Welcome,
My name is Diana.
I'd like to guide you through the meditation feeling deeply within yourself,
Releasing inner conflicts.
Today we will use this moment to reclaim our own energy,
To release what is no longer useful.
How nourishing it is to feed our own inner sacred space,
To let go of pressure and reconnect with rest and wholeness.
This is a time of releasing,
Of clearing out.
Some people or situations stir up unpleasant feelings.
They affect your energy.
You feel activated even though you rather not think about it.
Yet it lingers.
You can't quite resolve it and it remains clearly present in your body.
I call these inner conflicts.
Even though there is a lot to feel,
They are usually patterns fed by the mind.
They cost you a great deal of energy and give very little in return.
Today we will look at these inner conflicts for what they truly are and let them go.
Welcome home.
So for now sit down and close your eyes.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Breathing gently.
Feel the breath flowing in and out of your body.
Notice how your body expands as you inhale.
How it becomes more spacious.
Feel the fresh in-breaths.
Fill your body with new energy.
Imagine that with every exhale you release what no longer serves you.
Breathe in space and new energy and let everything slide of you,
As if you are standing on a refreshing shower.
Let all your worries go for now.
Let tension flow out your body.
Let thoughts drift by.
Hold on to nothing.
With each breath become emptier,
Cleaner,
Lighter.
Feel lighter,
More spacious and more relaxed.
Arrive fully in your meditation bubble.
You're a sacred place for this moment.
Bring your attention to your heart area.
Imagine a radiant light shining from your heart.
The soft warm light from the depth of your heart warms your body from within.
See,
Feel or sense how the rays extend outward.
See how the light reaches far beyond your body,
Illuminating your surroundings.
Now connect with a place within yourself where you feel whole.
You don't need to think about it.
Your inner knowing shows it to you immediately.
This is the place in you where you can be quietly with yourself without discomfort.
A place where you can simply be with a gentle smile on your face.
A place where inner conflict do not exist.
Why do you feel this place in your body?
Bring your attention there.
Bring your presence there.
Open yourself to this place and look around gently.
Take in the atmosphere,
Enjoy,
Relax.
Maybe you sense a color,
Let it be there.
Feel the energy of that color.
This is your conflict-free zone.
And for now you may draw your energy inwards.
You can consciously call back the energy that may have been left elsewhere in the recent months.
Reflect for a moment.
What have you experienced these past months?
Where have you been?
What have you done?
With whom?
Imagine threats extending from you to a situation,
To a place,
To a person.
Again,
Don't think.
Let your intuition guide you.
Let it arise.
Focus on what presents itself now.
You can always repeat this practice later as often as you like.
Where does the threat lead you?
Where is your energy still lingering?
Where are you still unconsciously connected,
Allowing your energy to flow outward?
Now call that energy back.
Only your energy,
Color,
No images,
No thoughts,
Just your energy.
Draw the threat back in.
Fill yourself with this energy.
Let your own energy return to your space of wholeness,
Your conflict-free zone.
Notice the space expands,
How the color becomes brighter,
How relaxation deepens.
Take time to reclaim your energy and feel what it does for you.
And now be still,
Be still in your place of wholeness.
Rest here.
Breathe with ease.
And now let a project,
A person,
Or a situation arise.
One that always brings inner conflict.
Something that makes you restless,
Makes you overthink,
Things you can't resolve,
Things that keep looping,
Situations that seem to have no solution,
Things that keep you doubting.
First feel where you sense this energy in your body,
But don't step fully into it.
Simply observe the place of conflict energy.
For now choose one conflict example for this moment.
Where do you feel it in your body?
Can you notice how your mind feeds the conflict?
How your mind fuels it with opinions,
Ideas,
Assumptions,
Pros and cons?
Perhaps there's a strong sense of shoot,
Of expectations,
Of needing to decide.
Observe the busyness and the pressure.
Now return fully to your conflict's free zone.
Reconnect completely and place the conflict situation in front of you,
In your mind's eye.
How do you see it from your quiet place?
Stay connected to your place of wholeness,
The color,
The atmosphere,
The energy.
Feel the simplicity here,
The relaxation.
And if you feel yourself being pulled into the conflict,
Come back.
Reconnect with yourself first,
Your place of wholeness,
The color,
The energy.
Place the conflict situation in a cloud.
Notice the cloud has its own color and energy.
Watch the clouds drift away.
Perhaps you sense a chord or several.
Detach them,
Let them go.
And finally reconnect with your heart,
With the radiant light shining from your heart,
The soft warm light that warms your body from within.
See if you sense how the rays extend outward.
See how the light reaches far beyond your body,
Illuminating your surroundings.
And take a few deep breaths in and out.
Relax your body.
Stretch gently and slowly,
Very slowly,
Bring your awareness back into the room.
Have a beautiful day.
Namaste.
Www.
Mooji.
