Welcome to today's meditation.
Please allow yourself to find a comfortable position,
Maybe seated or laying down.
Take a moment to begin to welcome yourself into this space.
This style of meditation is known as instinctive or intuitive meditation,
Where the idea is to allow yourself to let your mind wander,
To not set any rules or hold any judgment or expectation of yourself or the experience.
As you soften or close your eyes,
Begin to deepen your breath.
Take this time to settle into your practice as you welcome your whole self here,
Knowing that all of you is welcome.
With each new inhale breath,
Breathe in fresh prana,
New life force energy.
And with each long cleansing exhale,
Allow yourself to anchor and ground a little more deeply into your body and into the support of whatever it is that lies beneath you.
Allow your skin to soften over your muscles.
Let your muscles relax over your bones and let your bones be heavy down toward the support of Mother Earth.
Let's take three deep nourishing breaths together.
Inhale through your nose into the base of your belly.
Take a slight pause at the top of your breath.
And then release out through your nose or mouth.
Inhale fully,
Deep into your belly and all the way into your side ribs and waist.
Pause.
And exhale to release all the way out.
One last time,
Deepen breath,
Belly,
Ribs and all the way up to the top of your chest.
Hold for a moment and then let it go.
I invite you now to tune into someone or something that you are grateful for today,
In this moment right now.
When we tune into gratitude,
We are able to raise our vibration of our heart by 5,
000 times more than that of our brain.
So let those feelings of gratitude and appreciation wash over your entire body as they permeate and percolate through every cell of your being.
Fully embodying a genuine,
Authentic,
Warm,
Fuzzy feeling.
You might like to place your tongue to the roof of your mouth and perhaps elongate your exhale to allow stimulation of your vagus nerve and to activate your parasympathetic rest and digest nervous system.
This allows you to really tap into your inner healing sanctuary and the ability to rewire your brain as you lay down new neural pathways.
Take this time to connect with what's most important to you right now,
In this moment.
Begin to tune in deeply to our theme or intention for our practice today and that's to dream bigger.
To dream bigger than you ever imagined possible.
Allow your vision to be as big as your imagination.
What do you see in your future?
And if you're not sure,
Use this opportunity to experience that visualization of what that might look like for you.
What are you calling in right now?
Allow yourself to be as big and as bold as you can.
So aware of your inner world.
As you travel more deeply inward,
Continue to come home to yourself.
To experience that contentment and that inner peace inside of you.
I invite you to feel your breath moving more deeply as you connect to this highest version of you.
Exploring the depths of what is really possible.
If you allow yourself to really feel into this most expansive version of yourself,
Of what you are really worthy of in this lifetime.
Take some time to explore this visualization.
What does it look like?
How does it feel?
What can you hear?
Who else is there with you?
Is there anything that you can touch or hold in your hands?
Perhaps anything that you can taste.
For example,
If you're on a beach,
Maybe you can taste the salty ocean breeze.
As you tune into where you are,
Feel and embody this visualization.
And take some time to really be with this big dream.
To know that you are worthy of this.
To know that you are right where you're meant to be,
In this place,
In this visualization.
And then repeat after me,
Silently in your mind.
I allow myself to dream bigger.
I am worthy of everything I desire.
I am worthy just for being born.
It is my innate birthright.
I am successful.
I am abundant.
I am a magnet for all the beautiful people and all the amazing things I want to attract into my life.
I give myself full permission to take the necessary steps towards my dreams.
Now take some time to tune into and think about the one to three things that you plan to action over this next week,
This next month,
Perhaps even this next year.
After you leave this meditation and the more you listen,
The more you can tune into more clearly what this vision looks like for you.
And what the next right thing is for you to do today.
Come back to gratitude.
Tune back into appreciation for yourself,
For the world around you.
May we have clarity in our minds and thoughts.
May we speak words of kindness,
Honesty and truth.
And may we have love and compassion in our hearts for ourselves and the world around us.
As you begin to deepen your breath more fully,
Start to invite a little movement back into your body.
A wriggle of your fingers and toes,
Some circles of your ankles and wrists.
Perhaps some organic or intuitive stretches here.
As you begin to reawaken,
Bring yourself back into your physical body and back into this present moment.
Gently blink open your eyes as you come back into your day,
Into the room.
Perhaps take a moment to write down anything that dropped in for you,
Anything that you'd like to remember more clearly.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
I would love to hear from you.
If you enjoyed this meditation and any feedback that you might have for me.
My name is Stacey Turner and I would love to receive a message from you.
Thank you so much for your time and your presence today.
Until next time,
Take care,
Much love.
