Focusing the breath in the solar plexus.
Allowing the rib cage to move,
To expand,
To soften.
Finding an expansive,
Open,
Spacious inhale.
Receiving our own power,
Responsibility,
Sense of action,
Presence in the body.
The exhale softening.
Effortlessly releasing and letting go.
Connecting the inhale and the exhale,
No pause at the bottom or top of the breath.
Connected wave in the body.
Letting your fire burn brightly today,
Allowing anything that arises to be purified by this fire.
This fire rooted in the solar plexus.
Letting go of any fear around your perfection.
It feels good to act,
To be fully present in this world,
To take charge of how you show up,
The life that you are creating.
It is yours.
Everything in this world is a reflection of where you are,
Of what you are holding on to,
Resisting,
And what you are manifesting and bringing in.
Continuing to breathe.
Focusing the breath in the solar plexus.
Over time,
Allowing the breath to move back down into the foundation of the low belly,
Pelvic floor,
And all the way up into the chest,
The heart space,
And the throat.
Connecting all the chakra lines,
Including the third eye and the crown.
Always returning today to our mani pura,
The energy center of fire and will.
Anytime you feel like moving to release any tension you are experiencing,
Feel free.
Shaking,
Wiggling,
Flowing freely.
Feel free to express yourself,
To release any sounds.
Today is an opportunity to express any repressed anger you may be carrying.
Feel free in your sacred safe space to practice and build a relationship with your own anger.
It's only when we repress and negate and hide from our anger that it becomes charged in a hateful way.
To practice consciously expressing our anger is to come closer into compassion and friendship with our shadow.
Feel your fire today.
Feel your energy burn brightly.
Let your body feel the heat of what is there.
Beautiful breathing my friend,
Keep it going.
Full expansive breaths,
Always coming back into the softness of the exhale.
Giving yourself permission to burn brightly,
But returning to the softness in order to integrate fully.
Feel free to play with the intensity of your breath today while maintaining the self-regulation of the exhale.
Once more noticing where you're holding the breath,
Controlling through the throat,
Allowing the breath to move freely through the body.
