The intention of this meditation is to bring into balance your energy of Giving & Receiving. I will guide you through a simple process where you will able to check-in how are your energy levels of giving & receiving, from there bring them into balance with the support of a Light Language Transmission. Throughout the meditation, I invite you to focus on your breath, in & out through your mouth as I will guide you. This allows your nervous system to drop & your body to relax & fully receive.

Welcome to this meditation.

This is Sophia Elijah,

Empower Love Coach and Light Coats healer and I am so happy to be sharing this transmission with you today.

To begin let's take a few deep breaths together,

Making sure that you have created a sacred space for you and that you are either sitting down or laying down,

That's going to be your choice for this meditation today.

So let's begin by taking a deep breath in into the heart,

Through the nose at your own rhythm and invite you to exhale with your mouth open.

Your joy is relaxed as you are exhaling I invite you to open your voice,

Make some sound and through the sound release,

Release any energy of your day,

Any energy that is awake and alive with you right now.

Releasing any emotion that is kind of stuck within your energy field,

Within your body and opening your mouth and allowing the sound as you are exhaling to be simply the tool for this deeper relaxation.

You are going to dive and create a little bit more space within your body so you have the opportunity to reach and access a new depth,

A new level of deepening and intimacy within your soul,

With your soul and with your being,

With your life.

So I invite you to place one hand in your heart and the other one in your belly and begin to connect with your breath,

Inhaling and exhaling through your mouth.

Continue inhaling and exhaling through your mouth and as you inhale you create some kind of like a circle with your mouth with the sound a and as you exhale you exhale with a ha from the heart.

So it's going to sound like something like this.

I want you to relax on your exhalation.

I invite your nervous system to simply relax as you exhale.

As you continue breathing in this manner you are going to see that automatically your nervous system begins to shift and relax and drop.

Do not rush the process,

Simply breathe at your own pace.

Continue having one hand on your heart and the other one on your belly,

Connecting your heart with your hara,

With your sacral.

Continue breathing.

Allow your neck to be relaxed and your jaw relaxed,

Your shoulders are relaxed and your back is relaxed,

Your belly is also relaxed.

So if you need to shift your body a little bit to find that space where you can be a hundred percent more comfortable then I invite you to just follow your body,

The guidance of your body and see where you can shift within your body to be a little bit more at ease,

To invite a little bit more space,

Alignment and relaxation in your body.

So if you need to roll your shoulder or your head or your hips or your legs you can do so.

I invite you to do that,

Just simply listen to the guidance of your body.

What is my body feeling right now and how is my body feeling right now?

Where can I shift,

Create and bring some movement so my body feels more at ease?

Continue breathing.

Beautiful.

Now I invite you to keep your hand,

One on your heart and one at your sacral and the hand that is at your heart I invite you to bring awareness into that hand and begin to feel and connect with your physical heart,

The amazing organ here that contracts and expands and as it expands it takes the oxygenated blood all throughout your body to every single spot,

Place,

Corner within your body and it nourishes all your organs within you,

Your brain,

Your throat,

Your hands,

Your pancreas and your gallbladder,

Your liver,

Your adrenals and your kidneys,

Your stomach,

Your intestines,

All the way to your knees and your toes,

The sole of your feet,

Your ankles,

Your toes.

So I invite you to come back into the rhythm of your heart,

The beating of your heart,

Connecting with that pulsation of your heart,

The pulsing of that energy on the inhalation and exhalation,

How you inhale and take light in,

Life force in and as you are exhaling the body is also filling up and taking,

Your heart is taking all this oxygenated blood into all parts,

All corners of your being,

Of your body.

Coming back to the four corners,

The four chambers of your heart and just checking in,

Just sending some love to all those four corners.

Beautiful,

So through your hand you're sending love and appreciation to your physical heart.

Now bring your attention to your other hand on your sacral and just send lots of love to your womb here,

To your belly,

To your intestines that take all the nutrients and assimilate all the nutrients and also release all that which is the waste back into the earth and acknowledging and sending some love to all your reproductive organs,

To all those organs as well that clear energy within your body.

So sending some love to this area.

Beautiful.

And I want you to bring back your awareness on both hands,

The one that's at your sacral and the hand that's at your heart.

And I want you to connect both hands energetically by your spine,

Through your spine so you're just going to light up with light,

Love and appreciation,

Your spine and through that you're going to connect your heart with your sacral and your sacral with your heart.

Beautiful.

Continue breathing.

And now let's bring your awareness back into your physical heart and from your physical heart I invite you to connect with your energetic heart.

And just feel your energetic heart,

Just allow the feeling of your energetic heart to be there alive in your full experience right here,

Right now.

And now we're going to connect with your sacral,

With your energy center at your sacral.

And as you're connecting with your sacral and your heart,

I want you to check in how is the energy of giving right now within you.

And so if you had a meter that from zero to a hundred,

Where is it pointing in your giving experience right now?

So we're just simply observing right now.

And if there was a meter for receiving how you are right now with receiving and there was this meter in front of you that it points from zero to a hundred,

Where is the needle pointing at?

And just take note.

Beautiful.

So now we're just going to bring the energy of balance and harmony forward,

This beautiful ray of wholeness,

Balance and harmony into your field,

Into your body to bring these two energies into balance.
