I ask for Divine protection for all listeners. The intention is always for the highest good of all.

Welcome.
Thank you for being here.
This is a guided meditation and sound healing for embracing uncertainty,
Times of uncertainty,
Or if you do not want to be bound by the concept of,
Constructed concept of time,
Just embracing uncertainty in general for yourself and for this world.
I invite you to be in a comfortable seated position and begin to close your eyes.
Let's begin with a gratitude prayer.
Please place your right hand at the center of your chest near your heart and your left hand on top of your right hand.
Just feeling your own heartbeat for a moment.
No rush.
If you have any thoughts coming through,
Anything that you would like to do for the future,
Just say to them,
Thank you,
Not now,
Thank you,
Later.
And come back to feeling and sensing your heart.
Take your time,
Take your space and just embrace this moment right here,
Right now.

Just by showing up and taking good care of yourself,
You are already contributing to the well-being of this world.
You are a part of this world.

Notice any sound surrounding you.
It is around us by design.
Everything around us is here for our growth.
Any sounds of passing cars,
Air conditioners,
Radiators,
Heaters,
Animals,
Sounds,
It's all part of your practice,
Part of the process.
Embrace all of the sounds.
Good,
Come back to your center,
Your heart center.
Next,
Let's begin to be more aware of our body,
Your physical body,
Starting with your feet.
Bring all of your tension down to your feet.
Softening your feet.
Moving your awareness up to your ankles.
Releasing your ankles.
Slowly bring your attention up to your knees.
Getting go of your knees.
Moving your attention up to your hips.
Softening your hips.
Soften even more.
See if you can let go a little more.
Bring your attention up to your chest and just release your chest.
Move your attention to your shoulders.
Just drop your shoulders.
Continue to notice sounds around you passing by.
Come back to your body.
Bringing your attention now to your elbows.
Just let go of your elbows.
Allow your elbows to fall in towards your ribs.
How much more can you let go?
Slide your attention to your wrist now.
Softening your wrist.
Slowly guiding your attention to your fingers.
Unclench your fingers.
What else can you sense in your fingertips?
Seeing outside noise passing by.
Come back to your fingertips.
Good.
Moving your attention now up through your chest and toward your neck.
Open your throat.
The back of your neck is wide open space.
If you need to swallow,
Don't suppress it.
Just swallow.
Bring your attention up to your lips now.
Softening your lips.
Open up your jaws.
Soften your lower jaw away from your upper jaw.
Allow your tongue to just relax.
Bring your attention up towards your eyes.
Continue embracing all of the sounds outside of you.
Bringing your attention back to your eyes.
You need to travel up to the point between your eyebrows.
Rolling your eyeballs up slightly.
Looking up to into the space between your eyebrows.
With an open curiosity.
Just being curious.
Just being here and curious.
Do not try to grasp for anything.
No need to grasp for anything.
No analyzing.
Just being and just seeing with an open curiosity.
Unfurl your eyebrows.
Soften all of your face.
Release all facial muscles.
Finally bringing your attention up to the top of your head.
Just being there for a moment.
Just have your attention float on top of your head for a moment.
If you like,
Imagine a diamond shape form spinning on top of your head.
Good.
With your hands still on your chest.
Bringing your attention down towards your chest.
And just observe.
Feeling your chest as you inhale and exhale.
Now being more aware of your breathing.
Just inhaling and exhaling.
Is your chest rising as you inhale?
Is your chest falling as you exhale?
Do not try to control it.
Just feel.
Just sense.
Your chest expanding and contracting.
There is no flaw in the noise.
No mistakes in anything around you.
It is all part of this practice.
Embrace all of the sounds around you.
All is part of nature.
Of this reality.
It is all for you.
It is all for you to learn and grow from.
You do not have to try to tune out anything from outside.
Embrace it all.
Absorb it all into your center so that it may be transformed into a more positive energy.
Take your time to bring one hand on each side of your ribs and just feeling and sensing your ribs expanding and exhaling as you inhale and exhale.
Your ribs expanding as you inhale.
The ribs contracting in as you exhale.
And no need to control your breathing.
We are just observing how the breath is connected with your body.
We are now connecting the mind,
Breath and body.
Try to breathe with only your nose.
Keep soft pursed lips.
Now soften your lips more without pursing your lips.
It is okay if you have a tiny hole,
If you can make a tiny hole with your lips.
Take your right hand and bring it below your belly button,
The center of your lower abdominal area,
Your lower belly.
Place your left hand on top of your right hand,
Just about two or three inches below your belly button and just rest your palms,
Your hands in front of your lower belly.
Send your breath to your lower belly.
If you need to allow gas to release,
To be released,
Allow them to be released.
It is a good sign that you might feel a little gassy.
It means you are stirring up some extra gas,
Extra wind and letting them go.
When we carry extra wind in our bodies,
We are carrying extra anxiety,
Extra nervous energy.
It is all just energy.
Allow yourself to release some wind.
See,
We can expand your lower belly as you exhale and contract your lower belly in as you exhale.
Inhale,
Expanding the stomach.
Exhale,
Contracting the stomach.
Now let's practice a little bit of controlled breathing exercise.
Ready to inhale.

Now let go and just relax your breathing.
Let go of control.
Just observing your centers,
Your belly,
Your ribs,
And your chest.
Breathing and observing.
Be aware of any outside noise.
Let them pass.
Good.
Bring your attention up to your lungs.
Place both hands at the center of your chest where your lungs are a little bit higher than the center of your chest.
Imagine the shape of a turtle,
An energy center,
And the shape of a turtle at the center of your chest.
Just a simple form of a turtle.
Nothing too complicated.
Whatever comes to your mind,
Go with that.
And just contemplate on the stillness of a turtle.
Turtles do not need to move fast.
They're just gliding along in the water or just sliding along on land.
No need to hurry.
Now for the topic,
The subject of embracing uncertainty,
I invite you to contemplate on the word wind.
Contemplate on the letters.
Spell wind.
W-I-N-D.
Let's begin with the first letter,
W.
Contemplate on the words,
Way of the waves.
Whatever uncertainty is going on,
It's just the surface of the ocean and imagine yourself just floating on the waves.
Oe,
Oe,
Oe,
Oe.
You can chant along with me if you like.
Oe,
Oe,
Oe,
Oe.
Every time a wave crashes on the beach,
It's like kissing the land,
Kissing the shore.
Go with that.
As you crash on shore,
On land,
Embrace the land and then withdraw yourself away with the wave.
Oe,
Oe,
Oe,
Oe.
How does it feel to just float along?
Or even better,
Imagine yourself on a board.
Simple boat.
Just laying inside a simple little boat,
Swaying with the waves.
With your fingertips outside of your boat,
Just gliding the water.
Cool water.
How does it feel to just glide your fingertips along the water?
Now come back to the word wind.
Moving along to the next letter,
W.
After W,
The next letter is I,
The letter I.
Embrace any misstep.
Embrace every flaw,
Every perceived mistake or flaw.
Embracing all sounds around you and within you.
With the letter I,
I invite you to contemplate on the word inward.
Going inward in the moment.
Imagine that everything around you are bubbles.
Imagine absorbing all those bubbles towards the center of your skull.
Now try to focus your attention in the space between your two physical ears.
Keep your attention there.
Imagine a bright ball of light.
Pick any color,
Your favorite color,
And keep that ball of light between your two physical ears.
Going inward.
No past,
No future.
Just here,
Now,
In the moment.
How inward can you absorb?
Gently bring your attention to the center of your skull.
Bring your attention to the next letter,
N.
And just contemplate on the word nothing.
Depending on nothing.
Nothing to do.
Nowhere to be.
No one to follow.
Nothing.
Nothing matters as much as you think.
Nothing.
Nothing matters.
Nothing matters.
Keep your attention at the center of your skull between your two physical ears.
So nothing space.
No space.
No time.
Nothing.
Bringing your mind back to your center of nothing again and again.
Now let's dance in the darkness of nothing.
Don't judge the words nothing or dark as bad or good.
Just for a moment pretend there is no bad or good,
No right or wrong.
Nothing is just nothing.
It's just a label.
Dark is just unseen,
Unperceived.
Dark is also another labeling.
Stay neutral.
Neutral nothing as much as you can.
Dancing in the dark.
If you need to feel more connected to earth,
If you're starting to feel a little bit spacey,
Lightheaded,
Imagine earth in the center of your skull.
Even better,
Bring the image of earth into the center of your forehead and look up towards your forehead.
Earth is in the center of your forehead.
Good.
Now bring the image of earth down towards your center,
Your spine.
Bring earth down to the bottom of your spine.
Imagine earth expanding bigger and bigger below your spine,
Below your sitting bone until it reaches its expansive original size.
And now we are sitting on top of earth.
At the center of mother earth,
Imagine a ball of light,
White lights glowing in the heart center of the earth.
Now imagine lights coming out from the center of earth up through your spinal cord and through the top of your head.
And out,
The light comes out and surround you on all sides of your body.
Wrapping your whole body in bright white light.
Imagine yourself in a bubble of bright white light coming from the center of earth.
Good.
Thank the earth for her groundedness and her connection and protection.
And say to yourself,
May I always be protected by earth.
May I always feel safe with earth,
With mother earth.
If you wish,
Keep imagining yourself being connected with mother earth with bright column of light.
If you feel more focused,
Bring your attention back up into the space between your ears and just be open and listen.
Just be open to receive and say to yourself,
I am open and ready to receive.
I am open and ready to see to receive the highest frequencies for my highest good.
And just listen.
