Hello my name's Simonette.
I'd like you to position yourself comfortably now and allowing yourself some time to go within,
To relax your body and your mind.
So positioning yourself comfortably,
You might like to close your eyes,
Connect in with your breathing so you can get that sense of as you breathe in,
Breathing in relaxation and as you exhale breathing away any tensions or worries.
Just taking a few moments connecting in with the breathing and bringing your focus within.
I'd like you to place your attention to the area of your heart,
Resting your attention there,
Holding that sense of empathy for yourself,
A meditation of acceptance.
And so as you accept more and more the present moment,
Your life,
Situations,
People,
Relationships,
Coming to that place of acceptance in your heart and as you focus in now on your heart,
Feelings of acceptance,
You find that that moves you towards really acknowledging the wonderful things in your life.
And from that there can be that sense of gratitude,
Feeling grateful and as you allow for that to be true,
Feeling that is true in your heart.
This is the way that you can go into your meditation now.
And as you open your eyes,
Having a bit of a stretch,
Taking in a deep breath and feeling ready for your everyday activities.
