illusion that there is any part of you outside yourself.
However,
You can have the experience of this.
And so where the truth is that your whole perfect,
Complete and retrieved already.
I would like for you to experience this,
You deserve it.
And it does change how we are in the world,
How confident we are in our inner being,
And what we end up creating in our lives when we have the experience of being whole.
So what you can expect through this is that you will feel more clear,
More empowered,
And more whole as an integrated person,
Mind,
Body and spirit in this moment now.
Through breath,
Visualization and strong intention,
You will retrieve the energy that you've given elsewhere and restore it with you where it belongs.
Let us begin.
So closing the outer eye,
Let us take a deep breath through the nose.
Take a pause and slowly exhale through the mouth.
With it releasing any tension.
Breathing in,
Pause,
And exhaling,
Releasing any tension.
Continuing with this breath,
Just having it be natural.
Let us now bring attention to the weight of our body and feel where it connects to that which is supporting us.
What physical support do you feel on,
With,
Beside,
Below,
Beneath your body now?
Attuning to that support,
To that sturdiness,
And the felt sensations between you and it.
You can anchor that sensation,
That felt sense.
And then coupling it with the awareness of the breath.
And now let's bring the attention to a visual.
The visual is on the inhale,
We're going to connect with the threads.
The threads,
The yarn,
The string,
The twine,
The connectors,
The web.
These lines that go from us to other places,
People,
And timelines.
So as you inhale,
Being aware of the different threads of where your power,
Where your energy has been hooked,
Where it's been living outside of you.
The visuals that come to you are specific to you.
And so I don't want to imprint how it might show up.
I have faith that it shows up perfectly for you.
And so I won't even give you examples of what it could look like.
But these threads are attached in some way elsewhere.
So just bringing your attention there,
Holding it lightly.
As you breathe in,
I'd like you to gather these threads in whichever way feels resonant to you.
And as you exhale,
Have the thread come to the center line of your body.
Come into you.
It's sort of a recalling of the thread back home,
Pulling the thread back home,
Not in an aggressive or effortful way,
But in a rhythmic pattern way.
Having it be synergistic with the breath.
Breathing in,
Awareness of the threads,
Gathering the threads on the exhale through the mouth,
Bringing them home.
Breathing in,
Gathering,
Breathing out,
Bringing home.
Breathing in,
Gathering,
Breathing out,
Back home.
I'll let you do this at your own pace now.
Just letting the visuals be,
Not being concerned with having to clean it all up,
Or getting it right,
Or even identifying where these threads are attached.
There's no blame.
There's no shame.
There's no,
Potentially no specifics.
Just some energetic,
Intuitive hits or ideas.
Of course,
If it is specific,
Let that be it too.
And last one,
Breathing in,
Gathering,
And bringing home.
Letting that settle now.
Maybe bringing more awareness to the weight of the body,
Where it's connected to that which supports you.
And here's another visual exercise.
Just above your beautiful head,
There is now a soft golden light.
It's warm.
It's steady.
It's strong.
It's you.
This light is calming.
It is completing.
It's present.
It's healing.
It's the embodiment of the highest love you could possibly imagine.
It is forgiveness.
It is awareness.
It is courage.
It is your strength.
This golden light moves from above your head with your inhale,
Beautifully caressing your head,
Your mind,
With whatever visuals it's giving you.
Letting it enter your system.
And just moving down into your body.
Letting it breathe life through every cell of your system,
Over your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your heart,
The back of your heart,
Down your spine,
In your arms,
Down to your fingertips,
Through every organ in your system,
Your digestion,
Your womb,
Or your energy creative center,
Down into the base of your spine,
Into the sex organs,
Down to the root,
Down your legs,
To your ankles,
And then your feet.
Let this settle within you.
Your power,
Your presence is now home.
Feel yourself filling up with the fullness of you and feel the clarity,
The vastness that is outside of you.
That this is now clear.
There is now space.
There is now relief.
Repeating after me.
My energy is with me.
My energy is with me.
My power is back to me.
My power is back to me.
Take one final breath in.
And as you exhale,
Feel a sense of deep calm and presence settling all over and within you.
Your energy is here now with you.
Your power is here now with you.
When you're ready,
Just wiggling your body,
Feeling the energy within your system.
And when the moment's right,
Opening your eyes.
I know that you are whole,
Perfect and complete just as you are.
And that you are the director of your energy.
You are the thinker,
Not the thinking.
You are the feeler,
Not the feeling.
You are in charge.
It is with you.
I allow this to be so.
And so it is.
