Hi everybody welcome to 5-7 minute reset meditation.

Sit comfortably on the mat or on your bed or you can even put a pillow under your buttocks and sit tall.

Get both of the palms onto your knees.

You can either keep them open or put them on your knees closed.

Slowly begin to close your eyes.

Make sure you're sitting tall and begin to notice your breath.

Just no judgment,

No effort.

Just noticing where your breath is today.

Start deepening your breath.

Longer inhales and longer exhales.

Make your hips heavy.

Feel the support of the earth,

Of the mat or of the pillow that you're sitting on.

And we keep the rhythm of slowly deepening the inhale and exhales.

Slowly let go of any tension in your ankles or toes.

Inhale and on your exhale try to relax your ankles more.

Take a big inhale.

Exhale to relax your calf muscles.

If there is any tension,

Pain,

Destroying your attention to your calf muscles.

Just take a deep breath in and exhale relax the muscles.

Slowly see if you can deepen your inhales more.

On your next exhale we'll let go of any tension in your knees.

Soften your knees.

Keep breathing,

Keep inhaling and exhaling.

Every exhale try to let go of something that you're holding onto from each body part.

Take a big inhale and exhale.

We relax our inner thighs.

If you're holding any energy,

Any tension,

Soreness or stiffness try to relax your inner thighs.

Make sure you're breathing and take a big inhale.

Exhale to relax your outer thighs and your hips.

It could be a gentle relaxation or just breathing into it.

And slowly inhale and exhale to let go of any tension in your pelvic region.

Your lower core.

Relax,

Breathe into it.

Take a big inhale.

Exhale to slowly let go of any negative or any tension that you're holding in your core.

Relax your rib cage.

Don't put any effort into holding onto things that doesn't serve you anymore.

Big inhale and exhale slowly.

We relax our shoulders,

Elbows and your fingertips.

Just see if you can exhale into these parts and just observe anything at all leaving from these body parts.

Inhale and take a big exhale.

Keep inhaling and exhaling.

If your mind is wandering somewhere just come back to your breath.

Take a big inhale.

Exhale to slowly loosen the grip of your jaw.

Have a slight smile.

Let go of any tension near the back of your ear,

Back of your head and the crown of your head.

Try to relax the neck and your ears.

And even if you're holding something between your eyebrows just try to melt something from these parts from your body.

Take a big inhale and exhale to just slide out.

One more.

Big inhale.

Do that two more times on every side.

Try to release any tension if any body part is calling your attention.

Inhale.

One more time.

Big inhale.

Get both of your palms near your heart in prayer position.

Just take a couple of deep breaths in and out.

You can repeat after me saying I love my body.

I love my mind.

I love my soul.

I cherish every breath and I'm grateful to be alive and I'm grateful for everything that I have and everything that is yet to come.

I am open and I'm ready to receive all the love and support from the universe.

Take a big inhale and exhale to just bow to your heart's wisdom.

Exhale.

Thank you.
