This 10 minute meditation is focused on oneness.

Take a nice deep breath into your chest,

Allowing your whole body to relax.

And again,

Nice deep breath into your body.

Opening yourself up.

With each inhalation,

Allow the thoughts to clear away.

There's nothing for you to do.

There's no place to go.

Breathing in and being here right now.

And as you breathe in,

Just imagine your mind being cleared as if all the thoughts swirling around are like clouds.

Imagine them just disappearing as your mind becomes a clear blue sky.

Breathe in and focus your attention on your third eye,

Which is located in between your eyebrows and a little above it,

Your forehead.

It is said that the third eye is the home of the guru,

The teacher.

Breathe into your third eye and imagine yourself connecting to the teacher within.

Your own inner knowing.

Your innate wisdom.

Breathing in through your third eye into that clear blue sky that's your mind.

Without all the thoughts of our mind,

Of our brain constantly interrupting,

They've all been blown away.

And if they pop back in,

Simply say to them,

Not now.

And breathe again into your third eye as we open ourselves up to receive guidance and wisdom from oneness.

Breathing in,

Feeling that clarity of mind.

Feeling that connection to source,

To oneness.

And in this space,

I invite you to ask.

Ask for guidance.

If you have a question or an uncertainty,

In this space,

Ask.

It is said that the universe waits for us to ask.

And oftentimes we forget or we feel afraid or insecure or unworthy.

And as you breathe in,

Let all of that go.

We're clearing away the old to make room for the clarity of true guidance of absolute knowing.

What is it that I need to know in this moment?

Do I need to know something about my health,

My relationships,

My career,

My life purpose?

Ask the question.

And then we sit in silence,

Waiting for the answer.

We can think about prayer as asking and about meditation as receiving.

Breathing into your third eye.

If an unrelated thought flits by,

Simply say,

Not now.

And imagine your mind as a clear blue sky,

Opened up to receive the knowing from our higher wisdom,

From our own inner guru,

From the teacher within.

Breathing into this space.

Allow yourself to relax in this place of knowing.

We don't have to solve anything.

We don't have to struggle.

We don't even have to know the answer.

All we have to do is ask the question and silently listen.
