Time to connect with your inner child. In this practice we turn inward, with a beautiful healing opportunity to nurture yourself, listen to your inner childs needs and being able to action these desires - be that to play outside, to have that toy your always wished for, to spend time with your parent being cuddled, whatever your inner child wishes for today. You can connect in, listen and respond appropriately. Fill those needs that may not have been satisfied or cared for as a young child. If you are familiar with psychosythesis and repareenting, this practice will resonate with you. Pleasant harp music is playing in the background and a bell sound to end, to bring you back from your meditation.

Hello,

My name's Simonette.

I'm going to be guiding you in a beautiful inner child meditation,

Allowing yourself 10 minutes to rest back comfortably now and to take care of those more vulnerable needs,

Emotional needs that you might be experiencing.

And so it's an opportunity for you to connect in with whatever images or experiences come to your mind of your inner child.

And the orientation is that sense of connecting in and inviting the child to let you know just what it is that they're needing at the moment.

And it might be playful,

It might be creative,

It might be just having that quiet time to connect in with the adult part of you.

And so I'd like you to have that sense of connecting in with a very nurturing and nourishing sense of self.

You're going in with the intention to connect in with your inner child in a very supportive and encouraging way.

And you'll be taking my voice with you,

Just as a guide,

I don't need to distract you from your experience.

This is your experience,

Your time to connect in,

Taking care of your inner self,

Those more vulnerable emotional needs.

And so connecting in with the heart,

Taking a few moments to journey within,

Allowing for you to find that place within yourself where you can connect in with your inner child.

That's good.

And so calling on your inner child to come to you now and welcoming with a sense of curiosity and a sense of love and acceptance for your inner child.

Spending some time there now connecting in and enjoying that time that you have together.

And you might notice that there's all sorts of different things there and activities that you could do together.

And I'd like you to ask your child,

What would you like to do today?

What would you like to do now?

Give yourself some time to enjoy each other's company.

In this space that you have,

You have plenty of time so that your child can feel really full,

Content with the time that you've spent together.

With the time that you've spent together.

And so that part of you that can parent,

If you like,

Be a mentor to that inner child,

Can be helpful to give you that sense of feeling confident in yourself,

Holding that high regard and self-esteem.

Your inner child is worthy of your time.

Your needs are important.

And as you are able to feel those needs in a creative way like you are now.

For now,

Really focusing on your inner child.

Playful,

Happy time together.

And as you can embrace each other fully and completely now,

That acceptance flowing freely between the two of you.

Time to bring yourself back now.

Letting your inner child know that you will connect back in from time to time just to check in,

Making sure all your needs are taken care of.

And as you are able to feel those needs in a creative way,

That acceptance flowing freely between the two of you.

And so you can feel that acceptance flowing freely between the two of you.

And so you can bring yourself back along the pathway of your heart,

A feeling of lightness,

Clear,

A sense of reorientating yourself now back to the everyday.

And as you open your eyes,

Having a bit of a stretch,

Taking in a deep breath,

And feeling ready for your everyday activities.
