This guided meditation assumes that you've been meditating for a while now and are familiar with the chakra work.
If that's true for you,
Continue.
If not,
I would recommend doing the beginner meditation instead of the chakra meditation.
Feeling into your seat,
Wherever you are sitting.
Bringing the awareness to the contact between your own seat that is made of your pelvic bowl with the hips,
The sitting bones.
And feeling the contact of the seat that you're sitting on.
Allowing for the seat to ground,
Grounding you into the space you're in.
And as you crown yourself through the seat,
Opening your shoulders a little,
You find your back becoming upright and supple.
From this space,
As you breathe in,
Expanding,
And as the body expands,
Allowing for the being to expand with it.
And as you breathe out,
Allowing for all the muscles within to loosen,
Soften.
Bringing awareness to a few more such breaths of expansion and softening.
Expansion and softening.
And now,
As if a rope were to be dropped from the top of the center of your crown and it would fall in a straight line down to the pelvic floor.
Imagine a rope-like energetic channel,
The central channel.
And as you bring your awareness to this channel,
With every breath in,
Allowing for the channel to expand a little.
And with every breath out,
Allowing it to go back to its original diameter.
Expanding,
Going back,
Expanding,
Going back.
And as you observe this channel,
Bring yourself down the channel to your pelvic floor.
And bring all of your awareness in this moment to the perineum where your root chakra lies and allow all of the elements of earth from in the body and the elements of earth around us to nurture and nourish the root.
With every breath in,
Allowing for the muscles around the anus to loosen.
And with every breath out,
Allowing for all of the nourishment to be soaked in.
As this chakra gets nourished,
Letting it root deeper.
And feeling into this safe,
Secure space that exists in your own body.
Standing on the security,
Allowing for the water,
The element of water to nourish the sacred chakra just above the pubic bone.
And as it nourishes,
It opens up,
Creates flexibility,
It creates creation.
Creation of life itself.
And creation of all else that exists.
Allowing for your own creativity to be nourished,
To be nurtured as the water flows.
Feeling in to the sensuality,
To the pleasure in the sacred chakra.
And then,
Allowing for this creation to get manifested through the chakra above,
About four fingers above your navel,
The solar plexus nourished by the element of fire.
And for a moment even feeling into the warm fire within,
Around this chakra.
The life force,
The will power.
It also contains the digestive fire.
And so allowing that to enable the digestive process to be smooth,
To be optimal.
Moving from a safe,
Secure,
Creative,
Manifested base,
Coming into the expansion that air,
The element of air brings in to the heart chakra.
And with every breath of air,
Allowing the heart chakra to expand your being and to notice even the slightest of shifts in your expansiveness of love,
Care,
Kindness,
Connection.
As we nourish these four chakras,
We bring more nourishment through the element of space into the fifth chakra at the throat.
And as this chakra gets nourished,
Your voice,
Your words are truer,
More integrated with integrity and with wisdom.
As the first five chakras align,
You are bound to be able to see more clearly,
More directly into whatever is in the short term,
Long term,
Person,
Situation,
Thus activating your third eye chakra.
And so bringing your focus to the point,
The bindu point between the eyebrows and allowing for this chakra to be nourished as your vision becomes clear.
As you begin to start seeing clearly the crown chakra at the top of your head becomes activated.
So now bringing your awareness to that.
And as you see,
You see the interconnections,
You see,
You sense how the praman within and the praman in the outside,
The universe within you and the universe outside are both but the same,
Interconnected,
Interlinked.
And as you steep yourself in this awareness,
Also noticing that you're interconnected and you're connected through and through this body of yours.
Bringing awareness now back to your seat,
The seat that you're sitting on right now,
Through the seat of your own pelvic floor.
Bringing awareness to your fingers,
Your toes,
To the air that touches your skin in this room,
To the smells,
The sounds,
The light just behind your eyelids.
And as and when you feel ready and complete for now,
Gently open your eyes,
Bringing yourself back,
Aligned and connected.
