Have you noticed that recently there is a whole new shift in how people look at their lives and it's kind of moving from self-improvement to self-mastery? Over the years as a coach to some of the most highly successful entrepreneurs in the world, I've developed a whole system focusing on particular types of concepts and strategies, which over a period of time, allows any individual in any Walk of Life to develop total self-mastery.

Hello this is Sumit Jain and welcome to a new day,

Day 14.

Can you believe it?

It's day 14.

This is the last day of our second week and if you've been with us all along through these two weeks there has to be some shift in your life already.

And for those of you who have requested that we create some longer meditations.

So today we will go a little bit longer.

But always feel free if this event of meditation isn't the meditation you're looking for in the morning you're always welcomed to maintain your own practice and encourage,

We encourage to maintain your practice whatever that practice is and just meditate for about 30 minutes.

Whether it is vipassana or it is sound meditations or it is some other kind of meditation techniques that you use.

You are free to do whatever you like to do but the goal of this 21 day meditation series is never to constrict anybody or to lessen your meditation practices it's just an extra support system we are providing you which can help you to start a new habit and to re-engage it and to reconnect with yourself of who you are with this vast universe which is full of super energy.

And what you get along with it is more than thousands and thousands of people who are also contacting us and working together with you every day at the same time.

Our new meditators,

Old meditators,

People who have been practicing for a long time and that is what we want.

To create a new habit of meditation on a daily basis and take the advantage of what meditation really looks like.

It will open new doorways inside you.

But what we want is that you enjoy these meditations so much that you can awaken different aspects of yourself and every meditation is going to be a different experience,

A different journey and even if something doesn't happen at least it will bring a small smile,

A laugh in your life.

Maybe it increases love for yourself,

Maybe love for the world a little bit more unconditionally.

So in this meditation we are going to really explore a different aspect of ourselves and this aspect is known as our soul,

The prana,

The chi.

And I ask myself,

Who am I?

You may have to find yourself in so many ways over the years.

You may be a mother or a father.

Are you a lover?

Or are you a teacher?

Or are you a vice president of this company or a director of that company?

Are you a child?

Or you are somebody's daughter or son?

Or maybe you are a sister or brother?

Or are you a fan of this football team?

What kind of food do you eat?

What kind of clothes you wear?

What kind of hair do you have?

Are you a blonde?

Or are you a redhead person?

Do you have a shaved head?

We can define ourselves with so many different ways.

Are you a person who likes this actor or that actresses?

Are you somebody who's practicing yoga or Ayurveda or some religion?

Or are you somebody who's traveling,

Who loves to travel a lot?

Or maybe you're somebody who doesn't travel at all?

How many times have you ever said to yourself,

I am this type of person?

And you try to bring yourself into a category.

But this is not who we are.

But we've been casting ourselves all the time,

We are masking this into these roles,

Into these characters,

Into these disguises that I have put on to help find myself.

There are so many ways we define ourselves on a daily basis that we have actually forgotten who we really are in a true sense.

And in this meditation,

Let's peel away these layers which are defining now us.

Let's go beyond being a brother or a sister,

A daughter or a mother,

A father or a son.

Let's say if you were a vice president of a company and you were downsized,

What are you now then?

You just become nothing in one second.

But we kept on telling ourselves that I am the vice president of this big company.

And we start to relate ourselves to these tags.

And we really forget who we are.

We define ourselves and label ourselves and identify ourselves in so many ways.

But these are simply placed on top of us,

Projected on top of us.

And these were beamed into us by nobody else but we ourselves.

This is the stage when we start looking for acceptance or appreciation or attention from other people because we are lost from our true identity.

So in this meditation,

We are going to recognize who is it that rests so deep within us,

Which is beyond your positions and possessions,

Which is beyond this flesh casing that we are sealed in in this lifetime.

Going deeper and deeper.

And the only way to do that is to acknowledge yourself as the silent witness.

You are the silent witness today.

And so right now,

Just become aware of yourself.

Just become aware of your thoughts.

You will see that you are not even the thinker of those thoughts.

Right now just witness yourself.

Recognize you thinking those thoughts.

So if you are not your body and you are not your mind,

You are the silent witness who observes this flesh living,

This breathing.

This flesh is living and breathing and you are the one who is that jiva,

The soul,

The ever radiating beam of light which is layered with all of your maya,

These illusions of physical senses,

The physical being.

And also layered with all these thoughts about your future,

All your memories about your past.

And it's not even you.

And this flesh,

We so much love this flesh body of ours that's not even us.

We have a body.

Just observe it as a silent witness.

And keep asking yourself,

If I am not this mind,

If I am not this body of flesh,

Who am I then?

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

And continue to ask yourself that question.

You are deeper than your job.

You are deeper than your relationships.

You are deeper than your emotional state.

You are deeper than your physiologies.

If this is not what I am,

Then keep asking,

Who am I?

Who am I?

And when you're doing this meditation,

Maybe the answers will flow and maybe they won't.

And maybe the universe will provide the answers to you.

So just now,

You just be beyond your family,

Beyond your community.

And go deeper and deeper than this flesh encased world.

And this new view which you have created for yourself and ask yourself,

Who are you?

So for the next few moments,

Just simply ask the question silently to yourself,

Being an independent observer,

Who am I?

And this will be our mantra for today.

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

And whether the answers come or not,

Now is the perfect time to start your dialogue with the universe.

So let's begin.

Just close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

And sitting silently,

Being an independent observer,

Just ask yourself,

Who am I?

And whatever flows back,

Just let it flow.

You just keep on asking the question,

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

Om Shanti,

I am the ever radiating soul.

Who is peace?

Who is love?

Happiness?

And who is bliss?

You can stop repeating your mantra,

Who am I?

And just float for a few moments.

Just take a deep breath in and release.

One more time.

Let's seal this meditation by chanting Aum together.

And when you feel comfortable,

You can slowly open your eyes.

And let your eyes gaze around.

And interpret everything through your subtle body.

But deep within,

You are different.

You are the universal energy.

You are divine.

You are cosmic.

You are the pure unconditional consciousness.

You are the ever alive jiva,

The soul,

Which is residing within this casing of flesh.

Just enjoy this feeling of finding yourself today.

And I leave you with this feeling of being connected with yourself for the first time.

And this is Sumit Jain leaving you being happy with your true self being.

And wish you all the best in your life.

Aum Shanti and Namaste.
