When I think of repetition,
I think of consistency.
It can feel boring,
Unremarkable,
Easy to dismiss,
And yet it's the boring that creates the extraordinary.
When something is done consistently again and again,
Results begin to form quietly in the background.
I've seen this in my body through weight loss,
I've seen it in trading by following my system,
Even when nothing flashy was happening,
I've seen it in meditation,
How practice builds on itself.
And one day you look back and you realize you've accumulated hours,
Years of presence,
A depth that most people struggle to reach,
Not because it's unavailable,
But because repetition asks for devotion.
Repetition is like forming a new muscle.
At first it can ache,
It can feel uncomfortable,
Even discouraging,
But then one day you notice you're stronger and you can do things that once felt hard.
There's a quiet pride in that,
Not loud but steady,
The pride of showing up.
The mind often resists repetition,
It wants the easier path,
The comfortable path,
But the body understands,
The body remembers.
I see repetition as devotion.
Devotion to yourself,
Devotion to God,
Source,
The universe,
And when we choose to show up again and again and watch real results unfold,
We step into our highest expression as humans and there's something deeply exciting about that.
Repetition is sacred because it is a daily ritual,
A practice of showing up for yourself with intention.
So if you ever feel discouraged by doing the same thing again,
Remember this.
The version of you who has achieved the vision got there through consistency,
Through repetition.
Do it for them.
Become them now.
This is how devotion takes form.
