EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping is useful for helping us to achieve a bit of peace of mind & open our hearts and minds to the gifts that life has to offer us. In this session we will tap on the meridians whilst saying words and positive affirmations to help us be more open to life’s blessings. We will tap on releasing old energy first, and then tap along with 'life loves me' affirmations. I will describe the points, so you can tap along or just repeat the affirmations.

Hi,

This is Stefania,

And let's tap on life,

On life's blessings.

Life loves us.

Let's be open.

First,

Before we do that,

Opening ourselves to the blissful energy that life loves us,

Let's think about,

On a scale of one to ten,

How strongly do you believe that life is against you?

That nothing you do is going to change anything?

That it is what it is,

So you best learn to live with it.

In this tapping session,

We'll work with an affirmation from Louise Hay from her book,

Trust Life.

We'll work with that affirmation,

We'll tap on it,

To help change our thinking and renew our energy and raise our vibration,

To accept the truth,

The essential truth that life is on our side,

That things always work out for us.

I've just added this book to my Kindle collection.

It's a very healing book.

I highly recommend it,

To keep us consistently in a positive energy flow.

I'll give the tapping points as we go along in case tapping is a new experience for you,

So feel free to tap along,

Or if you just want to sit and let the precious life-enhancing affirmations from Louise Hay Lift Your Spirit,

That's okay too.

The medium points that we'll be tapping on are the karate point,

Which is tapping on the side of one hand with two or three fingers of your dominant hand,

The inner eyebrows pretty much right where your eyebrows start,

Right on either side of where your nose would be,

But by your eyebrows.

The temples just below the temple area,

Under the eyes,

That area between under your nose and the top of your lip,

The area between your lower lip and chin,

Your collarbone,

Your underarm,

For the ladies it would be around the cross section or for gents around the nipple area,

But under your arm,

And the crown,

Top of your head.

Now let's begin tapping.

On the karate chop point side of the hand,

I sometimes feel that no matter what I do,

I can't get ahead,

But I love and accept myself anyway.

Continue karate chop point.

Sometimes I feel like nothing is going to change anything.

Nothing I do is going to change anything,

But I love and accept myself anyway.

No matter what I do,

It seems useless,

But I love and accept myself anyway.

I'm not sure how to change my thinking,

But I'm willing to give it a try,

Because I love and accept myself anyway,

And I deserve peace and blessings in my life.

Now we're going to tap on all the points,

Working our way back to the top of the head.

Inner eyebrows,

I accept peace and blessings in my life.

Temples,

I accept peace and blessings in my life.

Under eyes,

I accept peace and blessings in my life.

The area between your,

Under your nose and top lip,

I accept peace and blessings in my life.

Color bone,

I accept peace and blessings in my life.

Under arm,

I accept peace and blessings in my life.

Crown,

I accept peace and blessings in my life.

Back to the inner eyebrow,

I deserve peace and blessings in my life.

Temples,

I deserve peace and blessings in my life.

Under the eyes,

I deserve peace and blessings in my life.

The area under your nose and top lip between there,

I deserve peace and blessings in my life.

Area between lower lip and chin,

I deserve peace and blessings in my life.

Collarbone,

I deserve peace and blessings in my life.

Under arm,

I deserve peace and blessings in my life.

Crown on top of head,

I deserve peace and blessings in my life.

Now let's take a deep breath to recharge.

Now let's tap to Life Loves You by Louise Hay.

Inner eyebrows,

I am lovable and life loves me.

I forgive myself for all the times I have been afraid that I am not lovable.

I am lovable and life loves me.

Temples,

I forgive myself for judging myself and not believing in my goodness.

I am lovable and life loves me.

Under eyes,

I forgive myself for feeling unworthy and for believing I don't deserve love.

I am lovable and life loves me.

The area between nose and top lip,

I forgive myself for all the times I've criticized and attacked myself.

I am lovable and life loves me.

The area between the lower lip and chin,

I forgive myself for my mistakes.

Calibone,

I ask for forgiveness so I can learn.

Underarm,

I accept forgiveness so I can grow.

Crown top of head,

I am lovable and life loves me.

Breathe in and out.

And now just put your hands on your heart.

Put that beautiful pink chakra heart love energy in.

And affirm,

All is well.

All is well.

All is well.

Now we finished our tapping session for today.

So how would you rank your feeling now as opposed to when we started the tapping between one and ten?

Ten is feeling very strongly that life is against you.

Moving up to one,

That life is not against you.

And it could be somewhere in the middle.

How would you rank your feeling now that life is against you?

Hopefully it's gone down a bit.

Try tapping or at least saying these positive affirmative words from Louise Hay's book,

Trust Life,

Anytime you feel the need.

Anytime.

If you are,

And another tip,

If you are in your bed and you don't want to disturb the other person or you don't want to lose your sleep by making the movements of tapping,

Do it in your head,

In your imagination.

We can also tap that way.

We don't have to physically tap if it's not convenient or if it's not just the best thing to do at any point in time,

But you can do it in your mind,

Anytime,

Anywhere.
