Welcome officially to the Soul Infuse Monday show today,

Lessons from Nature,

Part two of the Costa Rica travel journey I recently embarked on.

The last nature or jungle lesson I shared,

I'm not going to go deep into it,

But just to as a little recap,

There was two things.

One was that I got from the waterfall.

If you wanna know a little bit more about it,

Go back and re-listen.

But the message was find your path and walk it fearlessly.

And the second piece that I shared was that home is inside of you.

Today,

When I was tuning in,

Which lesson I'm going to share,

Because I'm not gonna share all my lessons today,

That would take too much of time,

I am going to share the lesson I've learned from the river.

That is such a good lesson.

And it's not a lesson that I hadn't learned before.

So I wanna be very clear.

It's not about maybe hearing something you've never heard or maybe you haven't by the way,

But I always like to remind you,

Whether you hear something for the first time or for the 150th time,

Be open to receive whatever you are meant to receive today.

And I shared that last time how I did that,

Depending on where I was in nature,

It was with the waterfall,

It was in different other areas in nature.

This particularly one when I was in the forest and there was also a small,

Like a little waterfall,

But it felt like more the river energy.

So I was sitting there and tuning in and meditating.

And the question that I asked again,

When I was tuning into the river,

I asked the river,

First I connected to nature and you might know this,

I live in the Dominican Republic,

I live in a lot of nature and yet I took my connection to nature and therefore my connection to myself on a much deeper level.

I was walking yesterday morning on the beach and I truly felt like how much I grown and changed again.

I was like a different person.

Now that doesn't mean everything is just roses and bubbles and all is nice.

No,

It's challenging sometimes,

But to travel and to do a retreat like I did,

I invested a lot of money that I didn't plan on.

To treat myself and to reconnect to myself,

That was so transformative that I wanted to share that with you because so often we are anxious about investing in ourselves and I get it.

And at the same time,

It's the most important investment.

So back to the river.

Tuning into nature,

I was tuning in particularly to the river and I asked the river,

What do you wanna teach me?

I am not gonna go through all the process what I did,

But I want to share the lesson that I got and what I got out of it and how I interpreted it and how meaningful it was to me.

Here's what the river,

So good,

Is so wise,

Nature is so wise and you are nature.

If you love nature,

By the way,

Listen to this.

I give you already so many lessons before I even share the lesson.

Do you love nature?

Just answer that for you.

And it's okay if it's a yes,

No,

Or maybe,

There's no run away,

But do you love nature?

Do you love being in nature?

If your answer is yes,

If your answer is yes,

That means that you love yourself because you are nature.

It's so on such a profound level that even the waterfall that I shared last time or the river that I'm gonna share today,

Jungle,

Tree,

Whatever it is inside of it,

You are nature.

So you can take your self-love practice even to a deeper level if you remind yourself every time that you love nature,

That you are part of nature,

And therefore you already love yourself on a level that you might have not even thought of before.

Now,

The river.

The river is constantly moving,

Especially where I was sitting.

It's really,

Maybe there's a different word for it that maybe it's a creek,

But it was like with the waterfall and going into the river.

So the waterfall is constantly moving.

So the river is constantly moving.

So the river is constantly moving.

The river is constantly changing,

Therefore.

Now you are like the river,

Okay?

The same that you are like the waterfall,

But right now let's take the quality of the river and then listen.

You are like the river.

You are constantly moving.

You are constantly changing.

And from a river's perspective,

There's nothing to hold onto.

Now wait for it,

That could be a bit scary.

Oh my God.

Now listen to this.

The river,

That lesson is very clear.

You are like the river.

The river is constantly moving.

The river is constantly changing and there's nothing to hold onto.

And yet you are safe.

It's so simple and yet so profound.

And again,

If you feel like this voice coming in,

Oh yeah,

I've heard this before,

I know this.

Yeah,

I said,

Great,

I know this.

And how can I take this even deeper?

I'm not done yet with the lesson because I had a different,

A second piece of this,

But I really want to invite you to even take a breath to close your eyes,

Even feel into your body.

Imagine this river inside of you that you have.

You are like the river.

There's constantly movement.

There's constantly change.

How often do you feel there's nothing to hold onto?

And yet if you turn into the river part of you and to the quality and the wisdom and the nature of river,

There's maybe nothing to hold onto.

And at the same time,

You are safe in your movement.

You'll always find a way.

You always keep moving.

So that's the first piece that I wanted to share.

I would love to hear what your thoughts are on that.

What's landing for you?

There's a second piece to this lesson,

But this one is really very simple,

Powerful lesson.

You are like the river.

You're constantly moving.

You're constantly changing.

There's nothing to hold onto.

And yet you're safe.

You're safe.

And you can even enjoy the flow of the river.

How often do we fight and resist,

Me including,

Right?

I know what I'm talking about.

We fight and resist change.

We are so scared of the unknown.

We are constantly trying to control the environment,

Trying to hold onto something.

Now,

If you were in those moments,

Connect to the essence of the river that is flowing deep inside of you,

And you enjoy the flow,

Knowing that the river always finds a way.

And so that was when I stopped meditating,

And I got up and I walked back,

And it was beautiful.

It was just me and two of my friends that were doing together,

Doing this retreat,

The one that was leading it,

And I shared that with them because I felt it was something to be shared.

And now,

So that alone was very powerful.

The notion of,

Hey,

Even if there's nothing to hold onto,

You're safe because you're like the river.

And throughout the night and the next day,

I was tuning into that,

And a second piece arise that I found even more,

Not more,

Just in addition,

Something to really enjoy.

The same way that we can see there's nothing to hold onto,

That could be depending on where you are on your journey,

How many triggers you have,

How many wounds,

Or whatever,

Like wherever you are emotionally,

That could be a bit scary,

Or think,

Oh my God,

There's nothing to hold onto.

Now,

Having said that,

On the other side,

Because you're like the river,

And there's nothing to hold onto,

There's also nothing to attach to,

To be held back by,

It means freedom.

If you tune into the quality of the river,

And when I tune into and I go back to,

And you can even tune into my energy,

Because when I talk,

While I'm talking about this,

I'm tuning it deep inside of myself,

And I remember me sitting there,

But I have the river inside of me.

I have this lesson so deep and anchored in me,

That there's so much freedom when there's nothing to hold onto.

It's not only scary,

It's liberating.

You're free to flow,

You're freeing your movement.

You can enjoy the movement,

You can enjoy the change,

Even though you might be,

Oh my God,

The wave is kicking you here,

And there's a stone,

And there's a rock,

But the river always finds a way,

And you can enjoy that freedom,

You can enjoy that flow,

And still feel safe.

So take a moment to really let this sink in.

Let it sink into your body,

Into your core,

Into your being.

And it was such an incredible experience,

The combination of my inner work,

Meditation,

Unplugging,

Recharging,

With the nature excursions that I am planning on doing a retreat in Costa Rica for you.

I have no details yet,

But it's coming,

Because that was so transformative that I get to do it.

So stay tuned with that.

Just keep your mind and ears open.

And if you are already interested,

Being notified,

Or just being on the interest list of potentially doing a retreat like this in Costa Rica,

Leave me a comment below and say me.

Me,

Me,

Me,

Me,

Me,

Me,

So I can make a note,

And then I will let you know when that's gonna happen.

Take a deep breath,

And let's recap.

And then I'm going to see some of your takeaways here.

What are you taking away here?

What's landing deep inside of you?

What's landing in your heart,

In your soul,

In your body?

What is your takeaway?

What's deeply landing and resonating with you?

And leave me a comment.

I would so appreciate it.

And also if you like to know more when I'm ready to share about the retreat where you are going to maybe have those incredible journeys yourself internally,

Leave me a comment below and say me.

Me,

Me,

Me,

Me,

Me,

Your name,

Your email,

Send me a message so that I can collect and you will not be notified first.

So I want to see some of your comments.

That was so needed,

Yes we are transient but safe in moving forward,

Beautiful.

It tells me let go of fear,

Feel the joy.

Beautiful,

Karen,

What a great takeaway as well.

You are so young inside when you are healing,

Beautiful.

It actually makes me feel safe to hear it.

I feel the energy shift.

Tina,

Thank you for sharing that,

And here it's so true.

And you know,

Reading your comment,

The truth is always healing.

I feel that it makes you feel safe because it's true.

And when we connect to our true nature,

That it's part of real nature out there besides of the energy being that we are,

The soul that is incarnated.

But when you connect to nature on a deep level and also me sharing through my field,

It gives you a sense of safety because it's true.

Does that make sense?

That was just coming through here.

Thank you for sharing.

Yes,

We always find a way.

Ah,

Yeah,

Exactly,

Lynn.

Such a great takeaway and such a good reminder.

A reminder for me.

I've been on the journey as long as I,

You know,

If you have followed me for a while,

I've been on this inner growth journey for over 26 years.

I've been teaching for over 18 or maybe even longer.

I don't even remember.

I constantly invest in myself.

I constantly keep working on myself and I grow and these lessons just go deeper like this.

So,

So good to be reminded of.

Here's another takeaway,

Trust,

Beautiful.

Another one,

Like the river,

I'm constantly changing even if I'm not aware of it.

Yeah,

That's a beautiful takeaway,

Linda.

I think that's landing here for a lot of people.

We sometimes have the illusion of either we are in control or the misconception that we are stuck.

Ah,

Let that sink in.

However,

There's a part that,

Like you're like the river.

It's one part of you that's much more.

You're part of the river.

You're constantly changing and moving beautiful.

Woo,

That's good.

Nothing to attach to.

It equals freedom.

Woo,

I got the goosebumps.

Thanks for sharing that.

Great takeaway,

Lady girl.

I hope this is your dharma.

This is it.

Linda's saying,

This is a multi-legged insight.

We'll have to sit with it.

Oh yes,

I tell you,

This goes so deep.

The mind is grasping and think,

Oh yeah,

Sure,

Hila.

This is so profound if you like let it really sink in on so many different levels and layers,

Beautiful.

Wow,

I had a dream about you last night doing a retreat.

Wow,

I get goosebumps all over the place here.

Wow,

Fantastic,

Lisa.

Yeah,

I'll keep you in mind for sure.

I wish,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

Okay,

Fantastic,

Wow.

Okay,

Let's take another moment to really tune in,

To anchor it,

To honor it.

And if you're listening or watching right now and you have not yet shared your takeaway or what's resonating with you,

I really invite you to do so.

Of course,

It's totally optional,

No pressure.

And yet I invite you to do it for several reasons.

Number one,

When you share it,

Sometimes something comes through me,

Like with some of the comments that takes it even deeper.

It gives you the opportunity to anchor it deeper by expressing it.

And it doesn't have to be perfect.

It doesn't matter any little insight,

Any little thing that resonates,

So you can really implement it on a deeper level.

Then sharing it,

Also someone else will read your comment and will resonate,

And you might make a huge difference for this person.

And it also gives me feedback,

Obviously what's landing for you or not.

So I invite you to be courageous or open,

To leave a comment or share message if you don't wanna do it privately,

To share what's landing for you.

What's landing for you.

I'm gonna repeat one last time,

And then I will close this section with one quick announcement as well.

So stay tuned for one more minute.

Take another nice deep breath.

Tune into the river,

The river that's flowing inside of you.

You are like the river.

You're constantly moving.

You're constantly changing.

And yet you're safe.

And yet you're safe.

And you can enjoy the movement,

Because even though there's nothing to hold on to,

You are safe.

And because there's nothing to hold on to,

There's also nothing to attach to.

One other thing I said in the beginning that I meant to share again as repetition,

If you love nature,

You love yourself,

Because you are nature.

Remind yourself of that when you have a moment of being hard with yourself or beating yourself up or being in doubt or just judging yourself.

Tune into nature and see yourself as nature and how beautiful nature is.

And as much as you appreciate nature,

You can appreciate yourself.

Thank you for being here today.

Thank you for sharing this experience with me today.

I so appreciate you taking the time here.

I appreciate every comment you leave.

I appreciate every like and love you sent me.

I appreciate any share,

Because you could do something completely different right now,

But you chose to be here.

So love yourself for that.

I love you for that.

I honor you for that.

Be proud of yourself.

Love yourself,

Honor yourself,

Treat yourself well.

Do what makes you happy.

Choose you and your beautiful nature inside so that you can set the intention and tone and energy for the rest of the year to be maybe the best of the year.

I definitely have the intention to do everything I can to end this year on the most positive note.

And if this was valuable for you,

Please share it with a friend,

Share it with someone that needs to hear this today and let's make a difference together.

And if you want to be notified about my project on creating a retreat,

Please leave me in the comment section or your email address or send me a message so that I can notify you.

Okay,

I'm sending you much love.

Have a fantastic Soul Infused Monday,

And I will talk to you soon.

Bye for now.
