Welcome.

First,

We will get settled.

We will connect to the physical body as a way to connect to Earth.

The body is part of the Earth.

So by connecting the physical body to the Earth,

You will be more grounded and your mind,

The mind,

Will less likely to be sliding.

So we're grounding the mind to the body,

To Earth.

Begin by bringing awareness to the spaces between your toes.

Allow yourself to shift and sway side to side with that of what you feel like doing.

Never let anyone stop you from moving.

Move as you please.

Listen to your physical body.

Bring your attention back to your toes.

Allow your attention to travel up to the spaces behind your knee.

Just let your attention rest there.

Slowly bring your awareness up your legs and meet in your belly button,

The space in your belly button.

Just surrender.

Surrender your attention there.

If you think you need to do something later,

Say to the mind,

Thank you.

Thank you for your input.

Not now.

Later.

Thank you.

Come back to your focus.

Point in the space behind your belly button.

Allow and honor your willpower.

Controlling your attention to whatever you want your attention to be.

Let your attention travel up your spine into the middle of your chest.

And just rest your attention in the space between your chest.

If it helps you,

Maybe you want to place two palms in the middle of your chest.

Just cover your hands in the middle of your chest.

Softening all facial muscles.

Come back to your heart.

Your heart center in the middle of your chest.

Bring your attention up to the space between your clavicle bones just below your neck.

Just relax your awareness in the middle of your clavicle bones below your neck.

And imagine simple outline of a turtle in your upper chest.

Whatever comes to the mind,

Go with that.

Contemplating the stillness of a turtle.

Maybe you would like to say to yourself,

I'm here.

I'm present.

I'm here.

I am present.

Contemplating stillness.

Being still.

Everything,

Things around you may seem to be rushing,

But the body and the mind is still in this moment.

Notice sounds outside of you.

Invite your attention back to your upper chest.

Slowly invite your awareness to the back of the neck.

The back of your neck is wide open space.

Just contemplate on the space behind your neck.

Slowly bring your attention up,

All the way up to the space between your two physical ears.

And with your mind,

I look into the space between your two physical ears for a moment.

Just release,

Control.

Just contemplate on the space between your two ears.

Now I'd like to invite you to bring your fingers touching together,

Uniting the left and right side.

Just gently touching the tips of the fingers together.

Letting go of all expectations for now.

Just rest your attention into the space between your two ears.

No expectations.

Now begin to pay attention to your breathing without controlling.

Just paying attention,

Just being aware,

Witnessing your breathing.

Notice sounds outside of you,

Come back to your breathing.

Now as you inhale,

Notice how far below your breath comes in.

As it comes in,

Does your breath reach your neck?

Does it reach to your heart?

Does it go in all the way going down to your belly?

Just noticing without forcing your breath.

How deep is your breath?

How deep is your breathing?

What is the quality of your breathing?

No need to control noticing.

On your next inhale,

See if you can send the breath down to your chest,

Allowing your chest to expand as you inhale.

Exhaling,

Allow your chest to contract inward.

You can do this on your own a few times,

Breathing with your nose only.

Closing your mouth gently,

Pressing your lips together.

With a slight smile,

Continue breathing into your chest,

Expanding your chest as you inhale.

Reach,

Rubbing your shoulders.

Relaxing your neck.

Reaching your forehead.

Getting ready for your next inhale.

On your next inhale,

Send the breath now to your ribs.

Allow your ribs to expand as you inhale.

Your ribs contracting in as you exhale.

Ribs expanding as you inhale.

The ribs contracting as you exhale.

Continuing like this at your own pace.

Expanding as much as you can without force and contracting as much as you can without too much force.

Without straining.

Just relax into the breathing.

You make your siren outside noise in the street outside of you.

Bring your attention back to your breathing.

Pull your attention back inward.

You are your own center.

Welcome back to your center through your body and through your breathing.

On your next inhale,

See if you can send the breath down into your belly.

Allow your belly to expand as you inhale.

Exhale,

The stomach contracting in.

If it helps you,

Bring your palms facing your lower stomach.

Continue breathing at your own rhythm.

Surrendering into your own rhythm.

Good.

Now relax and let go of any control of your breathing.

Just relax for a moment.

I invite you to pay attention to about two inches above your belly button,

The middle of your third energy center.

And there,

Imagine a small bright yellow ball glowing.

Small yellow ball of light just glowing in the middle of your third energy center,

Your solar plexus.

And every time you inhale,

That ball of yellow light keeps expanding outward.

Notice sounds outside come back to your solar plexus.

You are the center,

The eye of the storm.

Nothing outside of you affects you.

You are centered in your center.

Keep expanding the ball of yellow light from your center.

Eventually,

The ball of yellow light surrounds your whole body,

Surrounding the whole body in bright yellow light.

Say to yourself,

I am protected.

You like,

You may say,

I invite divine protection in,

Within and around me.

I invite divine protection in.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Wherever you are,

Whether you're outside or indoor,

You are safe within your own bubble of bright light.

Just imagine hovering with your bubble of light off of the ground a couple of inches.

Keep your eyes closed.

Imagine your body,

The body to be a hologram.

Using the power of imagination,

Imagine the body inside of your own bubble of light hovering and floating up,

Up,

Up above your home.

If you're outdoor,

Imagine yourself floating up,

Up,

Up to about 12 feet above the ground.

It doesn't have to be exactly 12 feet,

No need to measure anything,

Just a couple of feet above the ground.

You may need to,

If you wish,

Ask your rational mind,

Dear my rational mind,

Thank you.

I love you.

I honor you.

Please relax.

Allow the heart to step forward.

It's okay.

Just relax for a moment.

Just rest.

You have done enough.

Thank you.

Just relax.

Now the body is still inside the bubble of light.

Keep imagining yourself floating up higher,

Higher,

And higher above your neighborhood.

You can always,

Always ask for connection to Mother Earth.

Say,

Dear Mother Gaia,

Mother Earth,

I love you,

Honor you,

And appreciate you.

May I be blessed with your grounding and connection.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And place your right palm facing down on top of your right leg.

Your left arm face up to receive additional guiding and your own blessing.

But your right palm is facing down to release control down.

Imagine you're floating in your bubble higher and higher and higher.

Now you are on top of your city.

If you're still feeling a little flighty and need additional support in grounding.

Imagine light coming from the center core of the earth.

Up through the bottom of your spine,

Shining up towards your spinal column,

Through your spinal column.

And now you are connected to the heart of Mother Earth.

And just notice how you feel.

Notice any bodily sensations come back to your body.

Let all sounds outside of you pass by.

Being a witness to anything happening to and for your city.

This event happening around your city,

You are now above it.

Witnessing,

Observing.

If you wish,

You may stay here and just float above your city.

Just hovering,

Just observing.

Make sure to keep your awareness towards Mother Earth and especially inward towards your body.

If you wish to ascend higher,

Just imagine the body floating higher and higher above your state.

Now you are floating above your state.

Keep breathing.

Keep breathing expansively.

Keep expanding your breath.

Keep your connection with your breath,

Your body,

And the earth.

You may wish to stay here wherever you are.

If you wish to keep ascending,

Imagine floating higher and higher above your country.

If you need additional help in focusing your mind,

Place the tips of your thumb touching the tips of your first finger,

Your index finger.

The tips are slightly touching.

You may wish to stay wherever you are and just contemplate on being still.

Without straining,

Just contemplate on being an observer.

If you wish to keep ascending,

Imagine the body inside a bubble floating higher and higher and higher.

Now you are hovering on top of the world,

This world.

Empty space all around you.

If that frightens you,

Just float down,

Back down to the next level.

You do not need to be on top of the world all the time.

Wherever you are is perfect for you.

Relax your shoulder.

Just surrender to any observations,

Sensations,

Feeling.

Let them come up and pass through your vessel.

Vessel of your body.

Let them pass through your mind,

The mind.

You are not the mind.

You are a witness to the mind.

Just witnessing the nature of the mind.

Good.

Now imagine the body slowly floating and descending downward,

Downward.

Downward,

Down,

Back down to earth.

Back down towards your country.

Slowly floating down like a feather towards your city.

Slowly floating down towards your neighborhood.

Slowly floating back towards your home,

Your home ground,

Your original spot.

Now you are in the same room or spot or place that you began with.

Good.

Big expansive breath in,

Expanding the body as you breathe in.

The body contracting in as you breathe out.

Just observe your breathing.

Now move your head and the neck in a figure eight motion like a snake.

Move your head and the neck like a snake.

Side to side.

Seeing the energy through the head and the neck.

Finding stillness now with your head and the neck.

Slowing down the movement of the neck and the head.

Back to stillness.

With your hands rub your knees in circular motions.

The other direction.

Moving your hands in opposite direction.

Back to the physical body.

Wiggle your toes.

Now sway your body side to side.

Organically allow your body to sway side to side.

Relax your elbows.

Slowing down the movement.

Back into stillness.

Say to yourself,

I am connecting back to Mother Earth.

Place your attention into the space between your two physical ears.

Lift your left palm,

Your left hand up,

Facing up.

You may keep your right palm facing down on top of your right leg for more groundedness or for more openness and more expansion in your consciousness and awareness.

Flip the right hand up facing up to.

Feel which one.

Use better view.

See which one feels better for you.

Right hand facing down or right hand facing up.

You always get to choose.

Come back into the space between your two ears.

Bring your attention back to the space between your two physical ears into your third.

Keep inviting the mind back to your breathing.

And for the next couple of minutes,

Just allow yourself to just listen and relax.

Relax.

And just observe the experience of just listening.

Just being.

Just.
