We will use this moment to reclaim our own energy and to release what is no longer useful. How nourishing it is to feed your own inner sacred space. To let go of pressure and reconnect with rest and wholeness. This is a time of releasing, of clearing out. Some people or situations stir up unpleasant feelings. They affect your energy. You feel activated, even though you’d rather not think about it. Yet it lingers, you can’t quite resolve it, and it remains clearly present in your body. I call these inner conflicts. Even though there is a lot to feel, they are usually patterns fed by the mind. They cost you a great deal of energy and give very little in return. Today, we will look at these inner conflicts for what they truly are — and let them go. Welcome home.
