Hello and welcome to the episode six of Light Up podcast.

My name is Sophia E.

Lijel and as always is truly such a gift to be here with you sharing this sacred time and having the opportunity to just connect to this field of connection,

Of love and of awakening,

Awakening of our heart,

Awakening to the wisdom of our heart and awakening to the remembering of the truth of who we are,

A radiant light being having this beautiful expression,

This beautiful experience in this beautiful planet earth,

In this beautiful body and having the opportunity to have this experience together with the fellow human beings as well as the animal kingdom and the plants and the crystals and all the beauty of nature,

Water,

Air,

Fire,

Sky,

Light,

Stars and all of it,

All of this experience.

So thank you for joining me,

Thank you for listening,

Thank you for setting time in your day to listen and to connect because as we connect together,

We are remembering together,

We are remembering together that you are light,

That we are light,

That we're infinite creation,

That there's an infinite intelligence alive in everything that you are in everything that you see and experience and as we connect together to the frequency of light,

To the frequency of love,

To life itself in coherence,

In unity,

We bring the light of unity more and more,

We ground and anchor this frequency of unity more and more into this reality,

Into this dimension of being through you,

Through you anchoring your light,

Your unity frequency within yourself,

Within your consciousness and your perception and understanding of who you are and life itself,

You anchor and ground that frequency into the world and so we bring this information and we make this information and this frequency more available to all life,

To all humanity,

To all earth.

So I want to take a brief moment to just really allow this information to really sink in into your body and gently and slowly become life,

Become flesh in you and so I invite you to bring your attention to your heart center,

Taking a deep breath in into your heart as you bring attention to your heart center and imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart and as you imagine your breath flowing in and out of your heart,

Imagine this breath entering your heart,

Flowing out of your heart and as it enters your heart,

It activates your heart,

This cleansing breath,

Clear and pure translucent breath enters into your heart,

Activates your heart and as it exhales and leaves your heart,

Your heart expands and radiates more and more light and slowly your body begins to activate in pure light,

Activating your central channel of light and moving all the way to all your extremities in your body,

Maintaining your connection and your focus at your heart center,

Continue imagining the flow of breath in and out of your heart and I invite you to maintain this deeper and slower rhythm of your breath and a rhythm that is comfortable and as an invitation to just honor and invite and allow this integration to fully integrate within your being.

Beautiful.

And make internally the order within you,

Set the order,

The creative order within you to light up to your maximum potency of light,

Continue to breathe in and out.

As you begin to identify yourself as a radiant being of light,

As an energetic being,

You begin to shift your identification from your human form,

Your human roles and stories and the memories of humanity that we keep repeating over and over again,

We keep repeating resentment,

We keep not forgiving,

Not forgetting and keeping this loop and this frequency over and over again and so the more we begin to remember the truth of who we are,

The truth of who you are,

A radiant being of light and you begin to connect and activate that maximum potency of light that you are as the creator itself,

As that beautiful perfection of the divine,

That infinite self that you are,

That you are simply expressed,

You have dense,

Civic height,

Light,

Light itself in its highest vibration that has lowered its vibration to come to a place of density and you now in your body to have this body experience,

This sensorial experience,

This emotional experience.

The objective is to be in constant and permanent connection to the truth of who you are,

Light itself and the objective and the purpose here is to manifest from the frequency of love,

Love that it's intrinsically you,

That it's intrinsically in every single thing that in life,

In life itself,

It's a unifying frequency and life and love exist together.

There wouldn't be life if love wouldn't love life itself into being and so taking a deep breath in,

Bring your attention to your heart center,

Imagine your breath,

Imagine your breath is life,

Love itself,

Love that is intentioning and inviting you,

The creation of your life into being in love.

Imagine this breath in love frequency encouraging you in life,

Imagine this breath in love frequency encouraging your life,

Encouraging love in your life,

Encouraging you to love your life and to love life itself into being as you are your own creation and you create yourself into being in every moment,

In every breath and so allow this breath to be love,

Loving you into being,

Into creation,

The creation of love itself.

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling beautiful.

So light does not condition,

Light simply is,

Light does not fight,

Light acts through presence and in presence.

This is why focusing in your connection and being connected in connection to the source of light that you are,

To the divine within you,

To the God within you,

To the creator,

Whatever label you feel comfortable with,

To that infinite aspect,

That infinite and loving intelligence that exists in your heart,

That actually activates your heart into being,

That exists in every single cell,

That intelligence and energy and consciousness that exists in every single cell in your body and as well exists in every single star in the cosmos,

That exists in every tree,

In every flower,

In every human being,

You find it in the eyes of your lover,

Of your daughter and your child,

Of your grandfather and your grandmother,

Of your parents,

Of a stranger is right there.

You see it in the eyes of your pet,

Of your trees and your plants everywhere and it's even in you find that intelligence in your car,

In your bicycles,

In your home.

So the more you remain in connection and practice simply being in connection to the light that you are,

The source that you are,

The origin radiance of light,

The more you bring and anchor and embody the radiance of the divine that you are into this physical body,

Into the world.

So let today,

Let today be the day that you begin your practice of connection and I invite you to maintain this practice throughout the day and see what happens and tomorrow check in and notice how you feel,

If there has been anything different that you notice and practice being in connection throughout your day and let me tell you,

You're gonna forget and you're gonna disconnect but the practice is simply reconnecting to the source of love and light that you are through your heart,

Bringing your attention to your heart center,

Connecting to that breath in and out of your heart and through that breath allowing the breath to light up your heart and as your heart activates in light,

It activates the remembering of the truth of who you are,

Connecting you to the infinite self that you are,

Activating your central channel of light,

Connecting you to the whole,

Activating your whole body of light as you remember and reconnect,

That light of source of self begins to flow as the river,

As the waterfall into your body,

Lighting up your body,

All,

Every single cell within you,

All the way to your DNA,

Activating even deeper remembering of your original self,

The truth of who you are and unlocking and releasing human memories so you begin to be in attunement and living and expressing who you are,

Your life in this minimal expression more from the original memories that you are,

Of who you are and the truth of who you are and so the universe doesn't impose,

The universe is an energetic universe that flows and as you connect to the energy and frequency of the truth of who you are,

As you light up to your maximum potency of light and you allow that energy to be your attunement,

To be your river,

To be who you are and become more and more the frequency of your original light,

You align with the universe potency itself,

You bring your remembering,

You remember yourself back into the web,

Into the divine matrix in connection.

So the objective is to be light in this container,

It's not a process,

It begins with a process,

It begins with the practice of connection and yet the objective is to be light,

Light meaning that you are in connection,

Permanent connection to the source of light that you are in every single given moment and let me tell you again,

You're gonna forget,

You're gonna disconnect and that's okay because now you can reconnect once again and that's it,

Disconnecting,

Forgetting,

Reconnecting,

Remembering,

Disconnecting,

Forgetting,

Reconnecting,

Remembering and so in this moment decide you are light and let the light do the rest.

Taking a deep breath in into your heart center and breathing in and breathing out,

Imagining your breath,

Moving through your heart in and out of your heart,

Activating your heart,

Connecting you to that source of light that you are activating,

Your central channel of light and downloading more light into your body.

Your life is yours,

It's within you and it runs within you,

Your life is your creation,

It's not happening outside yourself,

It's happening within you,

Your thoughts,

Your creation,

Your emotions,

Your creation,

Your actions,

The unfolding of your creation and the truth is in the invisible,

The reality are simply results,

Results of your choices from your beliefs and perspectives of who you are,

Who you think others are in the world and so what you feel,

What you think,

What you choose,

What you act and how you act is your life,

Yours,

Only yours.

So just as you create your life,

You can also transform your life.

This is a beauty and this is your freedom as a sovereign being of light.

Your life is part of the larger life of humanity,

Your life will resonate for infinity as a conscious of humanity,

As a consciousness of the earth and the universe.

So this moment choose as a sovereign being of light to be in connection to the light that you are connecting to your original memories of the source of light that you are and let your heart guide you in the attitude of being light,

In the seeing of your light and the light of all life,

In the feeling of your light and the feeling of light all around you and the thinking of your light into being and that time and space be your evidence as your internal world transforms,

The external world will transform and yet the objective is to be and remain in permanent connection knowing you as a sovereign radiant being of light and so it is.

Taking a deep breath in into your heart center bringing both hands to your heart and feeling your heartbeat,

Feeling your heat,

Your heat that you are alive,

The heat of your life,

The radiance of your life and feeling your heartbeat between your hands and that heat of your heart that radiates beyond your body.

The warmth of who you are and the warmth of life encouraging you into love and into life itself.

Taking a deep breath in and celebrating yourself,

Appreciating yourself,

Appreciating anybody and anything in your life right now and radiating that frequency of appreciation,

The appreciation for yourself,

The appreciation for another or something in your life and the appreciation of something in the earth or the earth itself and your breath and your heartbeat and the consciousness and energy that encourages you,

Your life,

Your body into being.
