Take a moment and just notice your breathing.

And as you notice your breathing,

Just allow yourself to notice how when you breathe in,

Your lungs move your body up a little bit.

And when you breathe out,

Your body rests back into a natural position.

And the next time you breathe out,

Let go of any tension that you're experiencing.

So when you breathe in,

Notice any tension.

And when you breathe out,

Just let it go.

Just as easy as you let the breath go,

Let your tension go.

Feeling the body settle.

As your breathing settles into a natural pattern,

You allow your body to settle into a natural state of rest.

Noticing that when you breathe out,

You feel your body settle.

And as your body settles,

You find a comfortable posture.

Not rigid,

But comfortable and supporting.

Notice where your hands are resting.

Notice the weight of your hands where they're resting.

Notice the skin in between your fingers.

And notice the temperature of that skin.

Notice the space.

And allow yourself to take slightly deeper breaths.

Just slowing your breathing down.

Just effortlessly taking deeper breaths.

And as you're connecting more and more with the breath,

Connect the breath with your body.

And connect your breath with the music.

And take a moment to notice that connection.

As you exhale your breath out,

Notice where that exhale connects with the music.

And when you breathe in,

Notice how you bring the music in.

Where does your breath in connect with the music?

And now with the body settled,

Allow your mind to meet the music.

So in this process,

You will have thoughts.

And for now,

As we're relaxing the body,

Relaxing the mind,

Just acknowledge thoughts as they come in.

Allowing yourself just to notice.

And take some time to explore just noticing.

Maybe it's how you feel presently and you can time now to notice what does happiness look like to you.

Allow yourself to fully experience any happiness that you.

When you're ready,

Begin to notice the sounds around you and notice the room you're in.
