This is a meditation for those who have been doing the inner child work for a while. In this meditation, we integrate our healed inner child with our adult selves. Keep some props like soft toys, pillows, and blankets to give your inner child the safety and warmth it needs to do this process. This is perfect to do before you sleep so that it works while you sleep. This meditation is intended to make you feel safe and secure in yourself so that you can live, laugh, and play with your carefree child-like spirit. Hope you enjoy it.

Hello beautiful people I am Shivani and today we are walking towards a meditation where we integrate our whole and healed inner child so sit back in a comfortable place perhaps cross-legged in an upright position so you don't fall asleep and let's begin by taking some few deep breaths so inhale from your nose and exhale from your mouth and it's okay if right now you cannot find your breaths to be deep enough we'll start shallow and we'll go towards going deeper and deeper so let's do it one more time inhale through your nose exhale and inhale again exhale from your mouth once more inhale from your nose exhale and maybe take few deep breaths through your nose now and today let's tap into a place in our body where we feel unsettled maybe we feel discomfort here maybe we feel pain physical emotional energetic pain a block a heaviness anxiety any of that keep your palm there rest is gently on this space and just feel into this pain without any judgments keep breathing into this space and maybe you feel heaviness maybe you feel your heart racing it's okay surrender to this moment and keep feeling through it going deeper and deeper and if need so tell yourself it's safe to feel this pain it's safe to feel this sensation in my body today and because we are today integrating our inner child within us I would want you to invite your inner child right before you so maybe you would want your inner child to sit right before you maybe you would want to just gently hold their hand and just probably just caress their fingers feel that touch into your palms and let this pain that you earlier tapped on let it pass through you allow this inner child delicate sensitive beautiful presence to hold you today and as they do this to you you return this presence towards them to the pain you feel in your body your inner child feels it to sit into this empathy into this compassion into this shared connection today maybe imagine holding their hands maybe they want to come closer to you maybe you want to move closer to them maybe they want to come and sit next to you whatever it may be allow it to happen as you share this moment you might feel this pain getting lighter and lighter you feel their company you feel their presence and they feel yours too and maybe at this point you both can ask each other if you like this pain or if you would want to live with this pain if you would want to carry it forward the answer can be a yes or can be a no to if the answer is yes feel free to go ahead and ask why what is this pain providing you what is this pain giving you how is it benefiting you right now again it could be you or it could be your inner child either of you or both of you wanting to hold on to this pain I want you to clench your fist in this moment both your hands ask your inner child to do the same as the sit close by feel the tightness feel the tension feel the resistance feel how it feels to hold on to something tightly clenching with fear ask your inner child again and let them ask you isn't it better if you let it go isn't it better if you let it go I want you to take a deep breath in hold it at the top and release and unclench your fist do it once more maybe deep breath and hands in a fist watch your inner child do it with you as you exhale all of this tension this resistance this pain watch it gather right in front of you like this black smoke or black dense particles or stones watch it piling right in front of you if you feel there's more within you or more within your inner child which is just the same feel free to do this once more so again clench your fist take a deep inhale in hold it at the top and a big exhale opening your palms unclenching the jaw maybe you want to make some sound maybe you want to stretch your jaw maybe you want to massage your ears or your neck or any place in your body where it feels like you need a little touch feel free to do that and maybe you want to comfort you inner child too at this time feel free to do that maybe you want to hold their hand maybe you want them to ask and sit on your lap maybe you want to caress their forehead maybe you want to kiss them maybe you would just want to hug them do that and right in front of you you see all of this pain you have exhaled out you see all of this dense dark particles right in front of you all out of your body now into physical in right in front of you you can see it you are an evolved light being I want to remind you and so just like we can call an angel we can call a God or a goddess today I want you to step into this role and heal so go ahead open your palms as if you're blessing blessing these dense particles and let them all be transmuted let it all be transmuted into light golden pink or whatever color feels right for you let them all be transmuted to love let the light of source flow through you from your crown through your body and your palms as you bless this pain and allow it to transmute and ask you in a child to do the same right now at the core we are all worthy whole and healed this is how the source sees us and so we are healed enough to heal ourselves and to heal our pain as you bless this pain and you transmute it to love and light you might want to just gather it now into your hands this beautiful light this beautiful sparkling light into your palms and you might want to pour it on your inner child let them receive this transmuted light their lost fragment is now being redirected back to them all the places where they held shame where you held shame in their name it's now being restored it's now being returned back to them as the superpower as your superpower and once the beautiful process is complete once you pour all of this beautiful love and light onto your inner child ask your inner child to step right into your heart back within you united you and your inner child both whole healed watch your inner child integrate within you whole and healed and watch that energy integrating within you making you feel whole and healed you might want to stay here let this process complete let this integration happen allow your inner child to immerse themselves into this light and into you and all of it becomes one where you cannot separate the light you your inner child anymore because you are one whole healed integrated fully and completely take a deep breath and let this integration process complete you might want to sit here wait for it to complete you might want to lay down rest for a while have some water let it happen at its own course knowing that you're safe feel free to go ahead and journal after this meditation sending your inner child words of affirmation healing safety and love because you are all one now because you are whole healed and integrated I
