So let's take a moment to connect with our heart space.

Get comfortable and close your eyes if that feels good to you and then simply notice your breath.

Breathing in through your nose,

Down into your belly,

And out through your nose.

Completely exhaling.

You might like to place your hand over your heart.

Imagine that there's a ball of glowing light in your heart space.

Watch as the light spreads through your entire body.

Notice any warmth or other sensations.

Just stay here for a moment.

Breathe.

Now see this light starting to expand,

Spreading through your chest,

Warming it,

Filling you with a sense of joy,

Ease,

And love.

Watch as it spreads through your arms,

Into your hands,

Down into your legs,

Into your feet,

And up through your shoulders,

And your neck,

And into your head.

You are a radiant,

Magnificent being.

Allow yourself to connect with this deeper,

Expansive part of you.

Allow yourself to release the fear of not being enough,

Of not being worthy.

And tap into the knowing that you were born worthy,

That nothing can take away from your inherent worthiness.

You are a being of light and love in human form.

And being human can be messy.

The goal of life isn't to be perfect,

But to find bliss and joy on your journey.

To keep coming home to yourself so that you know the next right steps for you.

To find the gifts in the imperfection.

To find the beauty in the mess.

Life is always working for you.

When we stop clinging to this idea of perfection,

We create space to allow the beauty in.

We create space for more playfulness and fun.

And when perfectionism creeps in for you,

When stress and anxiety about the responsibilities and shoulds come up,

Allow yourself to have deep,

Radical compassion for the big feelings that are coming up.

And hold your inner child with love and let her know that she is safe and she's always enough.

Continue to breathe.

Beautiful.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Allow a gentle smile to light your face.

Be sure to come back to this meditation and allow these words to sink into your heart.

Let them flow through you and hold you with love.
