Arriving in this space,

Creating a container of absolute comfort and tranquility,

Either seated or lying down,

Getting as comfortable as possible.

And once you've found a place where you can rest for a few minutes,

Just connecting in to your breath without changing it.

And just connecting in deeper to your body,

To any areas of tightness or tension,

Sending some gentle love there.

And taking any adjustments as we move into a 4-8 breath.

And what we'll be doing here is an inhale for a count of four and an exhale for a count of eight.

And what this extended exhale is going to help you do is slow down your nervous system,

Slow down any chaotic thoughts,

Any feelings of stress or anxiety,

And bring you back to a state of calm and grounded peace.

So when you're ready,

Releasing the air in your lungs,

Taking in a breath in through your nose,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Release out through your mouth,

Two,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Inhale,

Release,

Continuing at this pacing,

Allowing that exhale to be as long as you can make it,

Allowing this extended exhale to calm any anxiety,

Watching the chaotic energy in your body start to settle as you let go of any stress that you've been holding on to,

Any anxiety,

Noticing how you can shift the state of how you're feeling and come back to a place of groundedness simply by using your breath,

Continuing to breathe in for four,

Out for eight,

For a few more moments,

And then when you're ready,

I'll invite you into taking a deep breath in through your nose and holding at the top for a moment,

Releasing any tension in your muscles,

Holding your breath here,

And then letting go with a sigh,

Coming back to your natural breath,

Staying with your focus internally,

Just noticing how you feel here,

Noticing any sensations,

Accessing a state of ease within your system,

Noticing if that sensation has a color or texture,

Allowing the sense of ease to expand and grow and bring warmth to your whole body like a gentle hug.

You can come back to this feeling whenever you need simply by connecting back into your breath,

Allowing yourself to slow down,

And by giving yourself this space you're creating a reality where you feel more in control of your emotions,

Of your circumstances,

And you get to consciously create the life that you desire.

Thank you for joining me.

Have a beautiful day.
