This guided practice helps you release tension and settle into a calmer, more grounded state. Through slow breathing, gentle body awareness, and supportive music, you’ll move out of stress and back into ease. This meditation is simple, steady, and designed for moments when your mind feels crowded or your body feels tight. Use it after a long day, during a break, or anytime you need a reset. No experience is needed—just a few minutes to breathe, soften, and return to yourself.

Welcome.

As we settle in to begin this meditation,

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

Allowing your body to settle and if it feels comfortable doing so,

Allow your eyes to close gently or hold a soft gaze and take a slow,

Easy breath in and as the music begins again,

Take a deep breath in and with each exhale,

Give yourself permission to arrive here fully,

Not needing to do anything else.

Let your shoulders soften,

Let your jaw loosen and let your hands rest in a natural way without any effort and take another deep breath in through the nose.

If you let it guide your pace,

Each note,

Each texture gently signals the body that bring your awareness to the space around your neck and head,

Noticing any tightness here begins to soften the small muscles around your eyes,

Just the gentle rhythm of your body returning to itself,

Move your attention down into the chest,

Feel the rock,

Each breath invites more space,

Thoughts begin to drift in,

Let them pass through like clouds,

Visible for just a moment and then moving on each exhale,

Let this heaviness drain out through the palms,

Releasing that tension.

These are the places that work the hardest to hold you up,

The breath moving across the spine,

Smooth light continue into your hips and legs,

Moving slowly,

A calm that remains within you even as this meditation ends,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Letting your eyes open softly,

Return to the room with a lighter body and give yourself thanks for giving yourself this time.
