Hello,

I'm glad you're here.

My name is Lani Pudity and I've written and recorded this meditation for us to collectively move into a space of healing.

This meditation is an opportunity to speak affirmations and move into a space of healing through imagination.

We've heard and probably spoken the phrase,

Imagination is everything.

Albert Einstein said,

Imagination is more important than knowledge.

Knowledge is limited,

Imagination encircles the world.

The intention of this exercise is to encircle the world with our collective consciousness and imagine health and well-being for yourself,

Your country and the world.

Imagination taps into infinite potential.

The superconscious mind visualizes winning as if it is really happening.

So let's make it happen.

We'll start this meditation in a standing position and then partway through I'll invite you to sit so it's important to have a chair on hand.

The best chair for this is a dining room or an office chair.

Just place it behind you so you can sit down without much interruption.

While I may narrate certain positions,

Postures or movements during the exercise,

It's most important for you to take care of your body.

If you need to sit,

Open your eyes or just relax and listen,

Then please do so.

Your well-being is the most important aspect of this activity.

Please take care.

During the exercise,

I'll speak in first person as if you're speaking to yourself.

Let's begin.

For this exercise,

I stand in front of the chair,

Feet shoulder distance apart,

Closing my eyes to concentrate better on myself,

Becoming aware of my posture,

Strong,

Straight and confident,

My body upright between the earth and the sky.

I become aware of my breathing as if the whole body is breathing and renewing,

Becoming aware of sounds far away,

Sounds near at hand and of sounds from my own body,

My breathing or my heartbeat.

I welcome those sounds as being part of life without trying to determine what they are.

Now concentrating on my body,

Become aware of my head.

I notice my forehead,

My eyes and all the tiny muscles around my eyes,

My nose,

The air going in,

The air coming out,

My cheekbones,

My teeth,

My tongue relaxed,

My mouth and jaw softening and settling.

I become aware of my ears,

The inside and outside,

All the tiny bits of my ears,

All the space around my ears.

I notice my brain,

The back of my head.

This is my first system.

Now I become aware of the neck and throat,

My larynx which gives me voice,

My shoulders,

The back of my arms,

The back of my hands,

My second system.

Now becoming aware of the chest area,

The heart,

Lungs,

The upper back,

The underside of my arms,

The palms of my hands,

My fingers,

All of my third system.

And then the area between the ribcage and navel,

The internal organs,

Stomach,

Liver,

Adrenals,

All of my digestive system,

My middle back,

My fourth system.

And then becoming aware of everything below the navel,

My lower abdomen,

My lower back,

The internal organs,

The reproductive organs,

The hip and pelvic area,

My legs,

My ankles,

My feet,

All of my fifth system.

And then I focus on the whole of my body,

My sixth system.

I become aware of the weight of my body,

The temperature of my body,

And the size of my body.

I breathe out to fully empty my stomach and lungs,

A deep inhale through my nose.

I hold my breath,

I lift my arms above my head,

I clasp my hands together and I tense the whole of my body,

Tensing every bit of my body from the top of my head to the soles of my feet,

Grimacing the muscles on my face,

Tensing every bit of my body a bit more.

And release,

Relax,

Bringing my hands down,

Feeling for the chair behind,

I sit down towards the back of the chair,

My back,

Strong,

Straight,

And confident.

My hands placed gently on my thighs and the soles of my feet on the floor.

This is an integration pause,

Noticing all the physical and mental sensations that are present in my body now.

Now vital,

So-fro energizing of the body,

Breathing warm,

Vital energy into the body and diffusing it throughout the body systems while breathing out.

We pull this energy from the earth,

Through the feet,

Or from the sun and into the skin.

I begin by concentrating on the fifth system,

Everything below the navel.

I breathe warm,

Vital energy into all the parts of the fifth system,

Nourishing and cleansing the cells,

And I breathe out and I harmonize,

And I send love,

Joy,

And gratitude to all the cells of my fifth system.

Recognizing the temperature of the fifth system,

I breathe this warm,

Vital energy up into the fourth system,

Between my ribcage and my navel and my middle back,

Becoming aware of all the shapes within this part of my body,

Functioning as my digestive system,

And I breathe out,

Diffusing warm,

Vital energy throughout this space,

Harmonizing,

Sending love,

Joy,

And gratitude to all the cells of my fourth system.

And then breathing this warm,

Vital energy up into my third system,

My chest area,

My upper back,

And the inner side of my arms and hands.

Cleansing and breathing out,

Harmonizing and sending love,

Joy,

And gratitude to every cell in the third system.

And I breathe warm,

Vital energy up into the second system,

My neck,

Throat,

Shoulders,

The back of my arms and hands.

I sense the vibrating energy in my larynx,

Which gives me voice,

And I breathe out,

And I harmonize,

Sending love,

Joy,

And gratitude to the cells of my second system.

And then breathing this warm,

Vital energy up into the first system,

My head,

Becoming aware of all the shapes and the functions within my head,

Cleansing and nourishing,

And I breathe out,

Harmonize,

And send love,

Joy,

And gratitude to all the cells of my first system.

And then breathing this warm,

Vital energy up into the whole of my body,

Becoming very aware of each and every part of my body,

All the shapes,

The presence of the cells,

The entire structure of my existence.

I breathe out,

I harmonize,

I send love,

Joy,

And gratitude to all the cells of my body.

I recognize my cells receiving this attention.

I smile at the cells.

They smile back at me.

Cell appreciation.

Integration pause,

Taking notice of the movement of energy throughout and around my body,

Becoming aware of the space I take up in the world,

And noticing any physical sensations that are happening in my body now.

Now having completed the body scan and the vital-so-fro energizing,

I'm going to focus on collective energy and heal myself,

My country,

And the world through imagination.

Standing in front of my chair,

I become aware of my breathing as if the whole body is breathing and renewing,

Becoming aware of my body upright between the earth and the sky,

Becoming aware of my connection with the universe.

I gently clench my fists,

Inhale and lift my arms up to horizontal,

And with my arms outstretched to the sides,

I exhale,

And I open my hands,

Palms facing up.

I lean my head slightly back as if I'm looking up with my eyes still closed.

I become aware of the interaction with my own energy and the energy of the universe.

I contemplate the value of compassion.

I'm curious as I visualize compassion for myself.

I recognize the essence of love within and without.

I see that I sit in a space of compassion.

I feel the collective energy.

I lower my hands and bring my hands to my heart,

And I silently speak to myself.

I am a divine creation.

I am healthy.

I am vibrant.

I am strong.

I am a divine creation.

I am healthy.

I am vibrant.

I am strong.

I am a divine creation.

I am healthy.

I am vibrant.

I am strong.

Bringing my hands down to the side of my body.

I take a standing integration pause,

Awareness of my breathing,

Awareness of my body upright between the earth and the sky,

My connection to the universe and noticing any physical sensations in my body.

Now doing the exercise a second time for my country,

Becoming aware of my breathing as if the whole body is breathing and renewing,

Becoming aware of my body upright between the earth and the sky,

Becoming aware of my connection to myself,

To my country and to the universe.

I gently clench my fists,

Inhale and lift my arms up to horizontal.

With my arms outstretched to the sides,

I exhale and I open my hands,

Palms facing up,

Tilting my head slightly back,

My eyes closed,

Becoming aware of the interaction with my own energy and the energy of the universe,

This universal energy.

I contemplate the value of compassion.

I am curious as I visualize compassion for my country.

I recognize the essence of love within and without.

I see that my country dwells in a space of compassion.

I feel collective energy.

I lower my hands to my heart and I silently speak for my country.

My country is a divine creation.

Sitting in my chair,

I feel the energy of the space around me.

The ceiling above.

The floor beneath.

The walls surrounding.

I am safe.

I am secure.

I feel compassionate connection to myself,

To the country,

To the world.

I am at peace.

Keeping the feelings of well-being discovered during the exercise,

I begin to move and stretch my body in a way that feels comfortable.

Taking all the time that I need.

And when I'm ready,

Opening my eyes.

Well done.

You did such a great job.

It's a good idea to record your experience in a meditation journal so that you can refer back another time.

I'm so grateful for your participation and your desire to heal yourself,

Your country,

And the world.

Please come back and participate as often as you'd like and create a space for healing energy.

You can speak these affirmations at any time,

Any place,

Whenever you feel the need to feel at peace.

I am safe.

I am secure.

I feel compassionate connection to myself,

To my country,

To the world.

I am at peace.

My country is at peace.

The world is at peace.
