Let's begin by coming back to our breath and letting the mind settle down.

Let's follow your breath.

If you get distracted,

Come home to your breath.

Let's begin by breathing in and out.

Let's set our motivation to meditate.

So that we can dispel our own faults and limitations.

And so that we can enhance our own good qualities.

And to do this so that we can make a positive contribution to the lives of the people around us and to society in general.

And so that we can progress on the path to full awakening.

So think about that and set that motivation for doing the meditation.

So think of something that happened today or yesterday or in the recent past.

That you criticized or got angry at with somebody else.

Think about a specific incident.

When you look at that incident,

Don't get angry all over again.

But think,

This is just a small action that the other person did.

It's something very minor.

Tomorrow,

The next day,

I won't even remember it.

It's not hurting me.

It's not hurting anybody else.

So I'm just going to let it go.

I'm going to let my mind be peaceful.

I don't have to comment on everything.

Okay.

And then develop an attitude of curiosity and think,

This person is doing something different than the way I would do it.

But I'm curious how they're doing it,

Because I might learn something from doing these things in a different way.

So,

I'm going to start with the first one.

So,

I'm going to start with the first one.

And come back to the peaceful feeling in your mind.

So,

Get in touch with that peaceful feeling.

When you're getting in touch with the peaceful feeling,

If you have the thought,

Oh,

But I need to say something,

Otherwise they might make a mistake,

Or they aren't doing this right,

If that thought comes in your mind,

Then just say,

It's okay.

I can't control everything in this world.

And my job isn't to control everything.

So,

I'm going to come back to my peaceful mind,

Because I know that the situation is not a big thing.

And then,

Think of that person or somebody else.

That's one of your staff or employees.

And think about something that they do well.

Think of a specific action that they did in the last few days that you really appreciate that they did.

So,

Start with one person and think that.

Find something.

And then,

Think of a second person that you work with.

And think of something that they did that you appreciate.

And think of all the things that they do automatically that you don't need to tell them to do.

But they do automatically.

That benefits you.

And benefits your home and benefits your business.

And so,

Appreciate that they do that job.

Okay.

And then,

Think of a third person that you worked with today or yesterday or the day before.

And think of something that they did that you appreciate.

Or think of a quality they have that you also appreciate.

Okay.

Okay.

And then,

Be aware of how much better you feel about life and how much better you feel about yourself when you think in this way.

Okay.

Okay.

And then,

Smile.

And open your eyes and slowly come out of your meditation.
