Hello and welcome to this collective reading.

My name is Simone and today we are going to be talking about finances and money.

We are accompanied by the tarot and oracle cards so sit back get comfortable and we are going to be talking about the lesson that the tarot cards and oracle cards have for us today concerning what we charge for the things that we do in our spiritual businesses and how to know what to charge.

This morning as soon as I woke up I got this message in from spirit and so I have recurred to my tarot cards in order to bring this message to you guys today.

It's a collective timeless reading so whenever you hear this reading is the time for you to receive this message from spirit.

With us in today's reading there are three cards the five of cups the five of pentacles in reverse and the magician.

So we're talking all about how to price our thing for our spiritual businesses in order to serve the higher good of all involved.

This thought comes from the root of a video that I saw recently in which a very lovely spiritual teacher shared with us her frustration at the cost of some coaching programs that she had encountered online.

She had mentioned the price of 12,

000 for four sessions or something to that effect and 20,

000 from another coach for a coaching pack and she expressed her frustration with this amount of money.

The thought that she shared was that this is an unreal amount of money and that the person who is offering these courses is only offering them to people who are very rich in her words.

This morning when I woke up I thought about the difference between richness and poverty and where we all find ourselves somewhere on that scale.

The cards today very much represent a balance since we've got the five of cups in its normal position and the five of pentacles in its reverse position.

These are two very opposing cards so we're going to be talking about what it means to live in poverty mentally,

Physically,

Spiritually,

Emotionally and the bereavement,

The loss of what it means to have lived in those spaces or to have experienced those spaces.

There's a sense here from the tarot cards that are talking very clearly about our experience of feeling kind of defeated.

The figure on the five of cups is a figure that is looking down at three cups which have been spilled and behind the figure are two cups which are still full and standing up.

So despite things that this figure still has,

As in the two cups that are behind him and are still holding the water,

He is focusing on the three that he lost,

Thinking about this and paying his attention to this space.

He talks about a feeling of,

Oh man we had all of our hopes and dreams here and now it feels like those are slipping away.

We had dreams of financial security,

We had dreams of creation and being able to drink from multiple cups and something has come in the way of that situation and has offered us the opportunity to reflect on what we have,

Creating gratitude for those things that we do have and to bereave or to bereave the ones that we have potentially lost.

When we charge money for the things that we do,

Whether it's a spiritual business or any other kind of business at all,

We are offering an exchange of energy.

That's all it is and although money seems to really rule the world,

Especially in modern media and well really in many aspects of our lives,

Money seems to rule the world.

We have to remind ourselves that when we have felt deprived of love and energy and connection,

This can be very much in conjunction with the loss and deprivation of money.

Because money after all is the way,

One of the languages in which we express our gratitude,

In which we express our desire to work with others and in which we express our,

In which we cultivate our need to survive.

We may have very clearly in the past felt like things have been taken away from us,

That events have begun and there went all of the financial stability that I had and we've been really feeling that.

We've been really feeling that.

The scarred also talks really strongly about the mistakes that we feel we have made financially,

Whether that's a debt,

A bad investment,

Spending where we shouldn't have spent.

We are disappointed and wish we could go back to that moment and take it all back and not make that mistake financially and you know believe that you know we messed up,

We made the wrong choice,

We wish we could go back,

We wish we could fix it.

However this card also very deeply connects us to the acknowledgement of those mistakes.

If you've heard any of my other readings here on Insight Timer,

Then you know that I talk about mistakes perhaps differently than other people do.

Mistakes are the lifeline through which we evolve.

Without our mistakes we do not evolve.

An evolution theory as far back as Charles Darwin,

We talk about the mistakes that were created in the genome when species evolved and the only way that a species evolves is if there are randomized mistakes in the creation of a new part of that species.

A bird may be born with a slightly longer beak and that mistake in the genome allows the bird with a slightly longer beak to reach seeds that perhaps others couldn't reach and thus this bird lives a longer life,

Survives longer and is able to reproduce and other birds that are born with this bird's DNA have longer beaks and are therefore more apt to survive.

Now of course in this theory these mistakes are random and it's important to understand that there are many factors surrounding mistakes that you have made.

We make decisions based on what society around us is telling us especially when we're younger and don't have fully developed brains and we even if we are older when we make mistakes that doesn't mean that we are,

They are completely random.

Most mistakes like almost everything we do in our lives is created based on what the society around us has experienced and experiences in general.

The things we talk about,

The things we see,

The things create as a society influence very highly the decisions that we make as individuals whether we seem to acknowledge this or not.

So mistakes may seem random but they aren't always random they are also very highly influenced just like our wins and our achievements by the things that we have in the spaces around us.

So grieving mistakes is a very interesting way of saying things because we do have personal responsibility for the mistakes that we make.

Yes we do.

Young or old if we make a mistake it is of our own free will to have made that mistake.

We could have and here's the key could have done it differently right?

And this is the energetic space in which we are living.

I could have,

Should have,

Would have.

This card tells us that now it's time to grieve that process.

Yes I messed up.

I made a mistake and now I can grieve that part of me that would have been there had I not made that mistake or the life I would have had had I not made that mistake.

The five of cups tells us that grieving those mistakes is a powerful tool for the future advancement of things in our businesses,

Spiritual businesses,

Etc.

This is the time where we can understand that we did make mistakes,

Bad investments,

Debts,

Overspending,

Whatever it is around money that felt like a mistake at the time or feels like a mistake now.

But that grieving those mistakes is highly powerful because just like things that happen to us without our will,

Our mistakes share part of the blame of a society.

Not a hundred percent of the blame of society and maybe we'll even call a 50% but 50% of that mistake you can immediately absolve because it is not yours.

Okay so that leaves you with only 50% of that mistake to learn from and here's the key.

We only evolve when we make mistakes.

We only evolve when we make mistakes.

Just like this species that Charles Darwin was observing during his time creating evolution theory,

The birds that survived were the birds that made mistakes.

And just like those birds we are a species living on the earth and the human species apart from just the physical traits that may have allowed us to survive better in physical spaces,

We also have spiritual,

Mental,

And emotional mistakes.

Those mistakes allow us to evolve during this lifetime and it is only through those mistakes that we can evolve as people.

So yes it's a sense of grieving those mistakes but it's also a sense of maybe gratitude for those mistakes because those are the mistakes that allow us to evolve,

To change,

And to move forward.

It can be painful,

Incredibly painful,

And the card shows this.

It shows suffering and sadness and pain.

It can be incredibly painful to witness and to go through the mistakes that we make.

Incredibly painful.

But what we do with it after that is the key here and the guiding sort of North Star if you will of this collective reading for today.

The pain is where the growth is.

The mistakes are where the growth is.

So mistakes,

Far from being something that we have to punish or cast ourselves over,

Are something that we simply need to see as a function of human life and spiritual life.

Just like it would be going to the bathroom or having lunch.

Those are functions of the human body and so are mistakes.

Functions of the spirit and the physical body as well of course.

Blinking your eyes.

This is a function of the human body and so are mistakes.

So while it is painful to witness that we have made mistakes and put that blame on ourselves and say,

I wish I would have done better.

I wish I could have done better.

We also have this really cool opportunity to say,

I'm going to do better.

Because I am the sort of person who is conscientious and watching these cups fall away.

Just like the figure on this card.

The figure is saying,

Yes I can see this.

I can see this and this is painful.

And the fact that we see this and it's painful and the fact that you are listening to this right now means that you are a person conscious of their mistakes and therefore a person who will evolve spiritually and financially.

The financial mistakes that you made in the past are not the ones that have to guide you now.

And sitting in a sense of loss and sitting in a sense of bereavement and grief over those for too long means that we're forgetting the two cups that we still have behind us.

Yes,

We lost a lot.

Yes,

We made a bad idea.

We made a mistake.

But we still have two beautiful full cups behind us.

And that is where our focus is going to be redirected to at this time.

The second card that came through for a reading is the five of pentacles in reverse.

And this is the key to pricing and moving forward after having made the decisions and mistakes that we made in the past.

This is the card of poverty and of sadness and of hardship and having a hard time.

The figures on the card are looks like one of them has like a broken leg is walking with sort of a limp and the other one's walking barefoot through the snow.

They're covered up,

Their heads are bowed,

They're sad.

And they're looking up at these five pentacles like why don't I have those?

Okay,

It's a beautiful church window with five pentacles on it.

And they're looking up at that window.

And they're saying,

Oh,

Man,

I wish I had that while they're outside in the snow.

However,

This card is in reverse today,

Which means that the pentacles are actually pointed towards us.

While me as the reader,

You as the listener in this case.

And so it's,

It's painting us a different story.

It's painting us a desire to no longer be outside in the snow wishing you were inside near the fire,

Saying golly,

Gosh,

Why can't I just get inside?

And why can't I just have those five pentacles?

They're already reversed.

They're already pointed straight at us.

They're already in our energy field.

So they are coming.

And they are here with us.

And the magician supports that as well.

Another very nice message that this card tells us in reverse about pricing our,

Our products and about moving forward financially with positive energy is the instance that when we price our products,

When we put our energy into a project or into a product,

Or into client work,

Or whatever it is that we do for our business,

Or even our more traditional careers,

We must receive in order for the development of our spiritual bodies,

Compensation that allows us to live comfortably,

Compensation that allows us to live happily,

Allows us to thrive,

And allows us to experience the things that we want to experience in the world.

Imagine this,

It seems like in traditional literature or traditional thought,

Buying yourself a trip to Jamaica would be something that's so out of this world.

You know,

You have to have the money to do it.

For some people,

That's an incredible impossibility to go spend a week on the beach.

For other people,

That would seem like something that's so selfish.

And why would you do that when you should be investing or saving or whatever?

That would be the traditional form of thinking.

Unless you had an abundance and overabundance of money,

You wouldn't be able to go to that island and you wouldn't be able to sit there and listen to the waves and experience life and slow down and open up and enjoy the pleasure of being human.

So why is this not selfish?

If we do this?

Not saying spend your 401k to go on a bunch of trips around the world.

But I am saying within your means,

You should be allowed to experience these things.

And it's not selfish.

Because everything that you learn in those spaces,

Increases your spiritual,

Emotional and social development.

It makes you a more conscientious person,

Makes you a person who understands more about your inner world,

Which changes not only yourself,

But all the people who touch you,

All the people who are near you in your life,

All the people who experience life around you,

Whether those are people who are physically around you,

Your family,

Or even the people that are experienced and touched by your business or your career.

Poverty is no longer a batch of honor.

It doesn't have to be.

It can be if you are still in those spaces to it can be wise to give yourself that bravery to encourage yourself to say yes,

I've survived something bad.

But there's also a moment in which we switch from that mindset and enter into a new one that says,

It's okay to experience these things.

There's nothing wrong with that.

There's nothing wrong with a trip to Greece.

There's nothing wrong with a trip to Jamaica.

There's nothing wrong with buying myself a very lovely spa day because during that time,

I regenerate,

I relax,

I reinforce the power I have.

And I shut off my mind,

I get to connect with my spirit,

With my body.

And I reenter the world,

A stronger,

Smarter,

Better person.

And when I'm a stronger,

Smarter,

Better person,

I naturally help those around me,

Even if I don't want to.

I'm naturally calmer.

So someone cuts me off in traffic,

I'm naturally a little bit more likely to just let it go.

Instead of creating further problems in that situation.

Now everything has its place.

So anger,

I am not saying when I say that I'm not saying that anger doesn't have its place and that you shouldn't stand up for your physical space.

But I am saying that if you're in a position to allow the anger of others to simply dissipate,

And only if you feel like you are strong enough to be in this position,

Be careful,

Then you can allow for that energy to dissipate,

Which really helps the entire spiritual realm of humanity,

Physical realm of humanity,

And so forth.

So suffering for the purpose of suffering,

It's out of fashion.

It's out of fashion.

Now,

Of course,

If you are still in those spaces,

Be proud of yourself for having been through those spaces or for being in those spaces,

Because not everyone has the same opportunity as other people.

So if you are in those spaces,

Feel the strength of that energy.

If you're moving out of a space of poverty and into a space of wealth,

Feel strong and powerful and empowered in that space as well.

The final card in our reading today is the magician and it's a very beautiful card that simply put tells us that we have all the tools necessary to make things happen.

We offer a lot.

So when we're offering things in our business,

And yeah,

We're acting consciously when we put the prices that we need to put.

So far be it for me to tell you exactly how much to price your products and services,

But price them in mind with no longer living in poverty,

And no longer attaching yourself to a poverty mindset.

And that can be done at any level.

So if you are pricing things,

But you're still sort of living in poverty,

You can price them that slight bit more because you are a conscious and aware person and the action that you are taking needs to be done.

Okay,

The gifts that you offer through the services and products and things that you offer need to be done for the sake of humanity,

Which sounds very dramatic,

But it's true right for the growth of humanity.

Okay.

You know,

You know how to do it.

You are focused,

You have the tools you need,

And you can set the prices just a little bit outside of your comfort zone,

If you will,

Because of the necessity to create a life that doesn't require poverty.

Okay.

Thank you so much for being here.

I feel like this was a very beautiful message.

I hope it touched you as much as it touched me.

And that you feel free to follow me and come check out my live videos that I do every day Monday through Friday here on Insight Tamer.
