And now just taking a moment to settle in,

Getting comfortable in a seated position.

You gently close your eyes,

Keep them open,

Gazing downwards at a 45 degree angle.

Taking three slow,

Deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Settling in,

Getting comfortable.

Use each out breath just allowing yourself to settle in even more.

With your next out breath,

Just returning to your natural breathing rhythm,

Your comfortable,

Harmonious breath.

When you can,

Just placing your attention,

Placing your gentle awareness on the sounds that you hear,

Whether the sounds are close,

Far away,

Just noticing what you hear now without judging,

Without naming the sounds,

Just noticing them as they come and go naturally.

Noticing what arises and falls here.

And when you're ready,

Just taking a moment to open your eyes if they were closed,

To come back to the space that you're in,

To notice how you feel in this moment.

Have a beautiful day.
