We must plant these seeds of truth into our consciousness: Omnipresence (one presence), Omnipotence (one power), and Omniscience (one mind). In essence, we become Spiritual gardeners cultivating a crop of consciousness that takes time to mature and come to fruition—we can't dig up our crop until it's ready to be harvested. Join Rev Skip for a Dharma talk on becoming the spiritual truths we cultivate. Transformation is a choice, and you can choose today.

Amazing.

I always say that about Reflections,

But y'all are still knocking out of the park.

And every week you get better and better and better.

And I think that is the process of this spiritual journey that we're on every day.

We get to get better and better and better.

Please give Reflections so much love.

Please.

It reminds me of what my friend Ricky Byers said to me.

And we had this conversation a long time ago,

And I want to say this again.

I've said it from here,

Is that the music softens the heart so you can hear the message.

So you are the way-shower.

You open up the hearts of people so they can hear.

So thank you,

Antonio.

I love this month because this month we're talking about spiritual independence and authority.

We're talking about prosperity and abundance and our connection to Source.

In the Book of the Month,

And I say this,

And I realize why I say this all the time,

Because every book that I'm reading is my favorite book.

Every song that I hear singing is my favorite song because I'm tapping into the heart center of God.

I'm tapping into the heart center of God.

So that's why I can say,

Oh,

That was my favorite book.

Oh,

That was my favorite song.

But I got to tell you,

Invisible Supply,

Joel S.

Goldsmith,

He's an absolutist.

And he says,

God is or God's not.

There's no in-between.

When I started to read this book,

I realized where all the shortcuts of trying to get to God,

Trying to get to prosperity,

And I was not able to connect with my spiritual Source.

In the first week,

We talked about the supply principle,

Prosperity 101.

And I invited you to see that if you want prosperity in your life,

You must walk through the door of gratitude.

That is your launching point.

And I talked about God is your power.

God is your Source.

Your job's not your Source,

People.

Your boo-boo is not your Source.

Your Source is God that lives within each and every one of us.

And again,

I'm not talking about a God that lives outside of ourselves.

I'm talking about the divine presence of the absolute love that has created every single thing.

It has created you.

It has created me.

It has created the center.

This is a God space.

Do you hear me,

CSL?

This is all about God.

We are the universe,

And the universe is what we are.

So those divine qualities we talked about,

Love,

Joy,

Peace,

All those divine qualities is our true nature.

Last week,

We talked about overcoming the sense of separation.

And we talked about the sense of separation is a human condition.

We believe we're separate from God.

Therefore,

We believe that we're separate from each other.

That's why we're going through this polar experience,

This polarized experience,

Your side,

My side.

Jeannie Luper-Smith,

That was one of my favorite core values of yours.

Thank you.

Because that is the truth.

I believe we're experiencing this sense of separation that's causing all the confusion,

All the things that we're experiencing in the outside world,

Because we have not come together and realized that we're one in love.

Today,

We're talking about practicing spiritual truths,

And I'm going to unpack two questions for us.

What is a spiritual truth?

And how can we practice it?

So I'm going to give you three steps right now for practicing spiritual truth.

Step number one,

We must identify what a spiritual truth is,

And I also call it spiritual principle.

We must identify what they are.

Step number two,

We have to dive into spiritual studies.

We cannot stay in this place and get fed and walk out and go to brunch.

It's so much more than that.

We have to get into classes.

We have to see a practitioner.

We have to utilize prayer.

We have to come to workshops.

We have to get here for our retreats,

And I hope to see everyone here next Saturday for,

Well,

Next Sunday for Helen Hamilton.

But the following Saturday,

Come to a retreat.

And I promise you,

Your life will be changed,

Transformed.

Get into your spiritual studies.

And then step three,

We must become the embodiment of what we're studying.

See,

We have to get out of the intellect and get into the heart space to become an embodiment.

Here's what Joel S.

Goldsmith says in Invisible Supply,

And thank you,

Fran,

For reading that with your eloquency.

And I'm going to read just a little bit of what he says.

He says this,

Spiritual teaching plants seeds of truth in your consciousness.

Truth is synonym for God,

For love,

For Christ,

And it's the Christ consciousness for the spirit.

It's planted in our consciousness as a seed.

Regardless of how profound the truth may be,

It can enter our consciousness.

It can enter our consciousness only in a form of a seed.

I believe when that seed is planted,

That is that first step.

We begin to learn what spiritual truths are.

But just like anything that we plant in any field that we want to grow,

We have to love it.

We have to cultivate and we have to tend the field.

And the field that we're cultivating and tending is our minds,

Our consciousness.

We must cultivate it.

We must love it.

We must be in the study of it.

And then when we are ready to see a branch,

And yes,

Hi,

God's calling.

When we are seeing the branch,

God's always calling,

But you don't have to answer right now.

When we are in the place of the harvest,

The harvest is us.

It grows as we live.

We begin to live differently.

We begin to become that beneficial presence on the planet that I talk about.

And I believe that is that third step of the embodiment of spiritual truth.

So we're practicing.

And once we get into the practice,

We become differently.

We become different.

But let's talk about our spiritual truth and our principles.

Well,

I pulled this from our new member course.

I pulled this from our CSL 101 course,

Which was written by Dr.

Chris here.

And I love this because we get to dive deep into the principles of science of mind.

Science of mind.

And I was driving in.

I'm thinking about this word and this thing of science of mind and new thought,

Which is the same.

But what I feel that I'm having is an expansive thought.

See,

We can start with new thought.

We can start with science of mind.

But the universe is always expanding.

So social,

Our realization of what is going on should be expansive thoughts.

But let's go back to the basis.

This is what we believe.

One God expressing his self to every living being.

That means there's no spot that God is not.

No spot that this divine intelligence does not drop into.

Number two,

We believe that God is personal to everyone and makes himself known to all who recognizes its presence.

It's a God of your own understanding.

See,

How I see God might not be how you see God.

When I came into this teaching,

My first practitioner said to me,

Because I had a problem with that word God.

I had the problem with this idea of the universe being within me.

And my first practitioner,

Which I saw last night,

Said to me,

You need to just get another description of God.

You need to make a God of your own understanding.

So my God became a big black drag queen.

Because it was the drag queens that saved my life.

When I want to leave this planet,

It was a drag queen says,

No,

Boo-boo,

You ain't done yet.

You have some things that you're here to do.

So I could approach a drag queen.

I could love a drag queen.

And I love my queens.

I love my transgender brothers and sisters.

I love y'all.

So we move into the next belief.

We believe that God is love.

So we're talking about love,

Unconditional love.

We believe and trust that God has in mind the highest and greatest good for each and every one of us.

That's the principle.

That's the truth.

God is working for our highest good.

God always has our back.

Do we always have our back?

We believe that by changing the way we think,

We affect our lives positively and we heal in a healing way.

And I believe that's the first part.

But then we get to drop into living these things after we think about it.

As we get into the intellect,

We now drop into our heart center.

We believe that the eternal goodness and the eternal loving kindness and the living goodness of life to all.

I really,

Truly believe that.

So as we are moving through what we believe,

We get into our core values that were created.

And our core values,

As Jeannie talked about today,

Love,

Oneness,

Healing,

Abundance,

Spiritual growth,

Sacred service,

Diversity,

And inclusivity.

Are we really living these core values?

So let's look at love.

When we are talking about love,

I'm,

Again,

Talking about unconditional love,

Love without a caveat,

Love with no conditions.

And how do we practice love?

It's when we get into the compassion,

The empathy,

The kindness.

It all comes from a place of love,

Forgiveness,

Forgiveness and letting go.

And the forgiveness is about forgiving ourselves.

We make mistakes all the time.

We make mistakes all the time.

But how can I let go of the shame and the blame of the mistakes I've made?

It's through love.

I invite you to love yourself through releasing.

Love is a creative power.

We create our life from love.

So when you're looking to create as we look at love as an intention,

We tap into the intention to create something beautiful.

The embodiment statement that I came up with,

I am love,

Therefore I can love in any situation.

And then we look at healing.

I believe that this healing practice is the healing of our energetic body,

Is the healing of our vibrations,

Energy of our emotions.

Here's the thing that I'm calling forth of us to remember about healing.

We must align our body and our mind with our perfect spirit because we are whole and complete from the start.

Part of our yoga practice,

We do something called the oath of wellness.

And we ask ourselves in the oath of wellness before we even move,

We repeat,

I will meet my body right where it is.

I will love my body right where it is.

And the third one is I will begin healing right now.

We say that every single yoga class.

We also say I'm whole and perfect from the start.

And as we go into the healing practice,

There are many practices that we can use for healing.

There is vibrational practice.

There is Reiki.

There is sound bath healing.

You've been in our retreats when we tapped into that place of healing.

That embodiment statement,

My mind and body is one with my perfect spirit.

And then when we get into the oneness,

Our core value of oneness,

I'm talking about the omnipresence.

The omniscience means the one mind.

The one power.

The one activity.

I truly believe there's only one activity that's happening in this space,

In your life.

And I don't believe in a duality.

I believe in a polarity.

So there's a high points of feeling the energy of God.

And there's those low points that brings us to our knees and say why?

And we don't want to ask that question why.

We want to ask what is seeking to emerge to this because everything that you are experiencing has come to heal you.

Everything that I'm experiencing is coming to heal me.

I truly believe that.

The embodiment statement is I am one with everything.

I'm one with all the experiences.

I'm one with everybody in this place.

There's only one of us here.

I'm one with the trees.

I'm one with the heat of Florida.

Whoo.

Yes,

Because that's nature.

Now,

Some place where I'm having trouble,

I was walking out of my house today and this big green iguana just ran past my path.

And instantaneous,

The spirit says,

Are you one with that iguana?

I went,

Dang it,

God.

Because I have trouble with iguanas and snakes.

But I am one with that as well.

It's a consciousness to really know that you're one with everything.

When we talk about abundance in our core value,

I'm talking about this energy that is never ending.

It's a never ending source.

It's a never ending supply.

This is what Joel Goldsmith invites us to see,

That supply can never run out.

So when we are looking and we're practicing abundance,

Are you seeing your lack and limitation or are you seeing infinite possibilities for your life?

Are you seeing the infinite possibilities of your life?

Are you seeing what's not working?

See,

In abundant practice,

We must look for the abundance of life.

I love going to the beach.

You all know that.

And sitting on the beach the other day,

I was just looking at the ocean and seeing the beauty that just gone on and on and on and on and on.

My embodiment statement is,

I am one with spirit.

Therefore,

All my needs are met.

Everything is within me.

When we look at spiritual growth,

This is the thing where we get to look at the journey that we've been on.

We get to look at where we're going.

We look at where we've been and we look at where we are right now.

Spiritual growth is not for wimps.

Spiritual growth is when you're saying,

Okay,

I'm willing to go deep and to reveal the hard stuff that you don't like about yourself,

The things that you love about yourself,

The things that you recognize that have brought you to a deeper understanding of God within you because everything is here for us to wake up.

That is why we are experiencing what we are experiencing.

My embodiment statement is this.

I am the evidence of my spiritual growth.

See,

When we plant the seed and we cultivate it and we start living and having an embodiment,

We can see that we're living a different life.

We're living in a different way.

We're moving in a different way.

Then we look at sacred service,

And I truly believe this.

If you want to change your life,

Get into service because we go back to the oneness.

There's only one of us here.

When I serve this community,

I serve myself.

And when you serve this community,

You serve yourself because there's only one of us.

Sacred service is so important because the sustainability of our community comes from your service,

Your time,

And your treasure.

So when we are looking at the word sacred,

And I said to Dr.

Chris,

I want to put sacred in front of service.

He's like,

Okay,

Go for it.

Because sacred is a reminder of God.

So when we serve,

It's a reminder of God that's within us.

My embodiment statement for this,

I'm not here to get anything,

But I'm here to give everything.

And the everything I'm here to give is the Spirit of God that lives within me as I am called to do it.

That's what I'm here to give.

That's love,

Y'all.

So when we stop thinking that I need to receive something to make life right,

We will step into the place that I am here to give.

I'm here to give love.

The last statement,

Which is very,

Very important,

Our last core value is diversity,

Inclusivity.

Now,

We look at the word diversity,

We get to the deep verse of diversity.

Myself,

Reverend Roy,

And Reverend Tina,

We had a very dynamic teacher,

Reverend Joanne,

And we walked in the first day of diversity.

She says,

No,

No,

No,

No,

No,

Y'all.

We are not talking about diversity.

We're talking about inclusivity because diversity means difference.

And people can be diverse from you and you not embrace them.

So listen,

When you come into this center,

We want you to be included here.

Inclusivity,

As Jeannie Luper-Smith was talking about,

Is the key.

And so we look at the word inclusivity,

We're really talking about equality.

We're looking to have that connection of spirit because in God we're all the same,

Because we're all loved.

God only knows of itself.

So inclusivity and equality is what we're looking.

My statement of empowerment,

I will embrace you no matter how you love,

No matter how you pray,

No matter how you serve.

I will embrace you.

I am not my brother's keeper.

I am not my sister's keeper.

I am my brother and I am my sister.

So when you come into the center and you hear these core values,

You identify with them,

I want you to ask yourself,

Are you living these core values?

Are you the embodiment of these core values?

Because this will change our planet.

Are you with me,

CSO?

Then my job is done and so it is.

Amen.

I love the image of God as a drag queen! I resonate with much truth here. I also liked that music opens the heart so that the words can land.
