Hi,
And welcome to today's beautiful meditation practice,
All about self-love.
My name is Raquel,
And I will be guiding you through this today.
So let's all get into a really nice and relaxing position.
Turning off any distractions.
And allowing ourselves to drop into the peace within.
Gently closing our eyes.
Just becoming aware of our breath in this moment.
Something I've realized through my own practice is that in order for love to reveal itself throughout our lives,
It's really important to start with self-love.
So that's what we'll be focusing on today.
And we'll start by taking three really deep breaths together,
Exhaling all of the air of our physical bodies,
Remaining completely empty.
Breathing in through your nose and the back of your heart,
And releasing your past.
And exhaling through your nose and the front of your heart,
And releasing the future.
Inhaling through the back of your heart,
And releasing the past.
And exhaling through the front of your heart,
Releasing the future.
One last really deep breath in through the back of your heart,
Expanding your chest area.
Releasing anything from the past.
And exhaling and releasing your future through the front of your heart.
Beautiful.
Now you can let your breath flow at any pace without any effort.
Just by doing these three heart breaths,
You're proving that you are capable of self-love.
By breathing deeply and often,
You're literally telling your body to rest.
And that relaxes and revitalizes you.
And this is self-love in its purest and simplest form that you can do at any time,
Anywhere.
And just gently notice how your thoughts are arising in this moment.
Some thoughts linger for a long time,
And some only for a few moments.
Allowing yourself to become super aware of some of the sounds that are happening around you in this moment.
What can you hear nearby?
Maybe people talking,
The sound of your own breath.
Just allow yourself to go from one sound to the next,
Focusing on only one of them at a time.
And just think of each sound as a tiny wave of relaxation calming your mind.
And now let's move into our amazing power of imagination and visualization to spark this self-love within our hearts.
We can begin just by imagining yourself full of abundance and self-love.
Visualize yourself choosing healthy foods,
Cooking at home so you know all the ingredients that you're using and you're putting into your body.
And really feel into seeing yourself eating well.
See yourself enjoying the moments.
And really feel that nutrition that these choices are bringing you.
Feeling really good and healthy.
This is also a very important component of self-love.
Another form of self-love is paying attention to your mental chatter,
That monkey mind.
Expanding the good things you feel about yourself and challenging any negative thoughts as soon as they arise.
And you can just say to yourself silently or out loud,
When I allow myself to fully love me,
I am able to fully love others.
Deciding to consciously love myself is the best choice.
I am worthy of all the love and the joy that comes with this.
It feels good to feel good.
I completely love and accept every single thing about myself.
The more I love myself,
The better health I am in.
I am made of love.
The love I have within me is boundless and overflows in abundance to everyone around me at all times.

Just go ahead and put one of your hands on top of your heart.
