Welcome.

My name is Maria Baltazzi.

I am a happiness explorer and author of Take a Shot at Happiness,

How to Write Direct and Produce the Life You Want.

This meditation invites you to reconnect with what really lives within you.

Calm,

Strength,

Compassion,

And clarity.

Our practice unfolds in quiet.

The stillness is part of the experience.

The silence has its own rhythm.

It invites you to listen inward.

To sense the natural pulse of your breath.

To keep and meet stillness as a friend rather than a gap to fill.

In quiet,

Awareness becomes the guide.

So I invite you to settle into a comfortable position.

And let your hands rest open.

Take a long breath in through your nose.

Exhale slowly through your mouth.

You are arriving at a new beginning.

Let your breath guide you inward.

Each inhale steadies you.

Each exhale clears what you no longer need.

Now bring awareness to the base of your spine.

See a deep red glowing light there.

Warm,

Steady,

Strong.

This is faith,

Your foundation.

Breathe into it.

Say silently,

I am supported.

I am safe.

I can trust life to unfold.

Let the red light expand through your legs,

Anchoring you to the floor,

To the earth.

And then move your attention to your lower abdomen.

A soft orange light swirls open and creative.

This is love,

Your courage to connect,

To give,

To receive.

Breathe deeply into this space and silently say,

I allow love to move through me.

I am kind to myself and others.

Let the orange glow wrap your body in compassion.

And then focus on the area just above your navel.

A golden light shines brightly,

Radiant and strong.

This is health,

Vitality of mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Breathe into it.

Quietly say,

I honor my body.

I think with clarity.

I act with purpose.

Let the yellow light radiate confidence through your core.

Next,

Bring awareness to the center of your chest.

A vivid green light glows as you breathe,

Calm and balanced.

This is your meeting place of gratitude and forgiveness.

As you breathe,

Feel the light expand.

Gratitude whispers,

Thank you for what is here.

Forgiveness replies,

I release what no longer serves.

And silently say,

I am grateful.

I forgive.

My heart is free to open wider.

Let the green light radiate through every cell.

Then focus on your throat.

A cool blue light flickers softly,

Serene and clear.

This is peace.

It reminds you that truth can be spoken with calm and that silence can hold power.

Say quietly,

I express myself with calm and kindness.

Peace moves through my voice and actions.

Let the blue light drip through your shoulders and arms,

Bringing ease.

And now,

Move to the space between your eyebrows.

An indigo light glows luminous and wise.

This is detachment.

A clear seeing without the need to control.

Breathe into this space and silently say,

I see clearly.

I release what I cannot change.

I trust life's design.

Let the indigo light open your inner vision.

Now bring your focus to the top of your head.

A brilliant white light radiates upward,

Bright,

Expansive,

Limitless.

This is abundance,

The connection to all that sustains you.

Breathe into this light and feel it gently flow through your body.

As it moves,

It gathers every color,

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo.

And it brings them into harmony.

And silently say,

I am open to all that is good.

I am connected to the flow of life.

I already have everything I need to begin again.

And let the white light surround you,

Forming a soft halo of presence.

Now imagine all the colors merging,

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo,

White,

Into one radiant glow that fills your entire being.

This light is wholeness.

It carries every lesson,

Every moment of awareness you have cultivated.

You are whole because you have remembered who you are.

Breathe it in.

Let it settle deeply within you.

And just know in every breath,

I return to myself.

I return to faith,

Love,

Health,

Gratitude,

Forgiveness,

Peace,

Detachment,

And abundance.

Each one is alive within me.

And may these qualities guide my choices,

Shape my words,

And color the way I move through this day.

Let what I have remembered become how I live.

And silently repeat the following.

I am grounded in faith.

I am guided by love.

I live with balance and gratitude.

I release and forgive with ease.

I speak peace and act with peace.

I see with clarity and trust life's timings.

I live in abundance and light.

And so it is.

Now take one final deep breath in.

Exhale gently.

And now picture yourself standing in soft white light,

Calm,

Steady,

Clear.

And you carry every insight with you.

Every insight within you.

Ready to be lived in all that follows.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

And may you now and always take your best shot at happiness.
