It's essential to show ourselves the same kindness and understanding we offer to others. Practicing self-compassion can help us cultivate a more loving and supportive relationship with ourselves. This can be challenging and hard to prioritize, and this is why we practice. The breathing practice today is the Compassionate Breath.
