Welcome to this opportunity to breathe.

Finding a comfortable space to lay down.

Feel free to grab yourself a blanket,

Some pillows,

An eye mask.

Creating a space here that's pleasurable,

That feels welcoming.

Giving your space what it needs to allow you to feel fluid,

Open.

Allowing the possibility of movement around you.

Today we will be focusing on the element of water.

This feeling of fluidity,

Connection to our sexuality and our emotions.

Using the breath as our guide.

As always,

Beginning to breathe openly,

Easily.

Allowing the inhale to fill the body.

This feeling of expansiveness,

Spaciousness,

Openness with the inhale.

In this way receiving the gifts of our breath.

The exhale releasing,

Falling away,

Dropping.

Like the water from a waterfall,

Falling.

Establishing the breath down in the root of our body,

Pelvic floor,

Low back,

Low diaphragm.

Securing first this foundation,

But allowing the focus of our breath today to be around the navel,

The center of our second chakra.

Feel the resonance of these sexual centers.

Allowing the breath to open into the sacred space.

Today allow the breath to create space for your right to feel,

To feel freely unconditionally.

Your right to want,

Your right to desire,

Your right to play and express yourself.

Feel the breath.

Opening the body,

Creating more sensation.

Reminder that we are breathing in and out through the mouth.

With no pause at the bottom or top of the breath.

Inhaling to open,

Activate.

Exhaling to release and let go.

Feel free today to allow the body to move as it wants,

As it needs,

While maintaining the focus on the breath.

The element of water is fluid,

Malleable,

Flexible,

Graceful.

Feel free to be curious and explore how your body receives the breath and how movement can be a support for this practice.

It feels good to breathe.

Noticing where you hold any tension,

Any resistance.

Tension masks sensation.

Sensation is the foundation of our pleasure,

Of our ability to feel.

Use the breath.

Breathe deeply into these places of resistance.

Allow the inhale to open and create more space.

The exhale to once more soften.

Feel the softness of your body.

Feel the release of your muscles,

Weight of your bones.

Let the emotions in your tissues speak and be heard.

Let the stored energy you are carrying,

For any amount of repression,

Resistance,

Of control to move and using the breath to be your guide in this way.

We are not here to feel better,

But rather to get better at feeling.

This is the practice,

Continuing to breathe.

Our focus again is in our second chakra,

The breath rooting into the navel and just below the navel.

Our sexual centers,

Once this is established,

Also allowing the breath to move through the solar plexus,

The chest and the heart space,

The throat opening through all the chakra centers up through the third eye and the crown.

Breath creating more space for energy to move freely,

Openly through the body.

Beautiful breathing my friend.

Keep it going.

At this time you might bring in a visualization effortlessly floating through the waters of the ocean,

Perhaps on a lake,

A body of water where you feel safe,

Supported by the depths below.

Know these ocean depths as your own subconscious emotions and patterns.

Feel them beneath you,

Using the breath to allow them to rise to the surface,

To be felt and integrated.

Water can take any shape,

Any form.

It is adaptable,

Malleable.

Love is life.

It is meant to be explored.

Allow yourself to feel what is there.

Continuing to return to the breath.

Beautiful breathing.

At any time,

Allowing movement to open the body,

Shaking,

Moving back and forth.

You may press your palms together,

Pushing back and forth,

The palms hovering over the pelvis and moving up through the torso,

Through the stomach,

Solar plexus,

Chest above your head.

By pressing the palms over various areas of the body,

We can move the body in this way and focus the energy where it's needed.

Once more,

You may always take a deep tone,

Beginning with a deep inhale and then opening with an ah or an oh.

This is available to you anytime.

Tony is a beautiful tool to move energy that is stuck,

Creating more space.

Once more,

More sensation in the body.

Acting to the divine feminine in your body,

We all carry this divine essence,

This nurturing,

Compassionate energy,

Archetypal mother to us all.

Feel this in your own body.

Allow her to be your guide as you feel what is there.

Continuing to breathe.

Thank you for feeling.

Thank you for your presence.

Feels good to cultivate this intimacy with my body.

Feels good to let go of my control.

Release what is stuck and stored.

Feel unconditionally.

Keep coming back to the breath.

This element of water is your place of creativity,

Of play,

Innocence and curiosity.

Come back to those feelings of pleasure.

You deserve to feel good in our bodies.

Thank you for your work my friend.

Thank you.

Thank you for your presence showing up today.

Letting go of the roots of our own shame.

Moving into our pleasure.

An invitation to take a deep om with me,

Moving any leftover energy,

Anything that wants to be released and moved.

Deep inhale.

B beautiful For the next few minutes,

Taking what you need from the breath,

Feeling anything that's left there to be felt,

To be integrated,

Listening to your own felt sense.

In due time,

Coming back to relaxation and rest,

Letting go of the breath,

Letting it fall into a natural rhythm,

Deeply connecting with ourselves in this way,

Tuning into the parasympathetic,

Rest and digest,

Taking these moments for yourself.

Thank you for showing up today.

Thank you for feeling.

Thank you.
