So settle in,
Get cozy for this gentle guided meditation.
Find a comfortable seat.
If it feels good to you,
You can close your eyes.
You might like to place your hand over your heart and just begin to breathe in and out through your nose.
Begin to relax into this moment.
Finding ease in your body.
And come to a quiet stillness.
And start to lengthen your breath.
Start to breathe in through your nose and allow that breath to drop all the way down into your belly.
Scanning your body for any tension.
And as you breathe out through your nose,
Relaxing into your body.
Where are you holding tension right now?
Can you soften through your face?
You relax your forehead.
Is your jaw tight?
Notice where your shoulders are in space.
Can they drop down?
Notice your hands.
Can you release any tension there?
Relax your legs and your feet.
And come into this moment.
And as you start to settle in,
Connect with yourself.
Connect with the highest version of you.
Connect with the soul,
The love that you are,
The truth of who you are.
That's who we are always trying to reconnect with.
She has deep wisdom.
And she lovingly guides you every day if you allow her.
Now bring your focus to your mornings and think of all of the possibilities that await you as you start a day,

And as this highest version of you envision yourself waking up in the morning,
How do you feel?
What's your first thought as you open your eyes?
And see yourself as you open your eyes.
See yourself taking the time to feel into your body and allowing your body to guide you into what you need in the moment.
Not judging yourself for not doing more and knowing deep within you that you're doing exactly what your body is asking for today.
Allow yourself to move and flow and play in your body in ways that feel good to you.
And then as you begin to journey inward into stillness,
You feel into your breath.
It's helping you step out of your mind and into the present moment.
Notice how that feels as you connect with yourself,
As you lovingly show up for yourself and your needs.
Just see yourself,
Feel yourself as you take some time to sit in stillness and listen to your heart.
Playing in this field of appreciation and feeling gratitude and appreciation in every cell of your body.
And then you see yourself beautifully transitioning into following your bliss and doing something that lights you up and brings you joy.
What is that?
That thing that's calling to you,
The thing that when you think about it,
Your lips turn into a smile,

They curve upward.

And then see yourself taking on each task confidently in your day.

For this connection that you have to your inner wisdom.
Your inner wisdom is always available to you 24-7.
You can come back to this space of connection and stillness as often as you like.
