A 20-minute guided meditation designed to help you achieve a deep state of relaxation. I created this guided meditation while I was studying in India, it was the first one I ever created, never did I expect to one day share it with the world. I hope it adds value to your life. I highly recommend using headphones for a higher quality experience. Gratitude & Love
