This is a meditation for those who have been doing the inner child work for a while. In this meditation, we integrate our healed inner child with our adult selves. Keep some props like soft toys, pillows, and blankets to give your inner child the safety and warmth it needs to do this process. This is perfect to do before you sleep so that it works while you sleep. This meditation is intended to make you feel safe and secure in yourself so that you can live, laugh, and play with your carefree child-like spirit. Hope you enjoy it.
