The Peach Grove Flower Meditation Picture yourself,

Experience yourself,

Sitting in the middle of a sacred forest,

Surrounded by hundreds and hundreds of flowers,

Not yet in bloom.

This is a very special forest.

It is a very sacred forest where the peaches of immortality are grown.

And here,

As you sit upon the good green earth,

Feel yourself being supported by the lush and thick grass,

Like a soft yet living carpet.

The sky above you is a deep,

Deep blue,

Like Tibetan turquoise.

You look about you at all the hundreds and hundreds of flower buds that surround you,

In every color you can imagine.

Reds,

Yellows,

Greens,

Purples,

Blues,

Whites,

Even black,

Silver,

And gold.

There is a warm and gentle breeze that blows past you as you sit and wait for the flowers that surround you to open and blossom.

But for now,

Just sit on the soft green living earth and breathe deeply,

Slowly,

And gently.

Your palms can either be facing up or down as they lay on your thighs.

Now relax your whole body and being from the very top of your head,

Your bai hui point,

To the very bottom of your feet,

Yong chen point.

Take your time to really feel yourself relaxing while holding yourself up,

Remember relaxation is not collapse.

Sit and breathe the warm air and the warm breeze and feel yourself supported by the good green earth,

As suddenly all the flowers start to bloom all around you.

Tell yourself that as the flowers all around you start to bloom,

So too does your experience of your own wisdom self begin to bloom along with them.

Feel your own internal power,

Your qi,

Begin to bloom and get stronger as the flowers all about you open themselves completely to the warm life-giving sun.

As all the hundreds of flowers continue to bloom all around you,

Feel your sense of power blooming along with them.

Just sit and breathe all the amazing scents of all the amazing flowers blooming all about you.

After a while,

Start to begin collecting all the colors and scents and qi of all the flowers straight into your lower dan tian,

Filling you with the wonderful qi of all the wonderful flowers.

Feel the colors,

The scents,

The power and the qi of all the flowers begin to condense themselves in your lower dan tian,

Filling it with earth and sky and flower qi.

Do this for some little time until you feel you are totally filled with the qi of the flowers as they continue to bloom all around and within you.

Feel yourself becoming a flower person,

A flower child,

A tree person,

An earth person,

A sky person,

A sun person,

As all these flowers,

Hundreds and hundreds of them,

Are blooming all around you and within you.

To end the meditation,

Place your palms over your lower dan tian and kind of seal the qi that you have created,

That you have condensed there,

That you have collected from all the flowers and all the trees and the sky and the earth.

And then slowly rotate your palms across your dan tian,

Nine times in one direction and nine times the other.
