
Meditative Journey Up The Golden Staircase
Recorded meditation in front of live participants. Meditative journey up the Golden Staircase with a focus on breath, relaxing body scan, and a guided visual as we journey up a Golden Staircase to commune with the Higher Self.
Transcript
A little music going.
So we'll begin.
So just get as comfortable as you can and stop any of the fidgeting once you get comfortable.
And then I want you to just settle in by grounding into presence by taking a couple rounds of gentle deep belly breaths.
Directing the breath down to the belly,
Belly rises,
Then the chest,
And then work on lengthening the exhale.
So lengthening the exhale.
Just find your perfect rhythm as you settle in.
And once you've got your rhythm going,
Notice at the top of the breath a pause,
A slight pause,
For a second before you begin your exhale.
And really focus on that.
Breathing in,
Pause,
Breathing out,
Lengthening the exhale,
Pause,
Before you begin again.
And you can play with that pause a couple seconds,
Whatever is most comfortable for you,
But just noticing that pause,
The stillness,
The in-between.
You want a glass of water?
Try to ignore the cougher in the room.
And as you're breathing in and pausing and exhaling and pausing,
Just start to scan from the crown of the head,
Slowly,
Just noticing how you're feeling,
Your body,
How is your forehead feeling.
Is there tension in the jaw?
Not judging it,
Just noticing it.
And if you do notice any tension or tightness,
Breathing into that space and allowing it to soften.
Scanning down the neck,
Down the back and chest,
The arms,
Down the belly and hips.
Down the thighs,
The calves,
The ankles and feet.
Just getting really present in your body.
You can let go of that breath pattern and just bring your breath back to its neutral state and travel your awareness to your third eye,
The space between your eyes.
Visualize and imagine your third eye lighting up from within.
You may even want to silently give it the directive to activate now.
Third eye,
Activate.
Energy flows where your attention goes,
So there's no need to force.
It's automatically going to flow there.
And with every inhale in,
Imagine golden light activating within your third eye.
And with every exhale,
Your third eye is becoming more attuned,
More tapped in.
And now using the power of your focus and attention,
We're going to map this golden light throughout the body.
So breathe in and breathe out.
And now travel your awareness from your third eye to your right eye,
Right ear,
Right shoulder,
Golden light traveling and stretching and expanding through the right arm,
The right rib,
Right hip,
Stretching and expanding down the right leg,
The right ankle,
The right foot,
Seeping down to the sole of the right foot.
And now imagine every place you mapped on the right side,
It's expanding and stretching,
Illuminating the entire right side of your body.
Feel your whole right side activated with your awareness.
Whole right side attuned.
Gentle breath in and out as you travel your awareness from your right foot and mapping that golden light over to the left foot,
Through the sole up to the top of the foot,
Left ankle,
Up the left leg,
Left hip,
Left rib,
Stretching and expanding,
Left arm,
Left shoulder,
Left ear and left eye.
So now your whole left side is saturated with this golden light as you feel your left side.
Whole left side activated within your awareness.
Whole left side attuned.
Gentle breath in and out as you travel from the left eye back to the space between your eyebrows,
Sinking your awareness into your third eye as we harmonize the right side and the left side together.
So your whole body,
Whole body is in coherence,
Whole body complete,
Whole body attuned to the frequency of golden light.
And now travel to your heart,
Your heart center being the seat of the soul and with every inhale in,
Imagine golden light radiating out.
With every exhale it's getting bigger,
Larger,
Stretching and expanding in every direction until this golden light expands out creating a giant sphere of healing golden light all around you.
You are a beacon of this golden light floating in this sphere and gentle breath in and out and as you're floating in this golden sphere I want you to imagine someone in your life that you love that is in need of some healing,
Some love,
Some TLC and just imagine as you breathe in and you breathe out you're expanding that beautiful golden light to them,
Sending them healing light.
And now I will guide you on a visual journey where we will ascend a golden staircase where you will commune with your soul.
There are 11 steps with the 10th and 11th step imagine it being just beyond the clouds above and beyond all filters and illusions.
At the top of the golden staircase there's a platform with an observation deck that will offer pristine views of expansive skies revealing infinite possibilities and infinite realities with you being the center of your universe.
When you are ready it's safe to take the first step,
Second step up,
Third,
Fourth,
Fifth,
Sixth,
Seventh,
Eighth,
Ninth,
Passing through the mist of the clouds you've reached the tenth,
The eleventh,
Now you've arrived on the platform.
When you're ready it's safe to step on to the observation deck taking in the beautiful expansive sky.
Take a few deep and gentle breaths here as we prepare to ask the soul for some clarity.
In spacious awareness observe and notice any images,
Thought forms,
Symbols,
Emotions,
Colors,
Memories,
Anything that might arise.
There's nothing to force just trust in these gentle knowings of the soul and trust in the process as you initiate your sacred dialogue knowing the answers will flow in divine right time.
Silently repeat each question to yourself as we go and I will allow space for you to witness what comes through.
And it is now that we begin our sacred dialogue.
Dearest soul,
Am I honoring myself by living out my soul purpose?
Am I being the person I was meant to be?
Just silently asking and just noticing if any information flows in.
Asking what small steps can I take to prioritize my well-being and fulfillment?
Asking if there's something that you can let go of to make more room for that.
Asking when are the times that I feel most alive and inspired?
Asking what did I love doing as a child that I no longer make time for?
When,
Where,
Or with whom could I stand to be a little more brave in my life?
Take a gentle breath in and out as we plant a sacred intention now with our soul.
Dear soul,
Please help me to know the answers to these questions in divine right time.
Help me to have the courage to follow your lead so that I may live to my highest good and potential.
I ask this for the good of myself and all involved.
And so it is and so it shall be.
Now take a moment now to thank your soul before we begin making our descent.
Deep breath in and out as we begin to step off the observation deck arriving back on the platform.
Stepping down 11,

Landing back in the here and now,
Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take a few deep and cleansing breaths in and out as you feel yourself back in your body,
Back in this room.
And when you are ready you can open your eyes and stretch if you need to.
And I have a few affirmations here that I was going to run through if you want to just listen and if it resonates it resonates and I'll email these to you.
The first affirmation is I give myself permission to prioritize self-care knowing I am worthy of receiving my own time,
Compassion,
And self-love.
Next affirmation,
I give myself permission to create healthy rituals that will support my peace,
Happiness,
And well-being.
Next affirmation,
I honor myself when I am true to my heart.
Next affirmation,
I give myself permission to share the parts of me that make me unique.
Next affirmation,
I dissolve distorted filters,
Transmute self-doubt,
And alchemize limiting beliefs when I choose to trust in myself and my abilities.
I choose to be brave.
I trust myself.
I trust that I am brave.
I am.
Next affirmation,
I value myself,
My time,
And energy by choosing people,
Places,
And things that feel heart-opening and expansive versus negative,
Draining,
And constricting.
I forgive myself for mistakes.
I forgive others of theirs.
I am thankful for my past and all that I have learned.
I am grateful for this present moment.
I bless my future with love and light.

It is their responsibility.
What others think of me is none of my business.
And then here's another one.
I give myself permission to prioritize the relationships,
Conversations,
Places,
And things that inspire me.
The people,
Places,
And things that feed my soul and light me up.
I get one life.
It's on no one but me to make it count.
