On the second episode of Light-Up Podcast, I meet with a dear friend of mine Sharon Storoschuk. She is an Intuitive Coach, Psychic, and Medium. She shares about what Lights her Up and she will guide us through a Heart Coherence centering meditation. Okay,

Welcome everybody.

This is Light Up podcast and this is our second podcast.

I'm so so excited and happy to be sharing this sacred space with all of you and my dear friend Sharon.

Sharon is an intuitive coach.

She is also a medium and a psychic.

And she's a meditation teacher.

And also she does amazing work and circles for women and empowering women.

And so we share a lot,

We have shared a lot together in our journey.

And I want to share the magnificent work that she does.

Because this podcast is also about what lights me up,

What inspires me in my life.

And those people that I have close and that have been part of my life,

That remind me of my light when I forget.

And so this today I wanted to share the gift of her light with all of you.

And so today I want to introduce you Sharon.

So Sharon,

If you would like to just share a little bit of who you are,

And what do you do in in the world?

I'm so excited to be here.

Whenever we get together,

We have the best conversations.

So I'm happy to share.

Yeah,

So I am,

I am an intuitive coach,

I love,

Love working with people just to help them to see who they really are.

Like my whole thing is about remembering like really at that deeper level,

Who we really are,

The divine part of us and the light within us.

Because I believe that everybody has a gift to share,

Everybody has light that's,

That's within.

And when we just forget,

We forget who we are.

So you know,

I do that through my intuitive coaching,

I do that in my women's groups.

And I also love the part of,

You know,

The mediumship where we get to actually tune in to people that have passed over and have those conversations and those messages that touch us at a deeper level.

And in my psychic readings,

Again,

It's like,

People are always amazed at the things that resonate with him,

Them.

And I'm always amazed at like,

I say something and I'm like,

I don't know why I said that.

And they're like,

Oh,

My gosh,

That resonates so much.

And it changes their lives.

And,

You know,

When I do a mediumship reading,

Again,

I'm always surprised,

Like,

You know,

Months and years later,

People will say,

Remember when you did that reading for me,

Like,

I still remember.

And I'm like,

Wow,

Okay.

So,

You know,

Part of what I do,

Too,

Is,

Is I remind people that we never know how we're going to affect someone else.

But when we show up as our authentic self,

Sometimes that one thing we say to someone can actually change their life.

And,

Right,

And and that excites me that kind of thing excites me that,

That part where we connect on a deeper level,

And we don't even realize it.

And it happens every day,

Those are like the miracles of life,

Right.

And so just,

You know,

The synchronicities and the seeing how people get empowered by the miracles of life,

Really,

Really light me up.

And I love being part of the journey part of seeing somebody go,

Oh,

That's who I am,

Oh,

You know,

Feeling their heart for the first time,

Or allowing themselves to really look in the mirror and see,

See themselves differently,

Because we have these stories we carry around.

And that's the other thing I'm big in is like,

What's your story?

What's your story around that?

Why do you have that story?

Right?

Yeah.

And are you willing to let go of it and shift it?

Because sometimes that's all it takes is just let's reframe that story.

Right.

And so again,

Creating the awareness,

Creating the,

The,

You know,

Becoming the observer of your life.

I love when I when people say to me,

I,

You know,

I was with my family,

And I was able to detach and I didn't get caught up in their story.

And it was amazing.

You know,

I didn't feel drained,

Like I usually do when I see my family,

I didn't get into an argument,

Because I was able to actually just detach and watch.

So anyway,

I could go on and on.

But you know,

Part of it is,

Is about that for me right now,

It's about the tuning in to myself,

Right going into my center.

It's really easy these days to get caught up in what's going on in the world.

Right.

And I really believe that we've we've really,

We really know how to separate ourselves.

Let's be honest in this earth on this earth plane,

We're good at separating.

So how do we get back to the oneness,

The oneness that is the divine that's bigger than us.

For me,

It's going within,

It's really tuning into that place in myself,

That's peace,

And love,

And gratitude.

So I wanted to ask you about what is lighting you up this space?

Yeah,

You know,

The thing that's been coming in,

And it's really interesting is the whole heart brain cohesiveness,

That sort of,

You know,

That there's a whole bunch around quantum physics and using the quantum field to manifest and using the quantum field to sort of project that ideal self and that who we really are.

And so I've been really tuning into a lot of meditations and,

And listening to a lot around the heart brain coherence,

And how when we sort of use the pineal gland and the brain to kind of project those elevated emotions,

So joy and love and freedom and wholeness,

And we really get into that and we project it out into the quantum field.

And then we open our hearts to receive right,

Like just to be in gratitude,

Like it's already happened.

That I've been really playing a lot with that and it feels so good.

Because when we use that quantum field,

And when we tune into the heart brain cohesiveness,

We're really saying to the universe,

This is who I really am.

This is who I,

I am meant to be.

And we allow ourselves to step into the space of being,

Like just being.

So that has been kind of exciting to play with.

I've always been interested in quantum physics and,

And have known about it.

But this is kind of playing with really using it.

And then of course,

The oneness,

Like,

You know,

Throughout my sort of training and throughout my life,

You know,

I,

You know,

I grew up Catholic,

And I,

You know,

I was into spirituality,

And I was,

You know,

And I was into the divine feminine and into all of this.

But for me,

It really comes down to oneness.

Like,

Can we can I tap in to that pure innocence of the oneness.

And when I do,

It's just stillness.

It's it's there's not I don't have to do anything.

I just have to be.

And so I've been really noticing how when I don't allow myself to be in the stillness,

I get really pulled out.

And I and that's when I start to spiral.

That's when things kind of feel bumpy in the world.

And as soon as I go back,

And I just sit in silence,

And allow the stillness.

It's like magic.

Yeah,

In that space,

There's nothing,

Nothing to do.

That it's simply allowing and being simply aware.

And I love that you brought this piece about when you feel like there's a place of like the going out,

Going out to do that we have been so trained,

Right to just like,

It's been part of our training,

Or I wouldn't do in so then I can have and then I can be Yeah,

Okay.

And so just like remembering of in this process that you're learning of projecting and using the quantum field to in a way to remember the truth of who you are.

And that place that you come into oneness with the source that you are.

And in that place,

You realize that the game that we tend to play of going outside ourselves to do is just a game like this.

It is right.

You know,

And playing with that whole idea.

This is a difficult concept.

And it's taking me a while but that that concept of everything's an illusion.

And so what is real?

And,

You know,

For me,

The reality when I can tap into that oneness,

That's what feels the most real.

Right?

Right.

And but my brain fights it,

Right?

Like my,

My thinking mind ego mind wants me to be separate.

It wants me to stay small,

Be separate,

Keep doing,

You know,

And and so it's always that surrendering a little bit more surrendering a little bit more into my heart,

Into that place of gratitude.

For me,

The easiest way when I'm really out of it,

The easiest thing to do is just to go into gratitude,

Right?

And and be just feel my heart,

You know,

Just bring in a memory of joy,

Any memory of joy,

And tune into my heart and just remember that feeling of pure joy.

And then I can get into gratitude.

And then I can shift most most of the time into that space.

Right.

But,

You know,

People,

People forget that it takes conscious effort to start to get to this place.

Like I,

You know,

It's taken me years,

Right years to get to a place now where I really know that feeling.

So you know,

I just want to say to people like don't give up.

Like every little thing you do is a step in that direction.

It's like going to the gym when I you know,

When you first go to the gym,

You can barely lift you know,

Five pounds,

10 pounds,

Right?

But if you keep going,

Pretty soon,

Those are easy.

You know,

Pretty soon,

You're moving on to bigger,

Better things.

Pretty soon you're doing a marathon pretty soon you're doing an Iron Man,

You know,

And that's the same with this work.

These are baby steps.

This is any moment you can tune into that piece in that oneness in a day,

Even if it's for one minute.

That's a step in the right direction.

Every time you can look at a tree and just enjoy the color of the leaves.

Anytime you can stop and smell a flower.

Anytime you can,

You know,

Look at raindrops off falling,

You know,

My favorite thing is looking at the raindrops on a branch after it rains.

You know,

Like finding those moments and every day is a step in the right direction.

So that leads me to the last question.

And I feel like you're already kind of diving into it.

And it's what wisdom would you like to share for everybody that is listening to as a way to come back to that remembering to this oneness that you have spoken about so eloquently and as a way because everybody,

We all forget from time to time.

We disconnect and we forget.

And so what wisdom would you like to share so we can remember the light within us?

Go ahead.

Yeah,

So many things are coming into my mind.

But,

You know,

One thing I think that helps me sometimes is we all have,

You know,

Somebody in our life who we love and who we have compassion for and who we would do anything for,

You know,

And so when that person needs us,

You know,

We show up.

So how you show up for your friends,

Show up for yourself.

Allow yourself to show,

Show yourself that self compassion that that one little bit of love.

So if you were your best friend,

What would you how would you treat yourself?

How would you look at yourself in the mirror if you were your best friend?

How would you,

You know,

Can you be grateful for yourself,

Even for one moment in the day?

That's huge.

That's so important.

I love that you brought that.

Yeah,

Right.

And again,

If you're having a hard time getting there,

Just sit in that space of bringing in a moment of joy,

Any any moment of joy from your life,

Feel it in your heart,

Breathe into it.

And then once you can get there and and have gratitude or joy for any moment,

Any memory,

Then turn that towards yourself.

And be grateful that you are here in this moment.

Because let me tell you,

Every single person on this earth,

No matter where they're at in their life,

Has affected somebody in a positive way.

Yeah.

And we don't always know how,

But we all do we all we're all here for a reason.

In this time and place right now.

Yeah.

And no matter where we are in our lives,

We we all need to remember love for ourselves and each other.

Like no matter no matter who you're talking to,

Like you're always gonna find that we all have fears,

We all have judgment,

We all have experience trauma in our life.

So what do you just shared about just giving sharing the love that we have within ourselves and yet prioritizing that love for ourselves too is so so so important.

Love to Okay,

So just sitting in your chair wherever you are just closing your eyes.

Just taking some breaths in and out.

Letting go of any tension in your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Bringing your focus to your heart.

Your heart chakra in the center of your chest.

And as you breathe in,

Breathe out,

Just softening a little bit more in that area.

Allowing yourself just to surrender.

Breathing into your heart,

Breathing out.

Every breath relaxing a little bit more.

Now just bringing in a memory of joy.

Can be a memory of a child or a baby.

Maybe it's a pet.

Maybe it's your favorite person.

Maybe it's just your cup of coffee this morning.

Just a moment of joy.

Bring in that memory.

Feel the joy in your heart.

Allowing it to expand with every breath.

Now feeling the gratitude.

The gratitude for that moment.

Gratitude for that feeling of joy.

Expand your heart just a little bit more into gratitude.

Gratitude that you are here in this moment.

I want you to feel that in every cell in your body.

Every cell in your body feeling joy and gratitude.

It's like every cell in your body has a smile.

Just allowing your body,

Your every cell to feel that joy and gratitude.

Feeling it,

Sensing it,

Knowing it.

Your whole body.

Just taking a breath in and out in this space.

Thanking yourself for showing up today.

Thanking yourself for being here in this moment.

Just you.

Your authentic self.

Now coming back into the room,

Back into your body and opening your eyes.
