Today we're going to be practicing the Halo Active Breath,

A two part activating breath pattern for regulating your nervous system and releasing stuck energy.

This is going to be a deep and intentional inhale through your nose and a releasing exhale out through your mouth.

So dropping into this breath pattern,

We'll do this for two minutes.

Continuing this breath pattern,

Breathing deeply into your belly with that inhale.

And then letting go with that exhale.

Breathing in a circular fashion,

Not pausing at the bottom or the top.

And bringing a little bit movement to your body as you continue this breath.

Making a gentle ha sound with that exhale.

Breathing in that circle,

Imagining that you're circulating this energy in your body,

Feeling it being activated with your breath and releasing anything that you're being activated with that exhale.

We'll be here for a few more breaths,

Breathing deeply into the belly,

Allowing it to flow up into the upper chest.

Five more breaths.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One more.

Taking a deep breath and holding at the top,

Holding for as long as feels comfortable,

Noticing how it feels to be in this state of stillness full of this activated energy.

And coming back to a place of stillness when you feel ready back to your natural breath,

Repeating this breath pattern for as many cycles as you wish.
