Have you noticed that recently there is a whole new shift in how people look at their lives and it's kind of moving from self-improvement to self-mastery. Over the years as a coach to some of the most highly successful entrepreneurs in the world, I've developed a whole system focusing on particular types of concepts and strategies, which over a period of time, allows any individual in any Walk of Life to develop total self-mastery.

Hello,

This is Sumit Jain and welcome to day 15 of the 21 day meditation series.

And if you are with us here on day 15,

Then it means you hang on to meditate together with thousands of your closest meditating friends for two solid weeks and you are now going to amp it up a little bit more and now you are going to go a little deeper and a little longer and you will be spending a little more time with yourself.

And if you don't want to spend time with yourself,

Who else would you want to spend time with?

So here is a great opportunity for you to truly connect with yourself just a little bit longer to your unconditioned self,

To the stillness,

To the silence that rests within us.

So let's find a comfortable place.

We have done so many different kinds of meditations.

Outside meditation,

Outside,

Eyes open,

Eyes closed,

Visual meditations and so many different aspects of mantras and awareness.

And now we will just go a little bit further.

It's sort of like if you were driving on a road at 70 miles an hour,

You might consider it as very fast and you won't be able to see things around on the sides of the road because you are going very fast and you are concentrating on the road.

But if you suddenly speed up to about 150 miles an hour and you did that for about 10 miles and then you slow down to 70 miles,

You will be able to now see things on the sides of the roads.

So we are going to do that in the same way,

The same thing.

We will go a little bit deeper over these next few meditations and then we will go back off again to that standard speed,

The standard amount of 10 to 15 minutes and we will be very very relaxed and we will be accessing a few new things.

So again let's sit comfortable.

Let's close our eyes and let's take a deep breath in and gently release.

Take another long slow deep breath and let it go.

Just gently flow your breath in and out.

Just let go.

Just breathe.

And I want you to begin using the mantra Aum Shanti Namaha.

Aum Shanti Namaha.

Again we are using those words for their vibrational qualities.

But if we do not understand their meaning then that will be pretty much boring,

Isn't it?

So I will talk about it later what it means.

But right now it doesn't mean anything.

They are just vibrations.

They are just timeless,

Primordial sounds.

Some of the first sounds that were created and then they were translated into Sanskrit.

So let's do the Aum Shanti Namaha mantra.

We just take a deep breath in and then gently release.

And silently we begin repeating to yourself Aum Shanti Namaha.

And you may notice that sometimes you will be inhaling on the Aum and sometimes you will be exhaling on the Aum.

Or sometimes you will be saying Namaha and sometimes you will be saying Shanti.

Whatever feels comfortable at that time.

Whatever changes occur,

Don't resist.

And so continue to repeat Aum Shanti Namaha.

And when you are repeating the mantra you will notice that it will change itself.

It will become louder or shallow or it will become fainter.

It will become faster or slower.

It will become jumbled up.

However it changes,

Simply continue to repeat it innocently and effortlessly.

With your eyes closed there is not much effort to make.

It's just like a mist arising from the lake at the dawn time.

Let it happen automatically.

Any more effort you make,

It means you are working too hard.

So let's gently repeat to ourselves Aum Shanti Namaha.

And you just keep on doing it over and over and over again.

You may notice that you may shift away to thoughts in your mind.

You might hear sounds in the environment and that's where your attention flows.

You may notice some physical sensations,

You may feel uncomfortable or you might require some physical attention.

And that's all okay.

As soon as you become aware that instead of repeating Aum Shanti Namaha,

You are involved in some other activities,

Then just gently drift back to the mantra.

Just drift back to that mantra.

So let's try it for some few minutes.

I will watch the time for you and you just simply sit.

Don't torture yourself for having thoughts over how long this meditation will take.

It's okay.

We will talk about the time later.

I will watch the time for you and you just surrender to the mantra Aum Shanti Namaha.

And don't worry about anything.

Don't worry about your breath and don't worry about your rhythm.

And if you chant with your breath,

It's okay.

You don't want to chant with the rhythm of your breath is also fine.

Just do it very very very gently.

Let's begin.
