I will definitely keep working at this, started off able to feel and visualise really well.... but just became more challenging to keep the focus all the way to the end. My daughter just informed me that she came into the room where I was meditating not realising I was here and made quite a lot of noise playing with our pets.... I was totally unaware of this... upon reflection, maybe that's when my focus subconsciously wavered?! 🤔
