Hello creator,

Welcome to this meditation that's going to set you up for your creative day.

Here I invite you to take a few nice deep breaths.

Inhale new energy and exhale stagnant energy.

This is your invitation to get into your creative space.

Whether that's your studio,

Your kitchen,

Your living room,

Outside,

Wherever you can create.

Allow yourself to see this space as a sacred space.

Here in this moment with me,

You are taking the permission slip to tap into your muse.

There's something inside of you that is excited to create.

Even if sometimes that excitement is hard to activate.

Allow yourself to release.

It's time to release your worries and pressure from the outside world.

Exhale deeply.

And as you inhale,

Allow yourself to fall into the muse state.

This is your permission slip and your invitation to get excited,

To get adventurous.

What is it that wants to come out of you today?

What brought you to this amazing creative space that you have for yourself?

Even if this space may feel small in this moment,

Or maybe it feels extra large,

Wherever you are,

This is your space and your time.

Allow yourself to shine and allow yourself to play.

Not everything is about being perfect,

But you are here today and it is important to allow yourself to expand,

To explore,

To create.

We're going to take another deep breath in,

And we're going to take another deep breath out.

To create.

We're going to take another deep breath in,

And exhale.

And now take a few moments to visualize what is the first step to begin today?

What is it you want to do or accomplish while you're here?

Are there any feelings or emotions you are working through?

Or are there any major goals?

Are there any feelings or emotions you are working through?

Or are there any major goals?

All right,

We're going to take another inhale and exhale.

And here in just a moment,

We're going to bring ourselves back into our body and into our space.

But first,

Just shake out any other stagnant energy in your body.

Anything else that might be holding you back.

Allow yourself to breathe in again.

Maybe even try to,

You know,

Put a smile on your face.

You are here and you are showing up.

Your muse is ready for you.

Whenever you're ready,

Take one final deep breath,

Full of awareness.

And exhale and open your eyes.

And now you get to dive in.

Go be creative.

Go explore.

And thanks for shining on with me.

I usually have a hard time redirecting from a bad start or certain events. This seems to help me tremendously when I want to get some thing done but am not feeling motivated or not trusting in myself

Fast but prepared me for my day of creativity, so grateful.
