Welcome to the Shifting with Marlee podcast.
I'm Marlee.
Thank you for joining me wherever you are.
All that I ask of you,
The listener,
Is to have an open mind and an open heart.
And in return,
I offer you myself.
Welcome to the annual Shifting with Marlee visioning podcast episode.
I believe this is our fourth annual visioning episode now,
And yet this year it feels like we collectively need it more than ever.
It feels like we are in big need of some hope and optimism.
So it is my intention with this episode to deliver that.
I also highly encourage you to listen to the previous annual visioning episodes because they are each very uplifting and will put a smile on your face and lift your spirits and raise your vibration.
In today's episode,
We are going to connect with the energy and vibration of the future and start imagining the world we want to live in.
Because as we are constantly co-creating with the universe in every moment,
It is our imaginations that make the world.
This episode can also act as some inspiration for intention setting and manifestation for your own life and for humanity.
But I first want to acknowledge that it can be really difficult and limiting to imagine a better world from our current 3D reality.
When there's so many people suffering in the world and so much conflict and so much division and separation and so much mistrust.
And especially if you are someone that watches the news and pays attention to politics and current events,
It can be hard to imagine any other way.
It can also be hard to see all the destruction in the world and our institutions crumbling as anything other than tragedy and fear-inducing.
But as we learned in episode 59,
2025 to 2028,
Astrology for the Collective and the United States with Astrologer Malatya Red,
Any structure or institution or establishment that does not have a strong foundation or does not serve the people will crumble in the coming years.
And it needs to.
So that something new can be rebuilt better and stronger and more in alignment with our values and more in alignment with planet.
We are collectively living through both the collapse and the rebuilding.
It's very much the energy of a phoenix,
Which is the energy of both death and rebirth and rising from the ashes.
And it's important to remember that we cannot force others to awaken.
We cannot force others to have empathy or compassion.
We cannot force others to heal their trauma and wounds.
But we can come into a space of non-judgment.
We can choose to hold love and compassion for all those who are stuck in the old ways and unwilling to change or unwilling to do the inner work.
While at the same time,
Also letting go of trying to force others to change and instead redirecting our energy and focus and attention to building the new and to our own inner work.
And also remember that everyone is on their own timeline and on their own path and in their own perfect divine timing,
Just as you are.
And trust that each person is in divine alignment and perfect order with their blueprint and purpose and learning the lessons that they need to in order to grow and evolve.
Even though I know that can be challenging and frustrating and also break our hearts sometimes.
And in order to tap into the space we need to be in to imagine a better future and build the new,
It's important to shift our perspective and remember that even in the chaos and destruction,
There is still beauty in the world.
There is still love in the world.
There is still joy in the world.
There is still laughter.
The sun is still shining and the flowers are still blooming.
I've personally been finding a lot of comfort and inspiration from a song by Alexandra Blakely called Wisdom in Collapse.
The lyrics are,
Don't know what's coming,
Don't know what's next.
One thing I do know,
There is wisdom in collapse.
And the flowers are blossoming in the ruins.
Rivers are rushing wild and free.
The soil is humming oh so softly.
It's a quiet symphony.
It also personally helps me to remind myself that we cannot understand or fathom the larger meaning,
The larger purpose,
The larger weaving,
The larger connection,
The divine orchestration of it all.
And what if,
What if everything is ultimately unfolding for all of our highest and greatest goods?
Even if we can't see it from our current vantage point,
I trust that.
I really do.
I also know an important truth to my bones,
And that is that logic isn't going to get us through this.
Our ego minds do not have the answers.
Science as it exists today isn't going to save us.
And AI isn't going to save us.
Here's the truth.
We save ourselves.
We have to go within and break down our own barriers and conditioning and unlock our inner wisdom and inner knowing and self-trust and compassion and infinite well of love.
We have to come back into right relationship with the earth and our bodies and our intuition and our ancestors and our inner child.
We have to learn how to be a part of community again,
A part of the village.
This is the way.
We get free together,
Friends.
We save ourselves together.
We rebuild together.
In this better future that I imagine,
We have come away from duality,
Out of our conditioning,
Out of the realms of right and wrong and good and bad and left and right and away from the shoulds,
Away from what we think we should be doing.
And instead,
We are following the whispers from our bodies and our intuition.
We are a part of the village.
We are each contributing to the collective,
Living in harmony with the earth and the seasons and the plants and the animals.
We found energetic sovereignty and internal freedom and unconditional safety within.
And we have moved into a state of unconditional love for ourselves and for each other.
We are connected to and in communication with the unseen realms.
We have moved away from hierarchy and control and that power over dynamic.
And instead of fighting and forcing and pushing,
We are flowing like water.
To help us further imagine this better future and to give us some inspiration,
I've enlisted some help.
In a moment,
You'll hear from Emily Gustafson,
Shulei Ozek,
Laura Hartley,
And Malet Yared,
And their visions for the future of humanity and the earth.
Okay,
Let's dive in.
What is your vision for the future of humanity and the earth?
Well,
There is an eco-philosopher named Joanna Macy,
And she believes that we are in the midst of the great turning versus the great unraveling,
Which that's not good.
We want to be in the great turning.
And it's this movement away from this industrial growth society into a life sustaining society.
And I think we are in the great turning too.
And that gives me hope because even as things seem to be falling apart,
Communities are coming together in different ways and they're rallying together.
And to me,
That's the future.
I see a world where we are living in reciprocity with the earth and with other humans.
And we are living with the cycles.
That's what I see.
I think it's within our grasp.
What is your vision for the future of humanity and the earth?
My vision for the future of humanity is to see lightworkers leading and just to see more of these concepts not being identified as woo-woo,
But actually welcomed and explored.
And what I really want to see more of collectively is more people who are bringing up children.
That's where my biggest interests are.
And I'm really being mindful of how we're children and emotional regulation being taught in schools or maybe having even more heart-based consciousness in schools as well.
It's that generation of children that I really,
Really want to see shifts in and how people are being raised.
And I'm not even a parent,
But there's just so much I consume based on how to raise children because I just think it's so important to know this and to teach this.
We're teaching ourselves as adults how to do all these things.
And we're teaching those around us how to emotionally regulate and things like that.
But I'd like to see more of that being taught in school systems or not even just school systems,
But having more heart-based consciousness in schools and things like that.
That's my vision for humanity,
Just to see the lightworkers rising up.
And I believe it's happening already.
What is your vision for the future of humanity and the earth?
I want a world in which we're equipped to deal with conflict and disagreement.
These are skills.
These are not things that we can't learn.
These are things that we can be teaching in schools,
That we can be instituting in workplaces,
In our community settings,
In our justice systems.
These are things that we can be doing in our lives.
So I want that.
I also want a world in which we,
Because we have the skills to deal with conflict,
That we are far more imaginative and that we are far more creative and that we're willing to try new things,
Right?
Just bring us together in community and create the initiatives and the stories and the settings that we want to experience.
So I think that's my vision for the world.
What is your vision for the future of humanity and the earth?
I want people to feel like they are a part of their village.
I really want people to feel like they know their neighbors and that they have resources in their local community and that they don't feel as lonely as capitalism has made us.
So there you have it.
We are the architects of this future,
Friends,
And each of us are needed.
Each of us has something to contribute.
Trust that everything is ultimately working out in our highest and greatest goods.
And remember the famous quote,
It's always darkest before the dawn.
I'll end today with a quote from former Shifting with Marlee podcast guest,
Alison Holley.
The end of suffering begins within ourselves.
