Welcome to the first Mystery Kid X guided meditation.
This week we are going to be focusing on letting go.
As we walk through life,
We hold onto so much unnecessary baggage,
Mostly connected to a past long gone.
The human body and mind are sponges,
Constantly absorbing everything,
Consciously and unconsciously.
It is your responsibility to let go of what no longer serves you.
Only by letting go can you create space for the best version of yourself to bloom.
You are the architect of your life.
Only you can make the choice to let go.
Sit or lay down in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Feel yourself relax.
Feel the tension in the muscles releasing.
Feel the skin of your scalp relaxing.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your tongue.
Relax your eyebrows.
Relax your forehead.
Allow your shoulders to drop down.
Release the tension from your forearms.
Allow your sit bones to sink into the earth,
Grounding you.
Let go of all the unnecessary heaviness you carry.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Now bring awareness to your breath.
As you take deep breaths,
The energy starts flowing down into your body,
From the head down to your toes and back into the universe.
Feel with every breath more and more energy cascading down through your head,
Your shoulders,
Down to your chest,
Down through the stomach,
Calming and soothing.
As you find yourself more and more relaxed,
Allow your breathing to become deeper and deeper until you feel at one with the rhythm of the universe.
Observe your chest rise and fall as you hear my voice softly in the background of your mind.
Today I want you to focus on letting go of everything until there is nothing more than a subtle breath left.
I want you to imagine a giant tree letting go of its leaves.
The leaves are falling.
A gentle breeze comes and takes away the leaves,
Taking away what is no longer needed.
The mind does not want you to let go.
The mind will constantly create distractions for you not to let go.
Observe the distractions.
Do not identify with them.
Focus on the leaves as they get pulled into the distance.
Do not hold on to thoughts that arise.
Do not hold on to any doubt or fear.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go as the leaves begin to fade from sight.
Let go.
Letting go is an act of courage.
Letting go is the path to liberation.
Let go.
Your mind is becoming lighter.
Your body weightless.
Imagine yourself as a leaf floating in the wind without a destination.
Trust in the wind and let go.
Let go.
Allow any thoughts that arise to pass by.
For the next ten minutes,
Let go of everything and focus on the breath.
Let go until there is nothing to hold on to.
