The Ancient Yin Breathing technique was designed to create serenity within the mind and complete relaxation within the body. Slow and subtle healing. I highly recommend using headphones for a higher quality experience.

Transcript

Ancient yin breathing technique to achieve a state of complete relaxation.

Yin represents the feminine that resides within us all.

Yin is subtle,

It is the water that flows patiently.

It is the moon that rises and glows without seeking any attention.

It is the snake that moves slowly through the grass.

It is the beating heart of a baby.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Take a moment to simply be.

We will now initiate the yin breathing technique.

Slow and long inhales with your mouth.

And let go on the exhales.

The sequence of the breath.

Chest,

Head,

Like an elevator going from the first floor abdomen to the third floor head.

My acupuncturist has told me that I am deficient in yin, and that there are certain meditations that can help. I went looking and found this one, and I really am feeling much better. Thank you

I really enjoyed this meditation but please clarify: Are we supposed to breathe in and out through our mouths and does the order reverse on the exhale. Love to understand the technique more clearly. Thank you🎇
