This is Shrimanju.
Here in this meditation,
I am going to guide you with conscious breathing,
Which is breathing into your lower belly,
Holding and breathing out.
As you practice,
You can go deeper calmly and breathe out,
Taking your own time,
Your own pace to breathe in.
If you are finding it too fast,
Maybe you can build up the practice and then listen to this or you can put it on a slow mode and listen to this breathing technique.
So here,
Relax and sit back and try to find a place where you can be undisturbed and quiet.
And most possibly with your spine straight and being more comfortable in yourself.
And please don't drive while listening to this or trying to practice.
Just relaxing yourself,
Closing your eyes if you want to.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing your feet.
Now take an in-breath through your nostrils,
Deep into your belly.
And now breathe out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose.
And breathe out through your mouth.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathing in,
Watch the air going inside.
And breathing out,
And watch the air coming out of your mouth.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
This should be a very gentle,
Calming approach.
And you can hold your breath for 5 seconds or 10 seconds,
Slowly building it up.
And gently breathing out.
Breathing in.
And gently breathing out.
Breathing in.
And gently breathing out.
Breathing in.
And gently breathing out.
Breathing in.
And gently breathing out.
Breathing in.
And gently breathing out.
Breathing in.
And gently breathing out.
Breathing in.
