I want to begin this podcast by letting you know you are not alone. In my experience of ascension, depression has been an ever-evolving teaching force. The information I’m sharing in today’s podcast is my own observation and experience.

I was definately brought to this talk! I went through a very long dark night of the soul. All had been like a new awakening after I came out of it but very recently I've started to feel bits of sadness/depression/lonliness trying to creep back.
