Let's begin by centering ourselves.
The fastest and simplest way to do that is with our breath.
So I invite you to take some nice deep breaths into your body.
Feel yourself really coming back home to you.
And use your breath to help quiet your mind.
To let go of any thoughts.
Any worries you've had.
Use your breath to come back to this present moment.
Grounding ourselves in the now.
And as we open to this space where all healing takes place.
Where we can experience transformation.
Let's bring in this idea of purpose.
And you can ask yourself,
What is my purpose?
Keep using your breath.
Deepening into this space.
What is my purpose?
Am I here for a specific reason?
Would you be willing to consider the idea that we have a shared purpose?
And that purpose is to be the embodiment of love.
To be the vessels through which love acts in the world.
In A Course in Miracles,
There's a lesson that reads,
My eyes,
My tongue,
My hands,
My feet,
Today have but one purpose.
To be given Christ,
And instead of Christ we can say love.
To be given love to use to bless the world with miracles.
I'll read it again,
Substituting the word love for Christ.
My eyes,
My tongue,
My hands,
My feet,
Today have but one purpose.
To be given love to use to bless the world with miracles.
Allow those words to enter into your being.
This notion that we have shared purpose.
To be the embodiment of love.
And yes,
That will look different for each and every one of us.
And so perhaps the question is,
How do you want this love to express itself through you?
Allow yourself to feel the tension of needing a purpose dissolved.
Allow the idea that you have to do something.
Allow that to dissolve too.
Allow the idea that you have to do something.
Allow that to dissolve too.
We are simply being asked to reconnect to our hearts.
To see and experience the world through the eyes of the heart.
Take a nice deep breath into your heart chakra at the center of your chest.
And allow this idea that you only have one purpose.
To love.
To give love,
To receive love,
To be love.
See if you can relax into that space.
Into the simplicity of love.
There's nothing you have to do.
There's nowhere you have to go.
Perhaps you can begin to orient your life by asking yourself,
What makes me happy?
Or is this loving?
We can use these questions to help us to unhook from duty,
From obligation,
From half-do's,
From sacrifice.
What makes me happy?
Is this loving?
When we're happy,
We feel love.
And when we feel love,
We are joyful.
Allow yourself to really anchor into this idea.
That happiness is your gift to the world.
That happiness is your purpose.
Breathe that into yourself deeply.
If you really love yourself,
You would let yourself be happy.
Give yourself permission to be happy.
Keep using your breath to anchor this into your being.
I am here to be the embodiment of love,
And in this space,
I am filled with joy.
This is our true nature.
Allow yourself to bask in that sensation of joy and love.
Thank you.
