Let's begin with some nice deep breaths,
Breathing all the way deep into your belly and breathing all the way out.
Just really step into that breath.
Pull your awareness,
Your attention,
Your energy into this moment.
Feel into your body and feel into that breath.
Really take a nice deep breath here.
Let your belly fully expand and fully exhale through the mouth.
And just allow yourself to wind down and de-escalate through your breath in this moment.
Allow yourself to fully be in this moment here with me right now.
Taking a few moments to yourself to really shift states,
To really shift from a stressful moment,
A moment of overwhelm,
To a moment of deep peace,
Trust,
Surrender,
And expansion.
And as you continue to take those nice deep breaths,
Feel your body begin to ease,
Fully relax,
And respond to your breath.
Your slow inhales and exhales are showing your body that it is okay to wind down,
Be present,
And relax in this moment.
Just let your body follow your breath,
Slow down,
And become present.
And it's time to just let go of everything that you are carrying in this moment,
Everything that has been adding to your stress,
Everything that has been demanding your attention,
Everything that has been putting its demands on you.
Let's let it all go.
Right here right now,
All that matters is that you are present.
And all that is happening right now is that you are taking a moment to relax.
So let the mind slow down.
Let those thoughts come and go and feel yourself on grip.
Feel yourself drop everything that you are currently carrying.
Nothing else matters in this moment,
But your presence for this relaxation and this reset.
So imagine everything that you're carrying in your body is suitcases you're holding in your hands.
And you are just going to drop those suitcases.
You're going to let everything drop.
You're going to let go completely and feel the weight of all of that drop out of your body to allow your body to move into a deeper moment of relaxation and rest.
Nothing else matters in this moment,
But your presence,
Awareness and intention on letting yourself relax and rest in this moment.
Now just exhale.
Feel that weight continue to drop.
As you continue to let go of anything that is being held in your body or in your mind.
Just let it all go.
And as you let it all drop away,
Allow more of your energy,
Your awareness and your intention to move into the presence within your body at this moment.
And if there is any discomfort,
Any feelings of discomfort in your body as you let everything go,
Just lay your hands on your heart and support yourself in this moment.
Give yourself a moment of support,
Understanding,
Compassion and love.
Just be present right here,
Right now.
Here we are having a moment of deep peace as you allow yourself to be more and more present.
We are always fighting for the illusion of control,
But we are never actually in control.
We are always being led,
We are always being guided.
We are moving with the flow of the universe.
No matter what,
You are always on path.
You are always exactly where you need to be.
So let yourself ease off and be present in this moment to relax,
To ground,
To reset.
And anytime you need this space,
Come back and do it again.
Remind yourself that you don't have to keep gripping,
That you can just easefully let go and move back into full awareness and full presence.
To ground,
To center,
To come into that constant state of peace and ease that resides deep within you.
In the very essence of you,
It's always there.
And the more you give yourself the time and the space to become fully present within yourself,
The easier it is to tap into and become that peace,
That ease,
And that stability within.
