Find a comfortable seated position and take a few deep breaths.

Appreciate this time taken for yourself.

Recognise what a blessing each life giving breath is.

Feel the faithful beat of your heart.

Every new moon is an opportunity to press reset,

Reflecting on attitudes and behaviours holding you back and to set powerful intentions to make positive changes.

Until the gong,

Contemplate whether anything is standing in the way of renewal and transformation.

If anything is holding you captive,

Put all your energy and feeling into expressing an intention to let those things go,

Really make it powerful.

Each new moon is a celebration of a new phase,

Of new opportunities,

New friendships,

New beginnings.

Until the gong,

Consider what it is you are seeking.

When you consciously choose to make changes in your life you become more acceptable of all change.

So even unexpected changes no longer phase you because you are open minded,

Flexible and adaptable to challenges.

In being practised in confidently facing the unknown you can reduce anxiety,

Irritation,

Resentment and anger.

Trust in your ability to make positive changes in your life.

Repeat after me with feeling.

I trust in my ability to make positive changes in my life.

I am able to confidently face life's challenges.

Sit with an open heart observing the thoughts and feelings that may be leading you to take the first steps into a fresh new experience.

Maybe a new project,

Learning a new skill,

Making changes to your lifestyle or simply Consciously choosing change for yourself means you are able to move at a pace that's comfortable for you.

As you flow with your chosen changes new perspectives are gained and further opportunities to expand yourself may be presented.

Sometimes unexpected changes occur and these can present challenges and cause fear to rise.

Viewing these as an opportunity to learn and grow reduces stress and increases your sense of well-being as you adapt to the changes.

When you're used to pushing outside your comfort zone through bringing about your own changes,

Managing unexpected changes will seem easier because you know you have the strength and courage to move through the challenges.

Consider when unexpected changes caused you a major life upheaval,

Maybe a job loss,

A relationship breakdown or a move to a different area and notice if the results of this upheaval eventually brought you to a brighter place.

Maybe a more satisfying or better paid job,

A more loving relationship or a better environment.

When you change the way you look at things,

The things you look at change.

Changing your perspective really can have a dramatic effect on your life.

Set a powerful intention now to make one change in your life you've been putting off.

Put all your energy,

Heart and soul in this and then do it.

Rest.
