It's really easy to get jumbled up or triggered when things don't go our way.

When life doesn't meet our expectations of the moment.

Whether these expectations are that we have with others and situations or oftentimes with ourselves.

How we show up.

How we act.

What we say.

Instead of getting caught up in those depleting states or that cycle that can just spiral us down so quickly sometimes.

Pausing for a moment to reset our energies with some compassionate latitude.

Can really change our whole situation.

Can change how we approach life.

Offering another including ourselves a feeling of compassion can change not just our view of a situation,

Of a situation,

But our attitude.

Of our expectations.

But bringing ourselves into a heart centered place.

Connects us deeply on a different level.

And bringing ourselves into that heart place changes the field of energy around us.

It broadens and builds.

The space.

Both inside and outside.

So that we can be more connected with what's right here.

So we can place down ever so gently our expectations,

Our desires of things to be different than they are.

Coming into a heart centered place allows us to be connected with what's right here underneath the mask of attachment that we might have for things to be a certain way.

So let's take a few moments right now into shift into a compassionate sense of being.

Breathing deeper and slower into not just your body but your heart center.

Imagining that your breath is a breath of life.

Not just your body but your heart center.

Imagining that your breath is flowing in and out of your chest area.

Your heart center.

And every time that you breathe in you're expanding the space.

You're clearing things out.

And every time that you breathe out you're letting go.

You're releasing expectations,

Assumptions,

Judgments,

Tension.

Breathing back in with clarity and ease.

A breath that's fresh with aliveness and light.

Breathing out heaviness,

Stagnation,

Darkness.

Feeling the space inside and around us with a sense of light and love.

Feeling the heart growing.

A sense of connection.

A sense of connection,

Of peace.

Of I am here as well.

You are here as well.

And smiling to that connection.

Offering a sense of care and kindness in this moment.

No matter how edgy it feels,

Underneath our heart is present with a desire for connection.

A sense of care.

An element of kindness.

And feeling that kindness and that care spreading not just within and out of our breath,

But also our whole body.

The space around us.

The space around us.

The sights that we're looking upon,

The smells that we're smelling.

The things that we're touching that are close and imagined.

And as we breathe in and out these elements of goodness,

Of care and kindness,

We can feel it spreading throughout our whole environment.

So that whomever and whatever we meet,

Including ourselves,

Is enveloped in this light of love.

Simply spending a few moments in this energy helps to shift and reset our awareness of our own body.

And puts us into a better,

Higher frequent state.

It offers the availability of an authentic smile.

A smile that can move through all of us.

All parts of us.

Feeling the beauty and the grace of this.

And allowing this to lead how we meet our moments.

With a gentle smile,

I invite you to continue practicing throughout the day with these uplifting energies of care,

Kindness,

And compassion.

Beginning with yourself,

So this moves into your engagements with all other beings and situations.
